The area was absolutely gorgeous. You can watch the sunrise from the lanai which we did every morning. Even in February the house was warm, but we slept with all the windows open and our bedroom door to help with air circulation. The nearby hideaways beach is at the bottom of a steep paved path, but it was an easy walk we did a couple of times. The BBQ is at the bottom of the path so it's not really convenient for grilling and bringing food up to the house but you can eat at the picnictable there. The space felt mostly clean. The beach gear located in the guest closet was not organized and was pretty much thrown in there making it difficult to hang clothes. Also, no hand soaps in the house except one little bar in each bathroom and no supplies in the shower. I always prepare for that so bring your own toiletries and you'll be good to go. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Great! Right next to the pool with a beautiful view of the mountains from the Lanai. The house was extremely clean and welcoming upon arrival and it was very nice to not stress about trying to find parking because you have your very own space! BBQ with neighbors at the pool, soak in the hot tub or go for a walk on nearby paths. I love the location between beautiful beaches and great restaurants in Hanalei. I went with my daughter, but this could easily fit my husband and son too. My daughter loved the spiral staircase and I loved having my own washer and dryer - so we can come home with everything cleaned. I book this last minute and Larry was very responsive and the directions for everything were simple and not complicated at all. Thank you Larry!

We had a wonderful time. The place was magical! It was well appointed and felt homey. The hosts were generous with their recommendations and flexible with timing. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed staying at Teresa’s place. We highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking for an affordable and great place to stay while in Kauai. It’s super close to Hanalei Bay, but definitely rent a car so you can explore the rest of the island.

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

Lovely 12 night stay over Spring Break. Place was exactly as advertised. All amenities were in great condition and easy to use (bikes, boards, snorkel gear, tons of towels and pillows, coffee makers, dishes). We loved it. Quick and easy access to Hanalei and Kileaua. Just a great set up for our first stay in Kauai.

My brother and I spent 9 nights in Bruce's cottage and can't imagine staying anywhere else WHEN we come back to Kauai. The home felt very private, even though on the farm property. I've seen other reviews mentioning ants, but they were a very minor issue, just keep the kitchen clean and you won't see them! We loved the geckos, they are so harmless and will even pose for up close pictures! You'll get used to the roosters, they are everywhere on the island, just bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. Bed's were cozy, King in the bedroom as well as the pullout couch in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows. Showers were great, a spacious indoor shower and a great outdoor shower as well. We took advantage of Bruce's rental car. Very well kept and clean SUV. Cheaper than a rental and Bruce provided pickup & dropoff services at the airport. Lastly, we played in 2 "farmball" games on the Fridays. So fun! All the players were so friendly and welcoming. Mahalo Bruce

Beautiful condo with great space for the 3 couples. Easy access to the highway, grocery and restaurants.

This condo is in an excellent location, mid way between North Beach and South Beach. There are plenty of affordable and excellent restaurant choices nearby as well as a Safeway grocery store and Longs drug store. The listing is exactly as pictured and the host is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

This unit is perfect for anyone who like peace and quiet , safety , many options for beaches and state parks especially ha’ena state park for the beautiful Nepali coast and Kalalau trail. The trail shuttle can pick you up at Princeville Makai Golf course at 7:30am and 9:30am everyday! If you’re camping that also means no camping reservation over night parking required for a rental car ( those are like winning a lottery ticket ) Anne and Greg are responsive to anything we asked for, they provide all the basics of a kitchen with a studio priced for at least a 3 day stay minimum, we enjoyed our time there and the bed is so comfortable it was truly difficult to get up! Television equipped with all apps so you can log into your Netflix and Paramount +, coffee maker for that great Hawaiian coffee ( bounds coffee grinder ) only thing missing was a French press but I bet if we asked it would have been provided. Beach towels beach chairs body boards etc ( you get the picture ) loved it,

We loved staying in the condo . Particularly the view of the ocean from the lanai . We sat there with our coffee in the morning and wine at night. Beautiful gardens around the complex and access to close beaches was convenient.

Our family of seven was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Brandi and the housekeeper were extremely accommodating and helpful with us getting back our daughter’s insulin when we had accidentally left it in the fridge during check out. The kids had a blast in the pool and we would definitely book again next time we are back in Kauai.

Wonderful condo and location for North Shore adventures. Having walkable access to Hideaway Beach is such a huge perk! We visited the beach most days and it was never crowded with great snorkeling. The condo itself is very spacious and clean. Our family felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. We were spoiled with daily whale sightings from the kitchen/dining room windows and beautiful lanai. Really exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay there again!

From the moment we saw the photos of this house we knew this is the Hawaiian architecture we were looking for. But this place looks even better in reality! We enjoyed the beautiful rooms with views over the endless ocean, the sound of the waves, the “bird’s concerts” in the morning or the fragrance of exotic flowers in the backyard. This place is equipped with absolutely everything you need (specially the kitchen) making it a great “home away from home”. And Suzie is a great host. She answered all our questions , always willing to help! The surroundings are amazing as well, it’s a pleasure to take a walk in the neighborhoods at sunset. Also, Hanalei Bay is very close. What a great way to start our trip to Hawaii! Hope to come back to this place one day!

Excellent location and great amenities. The house was very comfortable and the facility management was responsive when we had a question about the fan controller. Adriano was a great host and also very responsive. really enjoyed our stay here.

You have to stay here! Princeville is the perfect location on the island! This spot is quiet, calm, peaceful, and most importantly, not crowded at all. The unit itself is pristine! I mean vacuum tracks, spotless clean. Plenty of space for our family of 5! The soaking tub accommodated my husband and I comfortably, which was the perfect way to end our evenings while our teens watched Disney movies together. We have stayed at another resort across the street (B.H.) and would STRONGLY recommend here versus there. This place is cleaner, less crowded, much more relaxed, with a vacation vibe rather than a busy resort, crowded pool, overrun vibe. Wonderful place! We will stay again in the future at this exact location!

We enjoyed the condo. It was close to good places to eat and shop. We could walk to the ocean, see the Albatross, watch whales, go for walks, take part in the weekly festival at the golf course nearby, as well as go to the hot tub and swimming pool. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. We loved that we could have windows open and get fresh air at all times. The fact that it wasn't air conditioned was not an issue. It cooled off at night, and there was often a nice breeze. We were surprised and glad that she had a new dryer, besides a new washer. Penny (Helen) was very responsive to our needs. She made a point of stopping by and giving great advice on exploring the island. We enjoyed our 3 weeks on Kauai, as well as meeting and getting to know, Penny.
