It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

This was a stand-out, extraordinary home! We have stayed at several AirBnBs and this was by far #1 in our book! The home seemed to be built with the AirBnB consumer in mind. It had everything we need and was obvious that the intention was to make the experience what you would expect. However, it was MORE than expected. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals as though we were home. Everything was new and in perfect working order. The host was very responsive and always ready to answer our questions. We stayed 3 weeks and could have stayed longer. What a great place! We loved being on the north end of the downtown area, we walked to restaurants, coffee shop and other cute shops. Highly recommend!

My family and I (a team of 15 adults and 3 babies) were in the Dallas area for a graduation. First thing we noticed was how clean everything was. We appreciate that there were more than enough towels. In fact, we didn't have to contact Jollin for anything during our stay. Was going to ask for an iron but ended up finding it. Before we got there, Jollin was very quick to answer all my questions. Our team had people from Houston, Indianapolis and Maryland. Everyone was quite satisfied. Packing was the biggest issue, but not something that could have be changed. We had 4 cars between us so finding a spot was not always possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and thank you Jollin for making our Dallas/Frisco experience a lovely one.

great little place. very comfortable and spacious. the only thing I did not like is the window over the office doesn't have blinds or anything, so it's very bright in the morning if you want to sleep in it's a little hard

A very nice balcony overlooks a little bayou where bullfrogs are heard sometimes. Adds a peaceful factor. The pool is nice. A really good, private place to stay.
