This Airbnb in Princeville on Kauai’s North Shore helped us enjoy an almost two-week stay. The location is excellent. There are beaches and great restaurants nearby. There also are shops providing groceries/alcohol and other useful potential supplies in the immediate area. The unit is well laid out with space to sit and relax both indoors and on a small but cozy lanai. While there are other units in this complex; this one allowed us to feel a great deal of privacy. The unit is very clean and well anointed with good appliances and enough cooking and dining items to allow you to eat at “home” as often as you desire. We are fortunate to be able to stay at many Airbnbs and this one rates as a top notch selection.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

We loved staying at Donna’s place during our trip to the north shore! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place with a jacuzzi, wonderful kitchen and comfortable house! We will definitely be back!

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

What a perfect princeville condo! Room enough for our group to spread out but great spots to gather inside as well as out by the pool. Loved our stay here!

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

Paul’s place was perfect for our stay. We were 3 generations (6 people including two young children). The house had a fully functioning kitchen, a he upstairs bathroom had a tub for the children and the pool was perfect for everyone. I would stay there again.

Clark was very responsive and helpful, even got us a few things for the home we needed. AC was much needed and kept us very cool at night. Clean linens and very comfy beds. The only issue that visitors should be aware of are the roosters who live near by that crow clockwork every morning, we named them Bob at 1:30am, Chuck at 4am, and Gregory at 6am. We think Gregory doesn’t have much to live based on his crowing sounds. I would recommend bringing a sound machine. It was nice to know what time it was based on the crowing, comical and made the stay even special. Great location near Foodland, beach was harder to get to because it was rainy and slick. But overall great place and great host.

We had an amazing trip and loved staying at Roberts house. We love the Princeville area and this house was close to the store but also walkable to a few beaches. House had everything you could need or want, clean and felt like home. Loved being able to come through the garage also. Great bikes and beach gear included. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Amazing location. Super close to Hanalei Bay and lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Pantry was well stocked and kitchen was clean. Beds were super comfortable and we all got amazing sleep.

Our family of four had an incredible stay at the Hibiscus House! The space itself was lovely - beautifully decorated and filled with light and cool ocean breezes! We especially enjoyed the lanai and primary suite. The beach gear and bikes were well organized and much appreciated! Location was excellent - so close to Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea, and other great North Shore attractions. Amy was so friendly and proactive. Would 100% stay again!

Beautiful home in Princeville! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—including all the beach accessories. The only minor issue was that the washers could use a deep clean or possibly be replaced. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in this home, very peaceful, comfortable home and the gardens and outdoor shower were my favourites. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Awesome stay! Loved the amazing views, wonderful house and amenities. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking at Princeville If you are bikers, and have more than 2 in your party, definitely rent more than the two beach cruisers from Princeville bikes, to get to the beach and shops . There are a few hills! They are awesome! Recommend the easy Old Club Med hike down to the Hotel 1 bar...oh and the other way to the beach. Better beach area by taking the walk down to the beach access before 1 Hotel. A few tweaks to this beautiful, new Air BNB, which they are working on, and it will be perfect. Bring a bag of ice, most likely the Samsung ice maker will not come back to life...little things like that! Mahalo and I hope you love it!

A great stay for us while on the island! Has a nice gym, pool and amenities while you're there. Close to shops, restaurants and amazing beaches! Highly recommend staying here!! We will be back!

This house was perfect for my family and me—it had everything we needed and more. Among the many Airbnbs we’ve stayed at on various islands, this one offered the most extras. We appreciated the ample beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear—items we often have to rent. Although we didn’t use all of them, it was reassuring to know they were available. The neighborhood was well-maintained, and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely rent this home again.

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

This home worked very well for our family of 5. The layout makes it feel more spacious than the square footage suggests. The large curved couch and XL tvs were great for down time. The kitchen space and bar seating worked well for us. The use of the garage was awesome - this isn’t so common with airbnbs and definitely came in handy with the north shore weather. The beach chairs/umbrellas and the outdoor shower/clothesline helped tremendously after beach days. We did pass over feedback about privacy concerns at night with no window coverings in the main area. The pictures clearly disclosed this so we weren’t surprised, but we were disappointed that the neighbor had a direct view into the common areas and at least one bedroom when the door is left open. This is a small fix that will really elevate the home. Overall the value of this place can’t be beat. The checkin and checkout was perhaps the easiest we’ve ever had after 8 years of airbnbs. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Comfortable home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. We especially enjoyed socializing, cooking and dining in the large airy “great” room after a busy day exploring beaches and hiking trails. Wonderful view of the sunset from covered deck and dining table. Loved viewing albatross families with their chicks in nearby cul-de-sacs. Matt and his manager, Monica, were timely and responsive to our questions and pleasant to work with. Only downside was that the malfunctioning BR fans/lights had not been repaired/replaced before our arrival plus dealing with the shaky kitchen faucet barely hanging on to its base …

Home was beautiful, clean and surrounded by mountains and lots of greenery. Home was spacious for 6 of us, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Kitchen was equipped with all essential tools, and we were able to cook for family of 6 comfortably. Overall great stay, would highly recommend.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The yard was gorgeous! We took advantage of the clear sky our last night to star gaze🤩The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and peaceful. Make sure you take some time to go on a walk to see the albatrosses and their babies! So cool. The house was spacious and decorated beautifully and was clean up one arrival. We had 10 people stay here and there was plenty of space for everyone. The game room was fun and something my kids enjoyed. We loved having beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear and my boys loved the boogie boards. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Tunnels beach before 9am to get parking, Hanalei Bay for boogie boarding, kayaking the Wailua River & secret falls hike, Poipu beach to see plenty of turtles & Hawaiian monk seals, buying fresh fruit from the farmers market- these were our favorite things!

Robyn was a great host and the home we stayed in was beautiful- I wish we were able to stay longer! My family and I were able to make some amazing memories here. 10/10 would stay again.

The details like the wallpaper, photos of Kauai up the staircase, adorable kitchen and dining nook, they truly make it an experience you won’t forget. This place was very conveniently located! It is in an area with similar condos which I couldn’t tell from the photos but actually really liked! They had everything you could have needed for the beach; boogie boards, chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys! They had board games which we actually did play and appreciated! Well stocked with coffee and all the amenities we needed! We will highly recommend this place to everyone we know! Thank you! 🙏🏻
