It was a perfect place for our family of 8. Spacious, clean, great kitchen, walking distance to the club house with 2 restaurants. Plenty of linens, towels etc. even with the draught the landscaping was lush and beautiful..

Just a great big thank you to Emily for an amazing 70th birthday for my best friend. The porch was just the most beautiful view! We spent the evenings just sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine. It was so peaceful. The location was perfect and the beds were so comfortable! We loved everything about your beautiful spot in paradise! Thank you

You have to give this one a try! This place is so unique and special with its own vibe and atmosphere. I loved the balcony views especially all the whales and dolphins I got to see! I especially loved how clean and tidy it was when we first arrived. I've been to kauai many times and have stayed in many airbnbs and this one goes down as top 3 for sure!!

Love the beach and ocean - right behind the house! Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves and the ocean is an amazing experience.

Jake’s place was the perfect home for my group of 8. It was spacious, clean (the most important thing!), had everything we needed + more, and it was an overall comfortable place to stay. Firstly, the home is exactly as pictured. Usually what you end up with isn’t quite the same as the photos/listing, but it was spot on with the photos and as described. Secondly, the location was great. Beautiful, quiet surroundings and nearby all of the scenic areas we wanted to visit, plus the garden and balcony/patio areas were so nice! One thing that stood out to me was the amount of beach supplies there were for us to use; towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, & more for us to use. Lastly, the host is super responsive and happily ready to assist us whenever we needed. Overall, there isn’t a bad thing I can say about the place. I saw a past review about cleanliness but I can happily say when I stayed, it was spotless. I would highly recommend Jake’s home for your stay in Kauai!

Hanalei was the perfect pace for us. Everything was beautiful and exotic. The Palaka cottage was in a perfect location for walking to the beach, walking into town for meals or a shave ice. The cottage was very private and provided an amazing get away location!

What can I say about Arthur's property? The real question is what can't I say? The property was just as described and more. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty peaceful for the most part. I really enjoyed how there was bird food left out for feedings. If that's not your jam then you probably shouldn't toss anything out. With the birds and the rooster's crows, it was akin to living in the country. It was absolutely divine! The amenities that were provided were really helpful. For a group of six, everything that was provided for our stay was enough for the entire trip. I don't recall having to go back out and get any toiletries. Which everyone appreciated a lot. So thank you Arthur and team for that one! Also, there's this cute little coffee shop off of Kuhio Hwy. I believe it was called Wishing Well. Try that place out and get what I call "Chaifoggato." The chai replaces the espresso. At any rate, this place was great and I have no complaints. Mahalo Arthur!

Gorgeous home with so many great perks! Comfortable beds & bedding, spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries (could perhaps use tissues), the most accessories I've ever seen in a rental kitchen & well labeled, puzzles & games galore for any rainy days, and great bonus items for the pool & beach (wagon, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkeling gear, & even a few well loved boogie boards). We loved our stay and fit a large group of 8 with teens comfortably. Thank you sharing your beautiful house!

Loved all the extras that were provided. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas , along with a cooler to use. Nice well taken care of area . The only downfall was one room had no air conditioning, but we used fan during day to cool it down for the evening. Host was very friendly and fast responding if I did write. Our stay at Bridgette’s Princeville home was amazing! We were put at ease by how comfortable and clean the space was, as well as the very quick responses to all of our questions. Travelling with two very young kids can be challenging, but the amenities made available to us and thoughtful recommendations made Bridgette an incredible host! The home is very well-situated in Princeville, with easy access to Hanalei and surrounding beaches, restaurants, and parks. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridgette’s home for anyone vacationing in Kauai!

Our party of 3 adults and 2 kids throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space is clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal for parking and proximity to the pool. The community is lovely and easily accessible to Hanalei and Kīlauea for restaurants, food trucks, shopping, parks, and beaches. I have to mention the fabulous service that Linda provided, including replacing a beach umbrella and accommodating a late check out for our party’s red eye flight. She was such an incredible host and I would highly recommend her condo.

