Jane's place was exactly as described. Neat, peaceful, and not far from our activities. She was proactive & responsive. It was the perfect spot for a birthday 3-day weekend stay.

very clean and cozy place to stay. for some reason I thought I was renting a little cottage, I didn't realize it was essentially a finished walk out basement but i wasnt disappointed because the place was wonderful and i couldnt even tell anyone was upstairs. patty was super respectful of her downstairs guests. beautiful neighborhood with a small beach within walking distance, its an enjoyable walk and a great spot to launch a kayak or take a dip. central location within reasonable driving distance to many popular RI locations such as newport, Narragansett, and providence. ferry, beaches, state parks, hiking, walkable downtowns, etc nearby.

A treasure of a place to stay in Wakefield! Absolutely beautiful and well-appointed, even more spacious than the photos and excellent attention to detail in providing anything you might need. Fast and easy communication with the host and a lovely, walkable location. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Alice’s home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a short weekend in Middletown. It was an easy, 20 minute walk to the beaches and infamous cliff walk while also being so close to restaurants and shops. She was also so communicative and accommodating.

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

Michael’s Airbnb was amazing. He thought of everything we could possibly need and more. Wonderful wine/snack basket. Plenty of towels & blankets. Fully stocked kitchen.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

House was amazing, beautiful inside & out. looks even better in person 😍. being able to walk into a preheated House from out of the snow made my day. Stayed at this home with a group of 10 for a Bachelorette weekend. Gorgeous home, spacious and great open concept. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Perfect location. The host Nancy was super nice, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend staying here and hope to again in the future either here or one of her other rental properties!

The place was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the place. We loved staying at this home. We visited the area for a cousins wedding. Perfect for the family. Super clean and the home had a lot to offer!

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

Teri's place was as described and perfect for our large group of 11. It easily handled the parking and sleeping requirements we had. It was a short drive to tons of great restaurants and stores, and 10 minutes to the beach. It also had a nice "riverfront" beach in the neighborhood. It was clean and fully stocked. Teri is was on point with all communications. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

The location was great. The beach was just a mile and a nice walk. The house was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time at the house and never cooked a meal but it seemed to be well stocked with supplies. Although there were no lobster crackers so we had to go out for lobster!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

My stay in Newport in Amber and John's room was quite perfect. The space was clean and spotless, and in a very central location to all of the nearby sites. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for somewhere to stay during their trip to Newport, RI. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this room again in the future!

Had a wonderful time! Wish we booked a longer stay! So much to do so little time! We will be back! Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

What a beautiful room, near the laundry and the business center. We absolutely loved the rooftop trek deck with amazing views of the harbor. The restaurants are always great and the location could not be better. We will definitely come and stay again.

I had a fantastic stay in Newport! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location near the waterfront and great restaurants. The host was responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful. I’d definitely stay again!

Firas property is well kept, cozy and comfortable. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. 10/10 I would recommend and stay here again !
