We had a phenomenal stay! The apartment villa provided us with a beautiful Tuscan experience. The location was perfect for us to have a great and convenient home base and take many day trips to different towns in the region. Marian was a wonderful and responsive host, and her staff on the property were very helpful and kind. We will be returning back here 100%!

L’appartamento era pulito ed ordinato. Il self check in ci ha consentito di arrivare e lasciare l’alloggio con totale autonomia e comodità. le istruzioni che ci ha dato Gaia erano complete e chiare. L’appartamento è in una posizione ottima per potersi muovere tra i borghi del Chianti e non è neanche troppo lontano da Siena e Firenze. In ultimo, ma non meno importante, l’alloggio è arredato con cura e attenzione, i dettagli curati e l’idromassaggio in maniera hanno reso il soggiorno davvero unico.

We had a wonderful stay. Lorenzo and his family were amazing hosts. The property is well maintained and the pool was refreshing after a day of visiting Tuscany. You need a car but many Tuscan towns are within a 30-40 minute drive. The charming town of Lucignano is a 10-15 minute drive from the property. It has the best gelato!! If you want a place to retreat to at the end of a busy day then this is the place for you.

Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Häuschen war sehr rustikal und gemütlich, dadurch hat man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter wohl gefühlt. Laura war immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem Grundstück, welches riesig und komplett eingezäunt ist, frei bewegen und hat täglich mit dem hauseigenen Hund gespielt. Appartamento luminoso, ampio, molto pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che vi può occorrere per fare qualsiasi cosa (ascoltare musica, vedere la tv, giochi da tavolo, preparazione cocktail). Il punto del cuore dell’appartamento è sicuramente la cucina ad isola in cui si può sia cucinare ( qualsiasi cosa poiché dotata di tutto) sia assistere a quello che succede in salotto. La zona è molto tranquilla e a pochi passi a piedi trovate farmacia, coop, macelleria, spazio gioco per chi ha dei bambini, due bar e le poste. Jonathan è molto disponibile ed educato (in caso di necessità risponde entro pochi minuti ai vostri messaggi).

Laura e’ una persona molto disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha indicato tutti i posti migliori da visitare durante il soggiorno oltre ad orari e interessi. Appartamento situato in posizione ottima e pulito, proprio come essere a casa. Sicuramente torneremo e nell’occasione ringrazio.

Wir haben uns bei Maria Luisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Maria Luisa und ihr Sohn Simone sind unglaublich nett und super erreichbar. Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu hart und man muss einfach wissen, dass man zu Fuß nicht viel machen kann, sondern auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Claudia ci ha accolto subito con un grande sorriso! La sua casa e’ comodissima ed ha una terrazza che vale il viaggio… spettacolare a dir poco! Siamo stati davvero benissimo! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui! Torneremo di certo!

Ev Siena Katedrali'ne uzak ama tren ve otobüs imkanı vardı. Konum çok güzeldi bu yüzden uzak olmasını sorun etmedik. Carlo çok yardımseverdi. Bize anlık olarak cevap verdi ve evi anlattığı gibiydi.

Wonderful agriturismo in Italy! Great for day trips to Montepulciano, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno. Beautiful surroundings and nice swimming pool. Great for a family!

Bell'appartamento, confortevole e molto attrezzato. Ideale per chi ha un cagnolino. Centro città raggiungibile a piedi. Host gentile e disponibile.

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Splendid location and excellent food! Perfect getaway in my opinion — I saw the prettiest sunset of my life surrounded by cats and ducks.

abbiamo trascorso dei giorni nella totale quiete e tranquillità. Molto vicino al lago che offre uno spettacolo incredibile. Goduto anche della compagnia di qualche animale residente della proprietà. Carlo e stato davvero un host eccezionale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Sempre reattivo ad ogni richiesta. Felici di essere stati a soggiornare nella sua struttura.

la gentilissima Barbara ci ha accolto nel suo caldo ed accogliente appartamento con gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia. Preciso e puntuale il check in. L'appartamento, spazioso, pulito, caldo, confortevole e dotato di tutti i confort, è ubicato a pochi metri dal centro storico. Grazie alle informazioni preziose fornite da Barbara, il parcheggio è stato comodo e gratuito. Siamo veramente soddisfatti del rifugio di Barbara, che consigliamo vivamente e che ci ha dato modo di trascorrere una splendida vacanza a Città di Castello. grazie Barbara.

We loved staying at the Santa Lucia Farmhouse and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this region. The property itself is incredible. We loved the sunsets over the Tuscan hills and hanging out near the pool during sunset gave us incredible photos of the sun reflecting off of the water. We loved walking outside of the property to explore the beauty along the road as well. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook from home. The views from each window were beautiful as well. Francesca's recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful too for days when we went out into Asciano or the towns nearby. We visited Siena and Arezzo during our stay and had a lot of fun exploring these towns and then coming home to the peaceful farmhouse. Also notable is that Francesca made the check-in process super easy with short videos of how to get inside the property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Francesca!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

Spent a lovely week at Marco’s holiday place. The flat was decorated traditionally, In immaculate condition and well kitted out ( there were snacks and cold drinks waiting in the fridge). We used the private back patio for breakfasts and after dinner drinks with a view of the countryside! The pool and grounds are great and my toddler loved the trampoline . Parking was easy and the property is easy to access ( no gravel/steep roads etc) Lastly and importantly, Marco and his mother are really nice! He gave a great recommendation for a local pizza place with sunset views and was very helpful generally

We had a fantastic week at Argena. The views from the terrace are some of the most incredible we’ve ever seen in Tuscany - truly mesmerizing. Vincent was a wonderful host - from greeting us with drinks, giving us local recommendations to showing us the nearby forest lake where you can swim and kayak (a thoroughly memorable afternoon), he really went over and above. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and good value. As well as Lucignano which is lovely, it is well situated to visit Arezzo - great for shopping, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence. A brilliant find!

Lieu atypique avec une vue magnifique, reposant, au calme et avec un bon couchage pour la chambre parentale. Grand privilège d'avoir pu écouter Jack jouer du piano. Petit bémol pour l'utilisation assez restrictive des parties communes. Mais le charme global du site compense ces aspects négatifs. Comme précisé par Scott et Imogen dans le descriptif, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule 4×4 pour y accéder.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nella campagna toscana. Il Sig. Paolo è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
