Loved my 6 day stay here! The large windows created a space nicely lit up by natural light. I enjoyed the vertical nature of the loft set up and I will definitely miss watching the sunrise from the balcony table. This condo complex had an amazing pool area where I spent a gold amount of time in the waterfall rock formation pool / hot tub. If you like rec sports (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc) this is also a fun spot!

We loved our stay at Gary's place. His place is super comfortable, and we immediately felt right at home. Gary is an extremely generous and kind host, as well as a great communicator. The extras, like having access to boogie boards, beach chairs, and coolers in the garage, made everything so convenient. The location is perfect—close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Gary's place!

The home is wonderful! A great getaway and close to the roaring ocean. Although you cannot see the ocean, we heard the waves crashing on big swells. The bikes for rent at The Cliffs gave us an easy way to get around. The home is a little dark, but during the day we were always out anyway. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfy. The additional beach gear was also great to use. This is a great place for families or a few couples. We had an amazing 9 night stay and would definitely go back. The host was great at communication and gave us lots to read about before we arrived. Wonderful place and close to all our favorite spots in Princeville!

Stunning view over Hanalei Bay! The place was very clean and comfortable. It’s part of a resort that includes pool and tennis and pickleball courts which is nice if that’s what you’re looking for. Be aware of the additional resort and parking charges, it’s an extra $45 per day (it is listed in the description)

Loved the area! Pool and hot tub weren’t crowded—nice and relaxing. Place was clean with so many extras that we were so grateful for! We were able to grill at the pool because our kitchen was equipped with grilling utensils. We even had an umbrella and boogie boards for the beach. David was very prompt at responding to our questions and was very accommodating. It honestly felt like we were staying at a family’s friend’s place more than just an Airbnb.

We felt that the space was accurately advertised and a nice space with all of the necessary items to make our stay comfortable. The two baths were were very convenient. The grounds were nicely landscaped and our unit was close to key amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, etc. There were planned activities each week that were provided for socialization, entertainment and farmers markets. All in all, we enjoyed this condo very.much and would be happy to stay again.

This is a top notch condo, beautifully decorated, felt brand new. The owner made two units into one big one so there's lots of space. Gorgeous grounds in the condo development and a short walk to the beach. Only negative is you have to drive to restaurants as this resort doesn't really have a restaurant But other than that, it was a fabulous place to unwind and experience the best part of the best island in Hawaii!

Amir is a perfect host & gentleman. Resort staff extremely friendly and helpful. Amir genuinely cares about your experience and goes above and beyond offering assistance and guidance when needed. It’s difficult to explain the beauty that surrounds this property, it’s truly a paradise. Where I’m from trees blossom but here, full on flowers grow the size your hand out of huge majestic trees. Also close to markets, rental shops, and excellent eateries. We met other travelers from abroad who stated when they come they never even leave the property. Having air conditioning is a huge plus as many properties on this island don’t. This property in this part of the island, for us, is the only way to go. Drove and flew all over Kauai and the Princeville area was our favorite. As an Airbnb host myself I strongly recommend anyone wanting to maximize their experience on Kauai look no further than booking with Amir. You’ll be thankful for the memories. Thank you Amir!

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Princeville! The place was spotless, in a fantastic location, and part of a beautiful community with a stunning swimming pool and spa. The host was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Mia was a great host and the place was exactly as advertised. Easy instructions for check-in/checkout, was super clean and had plenty of room. Plus, it’s in literal paradise, so there’s that too. The condo is in the perfect location within Hanalei Bay Resort, you’re right by the main pool and at the start of the walk down to the beach. You’re close to the parking lot and a coffee shop near the main lobby area, and have easy access to the lower pool too. The beach is great because it’s never too crowded and you can order food and drinks at a different hotel right on the beach. The waves aren’t bad at all, and the snorkeling is great! There were beach toys and boogie boards for families and towels for the pool provided by the resort. The resort offered a golf cart shuttle at the beach if you’re traveling with kids or older family members, and to help with extra luggage. Hanalei has plenty of places to eat, and so does Kīlauea. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The house was perfect, exactly as described. Clean and like new, would definitely stay here again! The Vacasa policy of only providing 2 garbage bags for a full week stay was the only low point in an otherwise wonderful stay, especially given the price we paid to stay. If you stay, pack your own garbage bags.

Beautiful location with an incredibly responsive and caring management company, 5 stars for their stellar communication. Everything in good working order. Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely patio. We enjoyed the comfy couch at night for movies. The unit is showing some wear on carpet and walls as it has been rented nightly, but overall great.

Juliana’s home was as described, if not better. A clean, spacious house in a quiet (except for roosters, but that’s Kauai!!), beautiful neighborhood and conveniently close to everything on the north side of the island. The weather was very warm and dry during our stay, but the house remained comfortable with the use of ceiling fans and great airflow. The tankless water heater also ensured plenty of hot water when needed. Too many positive things to say! A very relaxing, comfortable place. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Our party of 3 adults and 2 kids throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space is clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal for parking and proximity to the pool. The community is lovely and easily accessible to Hanalei and Kīlauea for restaurants, food trucks, shopping, parks, and beaches. I have to mention the fabulous service that Linda provided, including replacing a beach umbrella and accommodating a late check out for our party’s red eye flight. She was such an incredible host and I would highly recommend her condo.

Our family of seven adults and one toddler had an amazing stay at Dicle’s. The house is beautiful and so well appointed with everything we needed for the beach and baby. The neighborhood was ideal for walking with great trails right out the back door. So close to beautiful beaches. We hope to return and highly recommend.

Jake’s place was the perfect home for my group of 8. It was spacious, clean (the most important thing!), had everything we needed + more, and it was an overall comfortable place to stay. Firstly, the home is exactly as pictured. Usually what you end up with isn’t quite the same as the photos/listing, but it was spot on with the photos and as described. Secondly, the location was great. Beautiful, quiet surroundings and nearby all of the scenic areas we wanted to visit, plus the garden and balcony/patio areas were so nice! One thing that stood out to me was the amount of beach supplies there were for us to use; towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, & more for us to use. Lastly, the host is super responsive and happily ready to assist us whenever we needed. Overall, there isn’t a bad thing I can say about the place. I saw a past review about cleanliness but I can happily say when I stayed, it was spotless. I would highly recommend Jake’s home for your stay in Kauai!

This house is gorgeous, and so clean and new! Tons of space to lounge, very comfortable beds with plenty of storage space. Kitchen is beautiful, and totally equipped for whatever you want to cook! If you dont want to cook there are great places to eat within a short drive, also great beach within short drive(or longer walk). Fitness center really nice with lots of cardio and weight machines.
