Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich empfehle unbedingt etwas gegen die Stechmücken mitzunehmen. einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Stühle auf der Terrasse, da haben 2 stark gewackelt, es sollte hier Ersatz besorgt werden.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

Il nostro soggiorno (mio e della mia compagna) é stato molto positivo, molto del merito é stato del host Marco. Persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre orientato al benessere dei suoi ospitit, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il posto poi é comodissimo per accedere alla spiaggia della feniglia, grazie anche all'uso di biciclette messe a disposizione da Marco. Ottima esperienza, considerato che questo é stato il primo anno in cui Marco ha iniziato a ricevere ospiti tramite airbnb le cose sono sicuro possano solo migliorare! 5 stelle :)

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Perched on a mountain, the property offers stunning views over the countryside, with gorgeous gardens and an authentic Tuscan feel throughout. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet central to many of the places we wanted to visit, including Florence, Montepulciano, Siena, and San Gimignano. Christina, our contact person, was a great communicator. She was also on time, very helpful and pleasant to be around. She provided us with great insights about the area and the property. The location was excellent for us to use the e-bikes that we rented. We had breathtaking rides around the area. There was an excellent grocery store, Conrad’s in Bucine with a very tasty restaurant in the same Plaza. It was the perfect rustic home base with lots of charm the Tuscan experience for exploring the region, and we would absolutely stay again

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolos Haus. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang ist spektakulär von der Unterkunft aus.

De locatie is fantastisch! Het huisje is niet zo groot maar prima voor twee personen. De tuin is mega groot en heerlijk privé.

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Esperienza meravigliosa e alloggio stupendo, torneremo presto

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in 10 Min Fussweg zum Strand. Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung, sodass man morgens schnell noch frisches Brot kaufen gehen kann. Leider bei uns viele Stechmücken, sodass der Sitzplatz und der Rasen nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte. Gerne wieder!

Francesco und Jessica waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten anfangs etwas Verspätung durch die Fähre doch wir waren immer in Kontakt und konnten so flexibel einchecken. Francesco hat auf uns gewartet und uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe, ist sehr gepflegt, komplett eingezäunt und die Feuerstelle läd zum grillen ein. Hierfür sind alle notwendigen Materialien vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes bequemes Bett und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer war sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden und es gab Shampoo etc. für 1-2 Tage. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war sehr schön. Der Ort Porto Azzuro hat genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Elba und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
