Unser Aufenthalt bei Petra war traumhaft, wir haben eine äußerst herzliche Gastgeberin und alles wie beschrieben (sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos) vorgefunden. Der Ort ist eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen, einfach den Blick in die Landschaft und die Ruhe genießen, auf der Terasse frühstücken, eine Erfrischung im Pool nehmen und für Kinder gibt es auch allerhand (Tomaten ernten, Ponies streicheln, Trampolin hüpfen, Hängematte). Die touristischen Ziele der Marken sind alle in erreichbarer Nähe, seien es die Städte wie Urbino, Mondavio, Pesaro, Senigallia etc. oder die Strände. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 5 min Autofahrt, eine Bar in Barchi selbst. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari gentilissimi e amichevoli, ci hanno accolto calorosamente. L’alloggio magnifico, ricco e pulito, una villa bellissima nell’entroterra marchigiano, ottimo per vacanze tra amici o in famiglia. Consigliatissimo

It was a beautiful and complete house in a good location with nice views. The house is clean and richly equipped. Close to Fabriano, so all amenities nearby. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host who is always ready to answer your questions. For the pizza oven and bbq, all necessities were present, so we used this several times. A lovely pool and beautiful garden, we enjoyed our stay.

Francesco war ein toller und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat uns mit seinen Tipps das Erkunden der Gegend sehr einfach gemacht. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder, da der Urlaub für uns eine wundervolle Auszeit bedeutete und es an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Viele. Dank!

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

Soggiorno incantevole!!!! L'agriturismo è un una zona molto tranquilla immerso nel verde, la piscina pulitissima e molto grande con lettini sempre disponibili. L'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort inclusa aria condizionata e zanzariere a tutte le finestre!! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino in frigor e qualcosa per la colazione. Host Super ospitali, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno offerto un'eccellente degustazione dei loro buonissimi vini! Ci sono molti spazi comuni che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, ad esempio un pranzo all'aperto in veranda. Che dire ... agriturismo consigliatissimo !!!! A presto!!

Serenity. Authenticity. Purity. Our family had a delightful stay at Carlo and Stefania’s place, which is set in a charming farming landscape. The view of olive and fig trees and the rolling sunflower hills provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The attention to detail, elegant design, and high-quality amenities added an effortless convenience to our experience. The daily routines included a short drive to the beaches, with cafes, shops, restaurants and local markets nearby. Our communication with Carlo and Stefania was also timely, open and complete. We can certainly recommend this place to those who value a genuine, traditional Italian vacation experience at the Adriatic Sea.

Absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Le Marche wilt verkennen. Schitterende accommodatie in een rustige omgeving maar met de auto in de buurt van alles wat je nodig hebt. Ik zou deze accommodatie aan iedereen aanbevolen en blind weer boeken wanneer ik in deze regio op vakantie ga. De hosts hebben hun best gedaan om je zo thuis mogelijk te laten voelen in een fijne, comfortabele schone omgeving en hebben zát tips voor dagtrips, eten en nog vele andere zaken. Wij hebben genoten.

piccolo appartamento immerso nella natura e tra gli animali. perfetto per chi vuole allontanarsi un po dal caos della città e perdersi in verdi panorami.

Posto incantevole, nelle colline Marchigiane. Fin troppo incantevole, tanto é che abbiamo passato molto tempo in relax in Villa. Peccato per lo Stradello non asfaltato che collega la strada principale alla villa. Host super disponibile e gentile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Die Wohnung von Caterina ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar. In wenigen Minuten kommt man mit dem Auto in die netten Küstenstädtchen Sirolo und Numana. Nicht sehr weit und sehr lohnenswert sind auch Ausflüge nach Ancona oder Loreto.

An excellent stay in an authentic Italian home with brilliant facilities and kind and friendly hosts. Beautiful surrounding area with lots to see and do. Tranquil and relaxing with fantastic outdoor space and eating area. A real pleasure to stay here. Thank you!

Heel mooi verblijf, waarbij we met onze vrienden en familie goed hier konden verblijven. We waren zeer tevreden over de geweldige buitenkeuken en het zwembad, hier hebben we 90% van onze tijd doorgebracht. De inrichting van de kamers is top, en alles is goed voorzien. Ook met kinderen is dit een geweldig verblijf door de aanwezigheid van een zwembad, genoeg buitenstoelen en een tafeltennistafel. De communicatie met Nathalie was snel en efficiënt, waarbij we altijd goed geholpen zijn. Ik raad dit verblijf zeker aan vrienden aan en mochten we weer in de buurt moeten zijn dan willen we hier weer verblijven.

We enjoyed our stay in Casale Mignola a lot. We were traveling with family and friends and the house with the facilities did cope with our very high expectations. If not even exceeding. Laura was greatly responding to all our questions, proactively providing recommendations and with that, allowing us to plan ahead our stay. Tomaso assured the prompt and efficient check-in that made us feel at home from very beginning. One highlight was the dinner prepared in the house by chef Lorenzo and Pepe. Delicious local menu. un séjour incroyable. Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)
