We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, etc. The shared pool and tennis courts are essentially in the backyard, and we had them pretty much to ourselves. Both were great to have so close. And we were a quick drive to Hanalei, beaches and walkable to the resorts. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

We had an amazing 7 night stay at Tide Pools! It was so fun to have the pool table, Ping pong and our own private pool and spa. Kim was such an amazing host! Very responsive to any messages or questions I had. The house is in an awesome area in princeville. It’s a bike ride to the beach, as well as a short walk to Happy Talk Bar with amazing sunset views. The house had everything you need to cook home cook meals. If you want a place the whole family would love with a private pool and jacuzzi, don’t hesitate to book Tide pools! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!! Kim thank you again for being such a fantastic host! We will be back again soon!

What a perfect princeville condo! Room enough for our group to spread out but great spots to gather inside as well as out by the pool. Loved our stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Cannot say enough good things about this house! The house itself is wonderful. Well designed, spacious, has everything you need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, it fit our party of 9 (5 adults, 2 kids, 2 babies) no problem. The lanai and pool were wonderful, and beautiful landscaping. The outdoor showers were such a fun bonus! The neighborhood is great and peaceful, very close to the princeville shopping center and close to beaches, and a great kids playground less than 10 min walk away. Kevin and Lisa were very responsive and helped us enormously with an emergency situation and rebooking. Incredibly nice people. You will not regret staying here!!

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

We really loved our stay at Melissa and Ian's Airbnb! It's a cute place with an amazing view! Especially the sunsets are amazing here! Pool and jacuzzi are also part of the association there which has been really nice. Their place also comes equipped with snorkeling gear. Princeville is a cute area but you need to drive a few minutes to nearby areas for restaurants (except a pizza place right on site). Overall highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Jasmine's condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore. Jasmine was also incredibly accommodating and responsive to any of our queries, making the experience even better. We would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommend! Our family of four had the best time at Viet’s condo in Princeville! The location was easy to find and although a quiet, peaceful property you can enjoy the hotel / resort like amenities and staff. Check-in was easy at reception (despite our getting in late), the unit was large and the layout was perfect for our family. There is a large entrance way that breaks off to two separate rooms that both have balconies and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a big, comfortable king bed, TV, fans etc. The unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked and has stunning views of the ocean. Our kids (11 and 14), loved the pool / hot tub and there is sports equipment you can sign out for tennis, pickleball, basketball etc. There is one walkable beach (20 minutes away) and several beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed 8 nights and would definitely stay again. We would recommend to friends and family! Enjoy!

The view from the deck was amazing. The unit was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the complex. Great walking trails all around with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed a week and loved it! Joel was so great to work with and responded quickly anytime we had any questions or needed help with anything. The house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location! It fit our family of 5 perfect. My favorite thing about the house was probably the master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how big the bathroom was and loved the bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed the condo. It was close to good places to eat and shop. We could walk to the ocean, see the Albatross, watch whales, go for walks, take part in the weekly festival at the golf course nearby, as well as go to the hot tub and swimming pool. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. We loved that we could have windows open and get fresh air at all times. The fact that it wasn't air conditioned was not an issue. It cooled off at night, and there was often a nice breeze. We were surprised and glad that she had a new dryer, besides a new washer. Penny (Helen) was very responsive to our needs. She made a point of stopping by and giving great advice on exploring the island. We enjoyed our 3 weeks on Kauai, as well as meeting and getting to know, Penny.

Brian, was an incredible host. The condo was pristine and location impeccable. Lots of little nice touches for a great fun filled vacation, beach chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas basic necessities covered. The views from the condo are amazing; porchside view of the beautiful ocean. Main bedroom side, views of the gardens and green mountains with waterfalls. This place was a hidden gem for us. Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and great local recommendations. Could not recommend this place enough, we would love to visit again soon! Thank you!