Great stay!! We loved this place! So so spacious and VERYYY clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook, BBQ, make food for the beach etc. had a cooler and ample beach towels. Pool was awesome and had grills which we used twice for dinner. The home itself was clean and cozy! Comfy beds, clean sheets extra towels, pillows, blankets. Couch was awesome! Host were kind etc

Our stay was phenomenal! The condo, the Princeville area, our host(s) were spot on! Grounds were beautiful and it was overall quiet and peaceful. We could get to the beaches quickly and quaint towns of Kapa’a and Hanalei are not to be missed. There were great local eateries in both places. Don’t miss an evening at Happy Talk (fun music) and WikiPizza (best pizza we’ve had in years) close by! Wednesdays had a fun art/craft/food market with great local musicians on the golf course. The unit was clean. Beds were very comfy! Had all we needed for a pleasant stay! BBQ at the pool was very clean. Pool and hot tub was kept up well! Our co-host, Laura went above and beyond when we needed a few things. She’s amazing! Cabinet edges and a small area of the carpet showed a bit of wear and tear (another review mentioned this), but don’t let that keep you from booking this lovely unit! We plan a return visit! Mahalo!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

We so enjoyed our time here! What a beautiful location and thought out space. Our family of three were so comfortable and felt right at home. The space was very cozy with beautiful views and well equipped. I especially loved the binders full of useful information to reference while eating fresh fruit on the patio in the early mornings. Close to the hotel for good coffee and easy access for morning walks. We would definitely stay here again!

The home in Haena was beautiful. We had a perfect stay. Beautiful stay; Can't wait to return! Home was exactly as pictures describe. Home sits high on surge piers so is 20 feet up for great views. Beautiful large covered-deck. Large open floor plan great room with vaulted ceilings. Also Beautiful large nano-doors between deck and indoor space to create great indoor-outdoor space. Very well-appointed Kitchen with high end dishware and all types of cooking utensils. Beautiful Kepuhi beach less than 100yds away. Very easy access. Spectacular Tunnels Beach 10 minute walk away. Quiet locations 15 min from quaint- and fun Hanalei Bay.

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was beautifully decorated with a charming Hawaiian theme that made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was comfortable within a great area and had everything for a relaxing stay. A lovely, peaceful setting. Something for everybody - children enjoyed the pool, older kids able to surf nearby, parents enjoyed their walks to Queen's Bath and around. Kind of John to offer my son places to fish. We cooked most of the time and found the kitchen well equipped. Perfect space for us to have family time and also alone time. Our group of 16 had an incredible stay in Princeville. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in this spacious and well-equipped home. Matt provided us with valuable advice and local insights that helped to guide our trip planning. He checked in daily, sometimes even multiple times a day, which really highlighted his dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The house itself was fantastic, with all the amenities we could ask for. We loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more right at our fingertips, making our beach days seamless. He dropped off hiking poles for someone in our group who was recovering from a fractured ankle. The location was perfect for exploring the north shore and east side of Kauai. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we left with unforgettable memories. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Kauai, we highly recommend Matt's Airbnb.

Tracy's house exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean, spacious, and the kitchen was overstocked with everything you'd need, for a comfortable and wonderful stay with your family. Had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler box, etc. Everything you'd need, plus more, for the beach. The mattress was very comfortable and I appreciated the washer/dryer inside the house. Tracy was very responsive, professional, and gave clear instructions on the check-in process. Tunnels beach, which is my all time favorite beach in north shore Kauai, is approximately 6 minutes' drive. My husband even walked back and forth from the house to Tunnels beach and it took him like 20 mins walking on the street, and approximately 30 mins, walking on the beautiful, quiet beach. We were at the gorgeous Tunnels beach, nearly everyday. Thank you so much, Tracy, for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a fabulous time. We hope to be back in the near future. Mahalo!
