We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

What a fantastic find!! Bernadino and Edoardo were superb hosts at the beautiful house overlooking the vineyards. It had all the amenities you could wish for and was spotlessly clean. Edoardo cooked for us one evening and it was so delicious and reasonably priced. I would gladly have had her cook for us every evening!! A perfect stay, couldn’t have asked for more 😊

Francesca and Giovannis home was probably the best most authentic to the area airbnb we have stayed in to date. The view is the selling point. With hill top views of the surrounding area and vineyards you get to take in what the Tuscan lifestyle has to offer. The deck and the hot tub, along with plenty of seating, outdoor grill and plenty to privacy are the main selling points for this home. The home is a refurbished barn that has been in the family and you can feel the authenticity in this home. francesca gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area, arranged a car for hotel transfer and arranged for us to go to their family winery for a tasting and to help harvest the grapes! Once in a life time experience! Their winery sits a top a mountain with the most breathtaking views and her husband is so nice and welcoming. The winery is called Il Colle. There were also fresh charcuterie boards, wine and treats that were waiting for us when we got to the home. Please stay here!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Francesca è molto simpatica e super disponibile in qualsiasi ora della giornata ha risposto ai nostri messaggi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i prodotti disponibili a partire dai saponi vegani in dotazione, fino ad arrivare al vino ed altri prodotti di qualità come il pane ed il delizioso olio che abbiamo potuto assaporare. L'ambiente è molto caloroso, ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie al focolare ed alla vasca idromassaggio. Sicuramente ritorneremo per poter rivivere questa fantastica esperienza. Molto consigliato per chi ama stare a contatto con la natura e trascorrere delle giornate tranquille e rilassanti.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful property. The surroundings are spectacular. The property has a lovely pool and terrace with BBQ and large table, perfect for eating, drinking and looking out at the beautiful views. We stayed in the one bedroom property which was perfect for my wife and I. The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living area where well laid out and the decoration was clean and well though out. Laura met us on arrival and provided some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. Would very much hope we go back some time.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment. Cute cats. We felt right at home. Our highlight was getting to know Diletta and Vanni. Their hospitality and warmth made our experience in the Tuscan countryside very special. This is much more than just an Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für schönes Wetter. Der Garten ist traumhaft und der Pool wird gut gepflegt und kann auch abends genutzt werden. Bei Regen sieht es leider etwas anders aus. Die Regenrinnen sind kaputt und erzeugen das Geräusch von Wasserfällen. Aber für das Wetter kann ja niemand etwas. Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden haben allerdings die besten Zeiten weit hinter sich. Möchte man keinen Besuch vom sehr lieben Hofhund bekommen sollte man darauf achten die Türen immer zu schließen. Insgesamt haben wir uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Lucia and her husband are wonderful hosts, warm and kind-hearted. Their home is truly magical—clean, spacious, and cozy. We felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

We loved the place. Easy access and an incredible view. The cooking class they offer is definitely worth taking. The wines they produce are incredible! Everything we needed was promptly attended to. We highly recommend it.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!
