Che dire! Un luogo meraviglioso e l’ospitalità di Gavina è straordinaria e preziosa. Un bellissimo fienile accogliente, in un grande giardino dove sole e ombra si alternano grazie anche a delle pergole molto ampie, che permettono di lavorare e mangiare al riparo dal sole. Gavina, oltre a farci trovare a casa tante piccole attenzioni, quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra macchina, ci ha aiutato con una disponibilità davvero straordinaria. Potrei continuare a lungo a descrivere la bellezza del luogo e la gentilezza di Gavina, ma aggiungo soltanto che i dintorni sono bellissimi, e se non si vuole soltanto godere della piacevolezza della casa e del suo meraviglioso giardino, basta fare qualche chilometro per visitare la Toscana più bella e ricca di natura e di cultura. The place is really nice and looks like at the pictures. All was there as described. Daniel was super helpful - thank you for all. ... and of course the pool is wonderful, even if we had at some days quite some mosquitos. Monte San Salvino is a great base for trips to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Montepulciano ... we really loved it. P.S. The property is shared with two other flats.

Olivier è una persona incredibile! Sembra uscito da un film i Fellini... E' un fottuto genio, che ha saputo ridare vita ad un luogo unico nel suo genere... ricco di storia e tradizione, rendendolo davvero MAGICO. La "casina rossa" è un nido, caldo e accogliente, dotato di tutto ciò che serve. E' assolutamente un posto dove tornare. Ah... io ho un meticcio di Pastore Belga e Border Collie, da quando siamo tornate mi tiene il muso: voleva restare lì. Peaceful and serene place. Very high quality apartments and swimming pool area. The pool was very clean - taken care of every morning. The hosts are very warm and polite.

The house we rented was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi, nice private terrace with lounges, outdoor table and barbecue. The pool was big, clean and with a breathtaking view of the lake Trasimeno. Michele the host was really nice, responsive and helpful. We were so happy with our accommodation that we extended it for a few more days! We will definitely recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Michele for making our stay so great!

Casa Camalda è davvero un posto meraviglioso. immerso nella pace più assoluta, con un bellissimo percorso natura che parte dalla porta di casa, ottime marmellate disponibili, Ennio che con i suoi consigli e la sua gentilezza è sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni sul meraviglioso parco che circonda la casa, cosa volere di più? L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto, rustico ma con tutto quello che serve.

Wundervoller Ort. Inmitten von der toskanischen Natur und tollen Tieren. Die Wohnung war ausreichend ausgestattet, der Pool war perfekt. Das ganze Gelände war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Tiere waren total schön und die Lage einfach perfekt. Danke elena!!

Tomasso fue muy amable y atento, y la bienvenida a la casa fue estupenda. Nos recibió con un bizcocho y un pan buenísimo. La casa es muy acogedora y tiene de todo y el entorno es espectacular. Sin embargo, está relativamente alejado de otras zonas y las carreteras están poco cuidadas. En nuestro caso, como el tiempo no acompañó, no pudimos disfrutar mucho de las instalaciones, pero hubiera sido maravilloso poder pasear por allí.

Een prachtige plek om tot rust te komen en te ontspannen! Mooi huisje met prima basisvoorzieningen, rustige&mooie natuur en een heerlijk zwembad. Joost is een fijne gastheer, die regelmatig op het terrein te vinden is als je hem nodig hebt.

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

Dieses alte Steinhaus ist ein wahres Juwel in den Hügeln Umbriens. Ca 15 Minuten von der nächsten Ortschaft Umbertide gelegen und in absoluter Alleinlage ist es der perfekte Ort um Ruhe und Stille zu genießen. Egal ob Montone, Spello oder Assisi...Umbrien hat unser Herz gewonnen. Frühstück direkt auf der sonnige Terrasse, Mittagsessen unter der schönen Pergola, umwerfende Sonnenuntergänge am wundervollen Pool ♡ Obwohl der Sommer in Umbrien sehr heiß ist bleibt das Haus selbst schön kühl und wir alle haben perfekt geschlafen. 4 Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage, 1 mit Doppelbett, 3 mit jeweil 2 Betten und super bequemen Matratzen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns anfangs die Tatsache, daß kein Toilettenpapier runtergepült werfen darf, aber mit Hygienebeuteln kein Problem. Bei Problemen kann man sich einfach an Tony, den Ansprechpartner vor Ort, wenden und gemeinsam findet sich schnellstmöglich eine Lösung. Danke für eine tolle Woche!

Lucia and her husband are such a friendly couple, we got so many amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, they really put a lot of effort into the list. We had a problem with the water and they fixed it within the first day, had an alternative solution right away. Their English is great, we had a few good conversations. The house is surrounded by nature, there is an olive tree farm close by, we could see beautiful sunsets every night from the garden and so many stars because of the low light area. The pool is bigger than expected and very clean. All in all, the perfect location for a stay in peace and time out from the rest of the world, we loved it!! A car is recommended for the area, it was necessary for us in order to grocery shop and get around in general.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

We had such an amazing time! Such a calm and serene atmosphere! The place is quiet far off the main road and in the woods. Nonetheless it is not far from beautiful cities which make great day trips. It is also the perfect place to just relax, enjoying the sun and lay by the pool. The view is astounding and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a restaurant that serves food, which was very tasty! Would visit again for sure :)

Grazioso e funzionale appartamento (Melo), luminoso, accogliente e ben equipaggiato, ubicato in un borgo incantevole. Vista e dintorni da togliere il fiato. Tutto curato e ben tenuto. Proprietari garbati e amichevoli.

This Villa is heavenly! The interior is gorgeous, comfortable and has everything you need - all the while retaining a sense of the history of the building. The gardens and the pool are lovely and inviting. The terrace is the perfect place for many long, leisurely dinners. The views are spectacular. We never wanted to leave the Villa, but when we did, we had easy access to many lovely Umbrian and Tuscan hill towns, wineries, ceramic factories, cooking classes, etc. We really enjoyed having a chef (through Daniela) prepare several meals. We dream of returning often! Communication with the host was easy, excellent and very helpful. Ten stars!

Casale 36 was a beautiful property! It was just as described but the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the singing of the birds each morning was perfect! We arrived to a wonderful surprise - tasty treats including a home made mushroom lasagna! The property was very private. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay was perfect!

Eine tolle Oase inmitten vom Nirgendwo. Wir haben hier 11 Tage die Ruhe genossen und wenn es zu ruhig wurde Tagesausflüge nach Assisi oder Cortona gemacht. Es ist aber auch ohne Ausflüge alles da, was man braucht…
