Kaian is a wonderful host - what a kind person. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and offered help when we had a question about a rental car. The space is big! It’s a budget stay in Turks and so the place isn’t very updated and has been well loved, but it’s exactly what we expected. The outdoor porch is perfect for enjoying your coffee. And it’s very quiet!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Beautifully situated in a quiet area but close to restaurants and beaches. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Jeff was very responsive to our questions and his recommendations were spot on. Would absolutely stay again.

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

The house was perfect for 3 of us over Spring Break, having the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkellng gears were a huge help. We loaded up the car everyday and headed to our favorite Leeward beach. The house was in a quiet area with a fence gate. Coconut Bistro was the nearest restaurant and was walkable but for more restaurants/shopping it would be maybe 15-20 mins walk, luckily we had a car. We had a great time on this beautiful island and would love to come back one day.

Our stay at The Lighthouse was an absolute treat for this family of four. You'd be hard pressed to find a more responsive, informative and helpful host than Karen. Long before we arrived Karen had plied us with endless recommendations that were perfect: restaurants, activities, car rentals etc. This was invaluable in helping us leverage our time and resources. The Lighthouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and recharge. We loved the quiet nature of Thompson Cove, away from the bustle of the commercial Grace Bay resorts. The place is spotless, well appointed and private. A short walk puts you on stunning and empty Thompson beach. Most days you'll be escorted by the resident, sweet four legged host, Soldier. Or you can stroll out back and kayak or paddleboard amongst the turtles in the canal. A car rental is key to really explore and see other parts of this spectacular island. We loved every facet of this trip and hope to return. What a memorable vacation! Thanks Karen.

Sunny paradise is a perfect description for Gregory’s place. It is convenient to everything on the island (e.g. 5 minutes to grace bay, 2 minutes to ferry) while also away from the crowds and a great private retreat. Gregory was extremely helpful and responsive at all times and made sure our stay was comfortable and safe. Myself and 2 young kids stayed here and we had a blast and enjoyed the accommodations. The house is spacious and well appointed. Book with confidence and enjoy!

Dadre's place was perfect for our group of 6, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Deck with outside seating a grill and pool made for nice relaxing evenings. Dadre was responsive when we needed something and also gave us some recommendations for places to try.

This Airbnb was fantastic- responsive communication, flexible, clean, friendly, the list goes on. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and it felt like we were visiting family. The place is even nicer than the pictures. It was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower after a full day at the beach was heavenly. There was always plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. The outside area was beautiful and sitting by the canal early in the morning was so peaceful. There are fish and sea turtles to watch, birds chirping and a beautiful covered area with nice cushioned furniture and a grill to use. The pool is nice and has a fountain with to listen to that added to the ambiance with the beautiful lighting at night. We had fun using the kayak and going down the canal to admire all of the other beautiful sites and watch even more sea turtles swimming along side of us. The main reason we decided to stay here was because of the reviews and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Emma's place is amazing! It's right next to the beach where we get to watch the sunset and walking distance from Da Conch Shack. It's easy to get onto the major highway and drive around the island. The place is clean, cozy and beautifully decorated with everything we need. Buster is a fantastic guide and added fun to our trip. We will def return if we travel to TCI again!

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Excellent séjour chez Wilbert et Christine! Des gens très accueillants et agréables. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable autant dans la maison qu’à l’extérieur. La piscine en fin de journée est un beau bonus. Je recommande l’endroit sans hésiter!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Turcs and Caicos. Le logement était bien situé, très propre, avec toutes les commodités, incluant les articles de plages que nous avons beaucoup utilisé durant notre séjour. Le fair d’avoir une voiture prête à notre airbnb a l’arrivée a été un plus. Nous avons pu découvrir l’île de façon autonome. Bref, je retournerais à ce airbnb sans hésiter. Wow, what a terrific stay and vacation in Turks and Caico's, specifically Provo and Grace Bay. Gabriel and Judy have a gorgeous property with a lovely pool, great outdoor kitchen and the space we stayed in was perfect (looks exactly like the pics). Terrific hosts, just lovely people. We loved every second we were there on vacation and want to return to Gabriel and Judy's home, for sure. The space is private and surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowering plants. Definitely rent a car if you decide to stay here as it's at the opposite end of the island from the airport. We used the car each day, totally worth the expense. Can't wait to go back!

Super clean, extremely well stocked, and so convenient! 3 minutes to Bight Beach, 5 minutes to Coral Gardens and Smith's Reef. Simone's across the street cannot be beat for the best prices on the island for drinks, and the food is delish! This is our go to place from now on (and this was our fifth visit to TCI)!

I thought Peter’s place looked much better than the photos advertised. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival and would definitely stay here again if returning to the island. Thank you Peter. Oh and having the rental was a great bonus without much hassle. Convenient to get around, which is needed.

The condo was a lovely place to stay, well maintained and with everything you need to enjoy the beach and cook meals to save a little money (prepare to spend a lot at restaurants). I enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and easy access to a beach that felt nearly private. Great location for someone who enjoys snorkeling.

Our stay at Peter’s place was amazing. The property was very beautiful and the room was fully stocked with kitchen supplies which was very convenient for us. The location was also a great plus since it’s in the central part of the island so getting to places was quick and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope you return soon!

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

This listing is a GEM! 💎 It is exactly as described - private and away from “all things touristy.” You nearly have a beach to yourself. The National Park is adjacent to the property which means you have beautiful land to stroll through or next to while you’re on the beach. Matt and Erin were so very helpful with their recommendations. There isn’t a thing they haven’t thought of to have in their apartment.

Danielle was amazing, gave us awesome tips, always very responsive. Her condo is in a great area, easy access to everything, and the place was great! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Adams Grace Bay Condo. It was lovely, just as described had everything you needed and more. The chairs, umbrella and cool box were very much appreciated. The condo complex has a pool and sun beds and enjoyed relaxing there at the end of day. It was a short walk to the beach and Grace Bay Strip where there are many bars and restaurants. Adam was great at communicating with us both before and during our trip. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone
