Kelly provided us a lovely place for our family of 4 at a lower rate than I could find otherwise. She had boggie boards, a cooler, and beach chairs that were nice additions. The fridge was a good size and larger than expected. We couldn’t find bowls but there were some dishes. The room is a bit dated and the floor was a little loud with other guests above and around but for a hotel style room in a nice resort it was good. They charge a lot for parking though. Just be aware. Kelly mentions it also. It adds up. Overall it was a great stay and we are glad we found this place.

Wish I would have booked this place longer! The location and the resort/hotel this listing is a part of was great. I would recommend and certainly book this AirBnb again.

Very difficult checkin and late

One of our best stays in Hawaii! Super surprised by the price in the best way possible. Definitely recommend.

Amazing layout with a beautiful view. Amenities far exceeded expectations. We loved every minute of our stay—just wish it was longer.

The unit was great. Definitely an upgrade from when I stayed here a few years ago. The rooms and bathrooms have been remodeled and beds were very comfy. The check in process is very long. We checked in after 4 and the rooms weren’t ready. But overall it’s a great place to stay!

My 2 friends and I had an amazing time. We got a room upgrade as soon as we checked in, which was totally unexpected. The place was beautiful and the whole resort had a lot of great ammenities. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Beautiful location, the grounds are well kept and the grounds keepers friendly. The ponds and landscapes are great. The place has a nice area to play table tennis / piano other random activities. Didn't spend too much time at the hotel, mostly just to sleep after long days out adventuring on Kauai.

This is my second time staying here and I’ve had great experiences both times! Only downside to the property is that you have to pay $20 a day if you want A/C and then an extra $15 a day for time share fees. Obviously extra fees are always a bummer, but it doesn’t take away from the friendly staff, great location, and overall nice place.

Everything went well, the only thing that I can complain a little bit is that our villa was not ready by the time we have to check in, we have to wait an hour to get it. Other than that everything was great.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Kauai. The place was located in a great place and had great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The one thing that we really appreciated was we check d out at 11:00 but We had a late flight. So they let us come back at 6 to shower and change after our last day in Kauai. Very helpful and so appreciative. Thank you.

We had a great stay here in Princeville. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resorts amenities were wonderful. There was an extra cost to run air conditioning but the ceiling fans throughout the apartment did a great job and we didn't need to use the air conditioning at all. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kauai.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Beautiful views ! 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, however 2 of the showers were awful ( no power) so we all ended up using 1 bathroom that had best shower. Location is great if you want to be on north shore. It’s really far from everything else. Expect to drive 45min -90min to get to other side of island and factor in time for lane closures as well. Lots of rain at night only but expected on N shore. Hanalei is beautiful with quaint shops and a variety of eating places Great beaches ( Hanalei pier & Annini) within 3-5miles Wouldn’t mind staying here again and would definitely recommend to friends. Lastly we were charged $25 /day if we requested AC

Great time and spacious living

This is a great value place to stay in Princeville. The pool and bbq area was great. The condo has everything you need and was very clean
