Gorgeous home with so many great perks! Comfortable beds & bedding, spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries (could perhaps use tissues), the most accessories I've ever seen in a rental kitchen & well labeled, puzzles & games galore for any rainy days, and great bonus items for the pool & beach (wagon, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkeling gear, & even a few well loved boogie boards). We loved our stay and fit a large group of 8 with teens comfortably. Thank you sharing your beautiful house!

Loved all the extras that were provided. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas , along with a cooler to use. Nice well taken care of area . The only downfall was one room had no air conditioning, but we used fan during day to cool it down for the evening. Host was very friendly and fast responding if I did write. You will absolutely enjoy your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped which is nice for eating in. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We really appreciated it . Nolan

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood on the north shore of Kauai. So close to everything, amazing views, quiet and peaceful, large bedrooms and AC in each one! Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay! Mahalo Kanani!

Great place. Pool and mango tree added bonuses. The only thing I’d ask for is to leave garbage bags so we could reline, we had to purchase and maybe two more rolls of toilet paper. All was great and better than advertised!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

Amazing location. Super close to Hanalei Bay and lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Pantry was well stocked and kitchen was clean. Beds were super comfortable and we all got amazing sleep.

Great spot for 2 families and 2 young kids - we were able to walk to town (1block) and the beach (5min) all day everyday which was our main goal. We would def stay again. Layout is 3 beds upstairs with a bath and living room, downstairs is 2 beds and bath with kitchen. Slightly strange layout but worked with our group, my only feedback would be to install full blinds on the downstairs rooms as the window doors let in a lot of light from kitchen.

A lovely, peaceful setting. Something for everybody - children enjoyed the pool, older kids able to surf nearby, parents enjoyed their walks to Queen's Bath and around. Kind of John to offer my son places to fish. We cooked most of the time and found the kitchen well equipped. Perfect space for us to have family time and also alone time. Couldn't have asked for a more welcoming setting! Satsuki Ina

Hanalei was the perfect pace for us. Everything was beautiful and exotic. The Palaka cottage was in a perfect location for walking to the beach, walking into town for meals or a shave ice. The cottage was very private and provided an amazing get away location!

Had a great time here for a family reunion trip. Had all the amenities as described and more. Loved the location, and the attractions nearby. Walking distance to two very nice beaches. Would love to come back next time with the kids, seems like it’s very kid friendly.

The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance to Hanalei town and right across from the bay. Beautiful yard. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

Our stay at Anini Pohaku was magical. We loved the sounds of Hawaii. The night showers, the morning doves, roosters and the beautiful Nene geese flying over head. The ocean waves were so ssoothing. The home is stunning with all of the Koa details and efficient fans. The rooms were large and comfortable. I felt I was back in my own home in Pupukea. The lani overlooked the pink plumeria tree and the ocean could be seen through the trees. Cool ocean breezes were refreshing. The beach was perfect for my seven and four year old grandkids. They were able to snorkel and saw fish and honu. This was my fourth stay in Kauai. I feel so fortunate to have been given this recommendation to stay at Anini Beach. Spacious and comfortable home in peaceful neighborhood which is walkable to beaches and queens bath. The large kitchen is extremely functional and well equipped. The seeming endless backyard view relaxes. Beach gear provided was extremely useful. Would recommend !

Hands down one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at - if not THE best. Not only does Amy provide everything you need for your stay (beach equipment, bikes, coolers etc), her home is stocked with essentials to make your stay as easy as possible (kitchen and laundry supplies, extra towels) AND her home is immaculately kept! We felt immediately comfortable upon arrival. You can tell how much love Amy has poured into every detail of this home. Our absolute favorite part of the home was the lanai - a gorgeous space to enjoy every meal and for relaxing with a cocktail at the end of the day! A beautiful space for such a special island!

Robyn was a great host and the home we stayed in was beautiful- I wish we were able to stay longer! My family and I were able to make some amazing memories here. 10/10 would stay again.

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!
