Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

Le logement d'Edoardo était super. En plus d'être propre et d'être situé dans une zone très calme, le logement était particulièrement chaleureux et bien équipé. Les instructions d'arrivée sont claires et Edoardo réactif aux messages.

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

My wife and I loved our trip to Italy. Saverio was a amazing host, really helpfull and just a very nice guy. He didnt mind at all that we couldnt check in till 9pm and wanted check out a 730am, he was very accomadating. The house was perfect, very clean, nice powerfull shower and a bath. Saverio provided us with coffee and tea which was a nice touch. The decking area was lovely with beautiful views and a BBQ. Thank you so much Saverio for providing a wonderful air bnb for us to enjoy!

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nella meravigliosa casa di Enrico. Le foto rendono meno rispetto alla realtà. Enrico è una persona accogliente, disponibile sempre pronto a darti consigli, ci ha accolti con una bottiglia di un buon vino e un’acqua leggera e molto buona. La casa è splendida, immersa nel verde, funzionale, luminosa, molto pulita e accogliente, trovi l’ essenziale e anche di più di ciò che ti occorre per trascorrere una vacanza o anche pochi giorni nel silenzio e nella pace, a 10 minuti dal centro di Arezzo. La casa è piena di vetrate che la rendono un caldo nido nella natura, sei a contatto con essa e il cielo anche quando sei all’interno, è qualcosa di magico. I bimbi si sono divertiti molto nel prato e a giocare con le galline di Enrico. Abbiamo ritrovato silenzio, tranquillità e pace. Ci rivedremo presto caro Enrico, grazie davvero per la cura e l’attenzione che ci hai riservato!

Francesca and Giovannis home was probably the best most authentic to the area airbnb we have stayed in to date. The view is the selling point. With hill top views of the surrounding area and vineyards you get to take in what the Tuscan lifestyle has to offer. The deck and the hot tub, along with plenty of seating, outdoor grill and plenty to privacy are the main selling points for this home. The home is a refurbished barn that has been in the family and you can feel the authenticity in this home. francesca gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area, arranged a car for hotel transfer and arranged for us to go to their family winery for a tasting and to help harvest the grapes! Once in a life time experience! Their winery sits a top a mountain with the most breathtaking views and her husband is so nice and welcoming. The winery is called Il Colle. There were also fresh charcuterie boards, wine and treats that were waiting for us when we got to the home. Please stay here!!!!

Alessandra’s place was great! Absolutely beautiful views and everything you need for a few nights to rest in peaceful and beautiful wine country. Very short drive to the historic Cortona which is an experience itself to walk around and explore. Alessandra was very kind and helpful; we had a tiny bit of trouble finding the place with Google maps and she was helpful in getting us there safe and sound. Overall a great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Nossa estadia na hospedagem de Elena foi inscribed, tudo maravilhoso! Muito confortavel, com muitas comodidades a nossa disposicao. A localizacao é muito boa com uma vista espetacular, chegamos facilmente com as instruções da Elena. O Massimo que nos recepcionou e foi sempre muito gentil e cordial, conseguiu para nós contato para alugarmos uma vespa e fazer um passeio incrivel, também nos orientou para um passeio em vinicola em Montepulciano que foi otimo. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes e ficaremos hospedados novamente nesse airbnb. Obrigada por tudo Elena, Massimo e sua esposa também muito gentil.

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

I have stayed in many BnB’s but Alda’s place was the best by far. It is in a small community that has quaint shops. We stayed for a month and the locals recognized us when we went into the shops or cafes. It is a perfect location to visit all areas of Tuscany in a day. We had a car but the train station is in the next village and a bus runs to the train. The house is large and spacious. The outside garden and outdoor cooking area is a bonus. However Alda herself was the reason we enjoyed our stay so much. She is a lovely lady that is eager to provide information and help. We hope to go back again

Elena and Enrico were super friendly, the place was extremly relaxing we wished to stay more than 3 days after spending time at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic stuff.

Setting was beautiful, and the apartment was simple, clean and well kept. Check-in after 7pm is difficult, as the host said he would leave the door unlocked with the key inside yet it was not unlocked when we arrived. Thankfully the host was very responsive and came quickly to open the door for us. Not much to do on the property, but the town is a 5 min drive, and you can’t go wrong with the beautiful scenery around you!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend molto rilassante dell'alloggio di Matteo. l'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e facile da raggiungere, a pochi chilometri dal punto di imbarco dei traghetti diretti all' Isola Maggiore. l'alloggio era pulito, ordinato e dotato di ogni confort. I letti comodissimi e confortevoli. Sul retro della casa c'è un piccolo spazio esterno recintato, molto utile per chi ha i bambini o semplicemente per fare una grigliata e rilassarsi. Matteo è un host preciso, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e molto amichevole, ci siamo sentiti accolti! Speriamo di ritornarci quanto prima 😉

La valle di Dante è meravigliosa. Uno spazio tranquillo e privato dove poter rilassarsi, sia per gli umani che per i nostri cani che sono stati benissimo in quello spazio aperto e recintato. Lucrezia è super! Gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza!

Splendida villetta con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. Tranquilla e confortevole anche durante i giorni lavorativi, splendido giardino ampio e facilmente fruibile con magnifiche piante! I contatti con i proprietari sono sempre stati rapidissimi e cortesi, pronti a soddisfare ogni dubbio o necessità. Ottima vacanza!

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.
