We had an amazing time and loved the place, Mike, and the entire experience. The house was so relaxing and peaceful and a short drive from the beach and Smith’s reef. Mike was so welcoming and gave us great information about places to go off the beaten path to have wonderful days of adventure. He also recommended a great fishing trip and snorkel trip. This place was a great value for the island and Mike even lent me some dumbells and a yoga mat, etc so o could work out. He is a great person and very informative host who grew up in this amazing place and was so helpful.

We loved how we could walk to the beautiful bay nearby and that everything we could possibly need for the beach was readily available at the house. The kids had a blast with the slide and pool! Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our second trip to this beautiful island.

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

The home had beautiful views and finishes, we can’t wait to visit again. The tub was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t test the grill, but it would be fun to host meals there as well.

I recently visited this place, and it’s absolutely lovely! The property has plenty of space, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Whether you're hanging out in the spacious garden or having a good time with friends, it’s easy to feel at ease here. However, I do feel the experience could be even better if the pool had some lights for nighttime enjoyment. Other than that, it’s a fantastic spot that I’d definitely recommend!

Great place - fun pool and was mostly private! Walking distance to the fabulous coco bistro restaurant (make sure you go and make your reservation ahead of time, if not the bar area is first came first serve) about 10ish min walk to gorgeous grace bay beach, and about 20 min drive to our favorite Taylor bay and sapodilla beach, and about same distance to turtle cove. The place was clean and safe, calm and you could see the sunrise from the main bedroom. The only thing I was sad I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fire by the pool. Other than that my workouts by the pool were also great! If you go to Turks and Caicos stay here and be sure to support all the local restaurants and shops!

We had an incredible stay at the villa! The location was peaceful and picturesque, offering complete privacy and stunning views. The interiors were elegant, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The host was welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil escape!

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. The grounds were absolutely lovely. They had a resort feel without the resort crowd. Pool was a nice amenity. We especially enjoyed the sound system outside. The house was modern, well appointed and clean. Washer and dryer were great. I chose this house based on the proximity to Babalua beach. It’s one of our favorites. Beach chairs and umbrella were a useful amenity. A paved driveway might be better suited than the rock because of the incline. Not a huge deal, but would make pulling in and out a lot easier. Overall, this was an amazing house for our vacation and our family would absolutely stay here again.

Joycelyn was a fantastic host who was very responsive and provided suggestions on where to eat in the area. The condo is in an excellent location, close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants. It’s only a short walk to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

Sean was very responsive from the minute I made the reservation. Once we arrived he was very helpful and always checked in. He provided us with so many great dinning options and activities. I would definitely book with him. It was a pleasure and I enjoyed my stay.

This condo is absolutely incredible! I would recommend this a million times over! First and foremost this is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo feels safe, peaceful, and beautiful! Karen also provides her guest with a wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs which added so much value to our stay! All of the guest including myself can confidently say we enjoyed our stay!

First time visitor of Turks and Caicos islands with my friends! The airbnb is located in a fantastic spot and is easy to navigate to. It’s nearby some of the best restaurants on the island (i would recommend mr grouper, crackpot, and coco bistro). The airbnb itself is very clean and has great amenities! The lock had some issues and we got locked out a few times so just be careful of that.

Great private place right next to sunset beach, 3 stories gives tons of room and privacy to folks staying there. Gated all around with beautiful flowers and gardens around. We had a family of 5 stay for 4 nights and explored all over Provo, as well as north and middle Caicos. Our favorite beach was Mudjin harbour.

This Airbnb was very clean and just as described and shown in photos. Check in was very easy, we felt safe and location was great and close to everything. The washer and dryer was nice to have. There are beach towels included, the ad says there is not. We would suggest to have an umbrella and 2 chairs for guests to have as we had to either pay for beach chairs or sit on the towels on the sand.

A full home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, along with a great fenced in backyard/pool, was perfect for our needs. Set in a neighborhood, it was nice to get away from the busyness

The location is everything. Close to Grace Bay, restaurants, the Fish Fry, grocery store, etc. The Airbnb was clean, the host was very responsive, and check-in/check-out were easy. The outdoor common area is nice with a lovely pool, plenty of loungers, and a small eating area with a grill. Would stay here again.

We visited for a week. The place was exceptional. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. We visited new beaches each day and enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Snorkeling in the reefs was fun. Don't miss Thursday night's fish fry. The location made it easy to access everything. We are already planning to return.

Beautiful, contemporary townhome, fully equipped and spacious. Great location, close to all the restaurants and shops on Grace Bay strip. The host was responsive and took quick action to resolve an issue in the unit. Overall, for the rate this is a nice property for a stay in Provo.
