Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

My family & I had a fantastic stay at Richard's beautiful home. The place is warm, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Richard is an amazing host! Communicative, friendly and incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond by kindly allowing us an early arrival and late departure, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. When we hit a snowstorm, Richard was kind enough to leave salt& shovel, ensuring we had everything we needed to stay safe. From start to finish, everything was smooth, and well organised . HIGHLY recommend & would love to stay here again!

We use vacation rentals quite a bit, and this may be the most charming place we have ever stayed. Super comfortable, extremely clean, well stocked, and with lots of thoughtful touches. This is what we all hope to find when we book a vacation rental. Makes us want to book another trip to Providence just to stay here. Thanks so much!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

We had a wonderful stay at Jean's place, we had 6 people (3 generations) and everyone was very comfortable. The space is beautiful, the neighborhood is wonderful, convenient location to everything we needed. Jean and Kevin were wonderful hosts, they were very proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we had everything we needed, answered our questions immediately. Highly recommended, we hope this house is available during future visits to Providence. Thank you Jean and Kevin!

A great airbnb in a fun part of providence! Hosts were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at JWU and had plenty of space for our family. The washer and dryer were a great bonus! The neighborhood was quiet with lovely sidewalks for walking, and Maria was very responsive.

We had an overnight trip, it was finally nice to get to the Airbnb, we were very comfortable and very satisfied with our stay. Gonzalo is very understanding and very nice and has a very nice apartment. We really appreciated staying the night. So much nightlife I must say, but I personally loved it. I have nothing bad to say about Gonzalo’s Airbnb.

Valerie's home was lovely! The apartment is exactly as advertised. You would be hard pressed to find an Airbnb better located in Providence. Valerie herself was an excellent host! She is very accommodating/communicative/proactive and quick to reply to all of our messages. During our stay there was a ice/snowstorm and she thoughtfully reached out with the offer of a late check-out as well (which was appreciated). She gave a wonderful overall experience! If you are in Providence would absolutely recommend!

We loved the space and Sean was great!! Our only negative is the size and comfort of the beds. I knew they would be full size but they were pretty noisy and not so comfortable. Loved that we were able to walk to Amica Arena as our grandson was playing basketball there in NCAA March Madness. We actually had grass in the back yard which was so helpful because my schnauzer is pretty finicky about going on grass! Loved having the huge sectional sofa - my husband and I could both lay down and watch tv. Shower was great - that’s always a big thing with us. Thanks Sean for making our stay a great one - helped that our grandson won their first game too!!

We enjoyed every minute of our time at Kayde’s property. Not only did she accommodate us late at night when our original Airbnb didn’t work out as planned, but the space was clean and perfect and the restaurant recommendation she gave us for the restaurant her family owns was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We are so appreciative our girls’ weekend turned out the way it did because of Kayde.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

In town for a few days with friends for March Madness and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more. Great value, clean, quiet and comfortable. Appreciated all the information and recommendations from Martha about the city and neighborhood. Breakfast items and coffee were perfect.

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

We stayed at Ernest's place in Providence for the NCAA tournament. What a great choice!!! The location, on Federal Hill was wonderful, the place was spotless and spacious, and his instructions were clear and concise. Ernest was quick to respond to any inquiries, and made a number of very helpful suggestions about the area. He is truly a Super Host, with a great location. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to stay at this location. Thanks, Ernest!!

As always had a wonderful stay at Danny's. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and the location is amazing-close to eveverything, Providence is a quick 10 min drive. Host is very responsive. Place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend a stay here.

This was a great location for a few days in Providence. It's easy to get to, and it was nice to have a spot for our son on the pull-down bed. He liked having his own 'room' in the living room. There was even a band playing on the street nearby for the St Patrick's day party, but when we put the fan on in the room, we couldn't hear it at all and slept fine. If you like a dark room and are sleeping in the front, bring a sleep mask, as you can see the lights in the arcade during the evening. Overall, a really nice place to stay!

Ryan’s listing is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to spend time in Providence. The apartment is super clean and is in a great location within the city. We were very comfortable our entire stay with all the amenities and would definitely use this listing again for any future trips !

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

Love the place, it’s clean as a hotel. But just as a reminder for someone who wants to stay here in the future, there are some noise of water and cars when you’re staying in the bed room. The host provided ear plugs for it.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
