Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

This was such a cute cozy place! We had no issues at all and the place was clean. The host checked in on us which we thought was so nice of them to do so. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. I would most definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! Beautiful walkable area and quite large for a studio - there was a whole living room area. It’s also located in a more peaceful area of Kauai which we enjoyed a lot. Neighborhood feels safe and is very walkable. The hosts were also extremely friendly and responsive, and shared a lot of local activities. Highly recommend

This was the perfect stay in Princeville. This air bnb had everything we needed from a hot plate, washer dryer, pool access, comfy bed, and being close to many restaurants. Owners were kind and responsive. Thank you for a good stay!

The space was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, comfortable. Ryan was a fantastic host, probably the most responsive I've engaged with on Airbnb. Just an ideal location and rental. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a fabulous time staying in Princeville. The Airbnb was a perfect location and absolutely beautiful. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive the whole time. We loved having the bbq on the patio so we can have the kids come over from their resort for dinner. When asking Peter at last minute for a late checkout the next day, he responded quickly and was very accommodating which was extremely helpful and appreciated. It gave us some extra time with my kids and grandson. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks again for everything!

Location can't be beat for staying in Princeville, and the studio checked all the boxes for our needs. Walking distance to Foodland made our day and night, especially because there is only one Foodland on the island. It is much better to visit the Foodland deli in the AM because items sell out later in the day. Some people commented on the cars and traffic. I didn't notice or hear the traffic people were commenting on. People drive slow and was not an issue at all. The studio had an air conditioner which kept us very comfortable at night and covers up any outside noises. We visited the pool a couple times and were lucky enough to the only ones there. We had a very nice stay and got a very good feel for the northern side of the island by staying here. Thank you!

Erin's place was beautiful and clean. She was very helpful when the parking pass was missing and responded quickly to messages. The condo was very comfortable for my family. We enjoyed being able to use the kitchen and having a relaxing living area and television. It was also a blessing to be able to use the beach gear during our trip. Some of the neighbors were less than considerate (crowing roosters, talking loudly outside late at night, and leaving lights on that shown in to the loft bedroom) but Erin provided ear plugs in both bedrooms to help combat the noise. Bringing a sleeping mask would definitely reduce frustration.

We had a wonderful stay, this place is gorgeous and the location is perfect. I highly recommend, there was plenty of space, two bathrooms are inside bedrooms which is wonderful. The pool is nearby and one of the best snorkeling locations on the island is super closer Anini beach. There was plenty to do lots of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We loved having laundry included, there is also a coffee pot with beans. We will be coming back for sure.

The home was exactly as described! It was close to all amenities yet private enough for some much needed relaxation! I would absolutely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay on Kauai’s North Shore.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

We absolutely loved staying in 7a! It was even more beautiful and spacious in person than it looked in the pictures. Everything was super clean, the location on the island is perfect, and Paul was an excellent host. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great host, stay and location! We loved Ryan's place. Princeville and the surrounding area is amazing. Having simple things like beach chairs and umbrellas made the stay much less stressful. Ryan was very accommodating and very responsive.

Our family of three had the most amazing stay. Their home is meticulously curated to make you feel like you are in a very special place. Soft linens, all the kitchen items one would need. Comfy beds, beach accessories, clean kitchen and bathrooms and multiple windows to allow you to embrace the beautiful surroundings. Hearing the ocean waves at night and the bird song at sunrise were my absolute favorites. Morning coffee (thoughtfully stocked) on the deck while you watch the sun rise. A short hike to their hidden beach where you can snorkel and discover the magic of the ocean. Nothing short of magic. I hope to return again soon and would stay NOWHERE else. Proximity to all activities, shops and great food while still have an escape to your oasis on the cliff.

Lovely space and easy to communicate. So close to the ocean The parking stalls are very narrow and if people were not aware they crowded to the next spot. I would definitely recommend this space. 😎💕

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Karla's place is absolutely amazing! it was spotless, spacious, and had everything we need and I mean everything... beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, coolers, every kitchen item you can think of, every bathroom item you need, the beds were actually really comfortable, plenty of towels (including beach towels), parking was plentiful, the pool and BBQ were great. The Lanai was a great hangout spot for breakfast and dinner. I can't think of one complaint... honestly. Karla was so extremely flexible with our check in and check out. I couldn't be happier. we can't wait to come back to Karla's and stay again!

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!

The condo was very clean and nice. We could easily walk to the beach, Westin and Princeville. There were also some lovely resorts in Princeville and there was lots to do in Hanalei. It is a bit of a drive to other parts of the island, but we did it many times. We felt that we adequately immersed ourselves during our week and took in as much as possible, and really enjoyed as much as possible Kauai is an absolutely beautiful island. The condo had many amenities, and the kitchen made it very easy to make breakfast daily and we enjoyed the cooler and beach chairs as we went from beach to beach daily. Our family of four had a wonderful week at Lisa's home in Princeville. The place is in a great location. Easy access to Princeville and Hanalei. We enjoyed walks down the trail to just north of the river mouth. The beautiful wooded area directly in the back was peaceful to listen to the birds in the morning. We had a terrific time and would definitely recommend Lisa'a place.
