The house was beautiful and more magical with the surrounding vineyards in the fall! You are enveloped by Moscato d’Asti grapes in 360 degrees. The house sits on the slopes of vineyards and it is so peaceful…the perfect way to unplug, without being totally inaccessible. We used it as a home base and traveled to Alba for the international truffle fair and to Torino for some good eats and sightseeing. But to be honest, we didn’t need to leave and would have been happy with 5 straight days in the house. For one of the evenings, we had dinner prepared by a private chef Joseph of Bevino. He made the most wonderful 6-course dinner with wine pairings from his personal cellar. Overall, It was the best way to experience Italian wine country! Make sure to take a car with you so that you can remain mobile and have the opportunity to explore all the pretty towns surrounding the house, including Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. We plan to return.

La casa era molto pulita e ordinata, calda e accogliente. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e anche di più. Ci ha accolti e salutati Marco, che ringraziamo per la sua grande cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza. Qualora dovessimo tornare in queste zone, passeremmo sicuramente di qui!

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons chez Franco à Loazzolo : aucun regret, c'était encore mieux que dans nos souvenirs ! Maison impeccable, tenue par un hôte sympathique et discret, avec piscine hors sol adaptée aux jeunes enfants, et vue panoramique sur les vignes. Rien ne manque, merci encore et à bientôt !

Tutto perfetto. Giordana è stata super disponibile, la casa era pulitissima, materassi comodi e biancheria pulitissima. Il barbecue è la ciliegina sulla torta.

Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und sauber, die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und man kann dort gut entspannen! Man kann sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge vom Pool aus beobachten. Die Sonne hat man den ganzen Tag am Pool. Durch die Lage ist das Haus jedoch mit dem Auto nur schwer zu erreichen (die letzten paar Meter ist ein steiler, schmaler, unbefestigter Weg). Wir konnten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub genießen:) Empfehlenswert, wenn man die italienische Idylle erleben will!

Bellissima country house nelle colline piemontesi. Abbiamo trascorso in questa villa un weekend tra amici per festeggiare i 40 anni di mia sorella. Cercavamo una location che potesse ospitare una ventina di persone e abbiamo trovato un posto davvero unico e molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem antiken Häuschen, das seine bäuerliche Herkunft nicht verleugnet. Fabrizio hat mit Gestaltung und Einrichtung den rustikalen Stil trotz Modernisierung gut und originell bewahrt. Wunderbar ist der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem wir und unser Hund sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Glanzpunkt war für uns der Pool, der groß genug ist für ein kleines Schwimmtraining. Morgendliches Highlight war für uns das Frühstück in der Bar del gatto, in der nicht nur der Cafè und die Brioche sehr lecker, sondern auch die Kontakte sehr nett waren. Die cassetta del melograno ist sehr geeignet für Menschen, die wie wir das ländliche Leben, Wanderungen/Spaziergänge, gutes Essen und Ruhe mögen und sich vom feuchten Klima des Piemont - auch wenn die Sonne scheint - nicht schrecken lassen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Gastgeberin Rosa Maria ist eine äusserst freundliche Person, sie hat mehrfach proaktiv nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre oder ob wir etwas benötigen würden. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und absolut sauber. Der Wohnblock liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und zu Fuss ist man gleich im Zentrum des schönen Städtchens Acqui Terme, wo man in vielen Restaurants die piemontesische Küche oder einfach nur eine tolle Pizza bzw. Farinata geniessen kann. Auch "La Bollente" (ein heisser thermaler Brunnen ist) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Frederica foi sempre muita gentil, hospitaleira e respondia muito rápido. Nos ajudou com várias indicações e dicas da região. O apartamento é muito confortável, limpo e com os utensílios necessários para uma estadia. Cozinha bem completa e organizada. Lava louças e máquina de lavar roupas foram bem úteis. Estacionamento na rua gratuito, fácil de parar a aproximadamente 5min do apto. Localização excelente e próximo do centro de Alba. Recomendamos com certeza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit einer sehr gepflegten Wohnung. Ideal für Wanderungen und kulinarische Ausflüge in der Langhe. Wir wurden freundlich und zuverlässig empfangen und haben die Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr genossen.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend nelle Langhe con amici e questo alloggio si è rivelato strategico sia per la posizione sia perchè è di recentissima ristrutturazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consiglio vivamente.. La vista sui vigneti è impagabile!

L’alloggio di Paola si trova nel centro storico di Barolo, letteralmente sotto il Castello. La vista dalla camera da letto sulle colline e sulle vigne è fantastica, così come è bellissima la vista sul Castello che si puó ammirare dal portone di ingresso. L’alloggio è impeccabile: spazioso, pulitissimo, riscaldato, in posizione ottima sia per uscire a piedi e visitare Barolo, sia per uscire in macchina per visitare gli altri borghi nelle Langhe. Paola è molto disponibile e simpatica, ci ha anche fornito qualche dritta su bar e ristoranti! Torneremo sicuramente!

Renata was a very welcoming host and the apartment is gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans. The wine at the winery is delicious also! Being in the middle of the vineyard was very peaceful and quiet. The location is easy to find and 20-30 min from Alba/Barolo/Barbaresco area for easy exploring. Highly recommend staying here!

Gemütliches und sehr grosses Appartement in perfekter Lage und in direkter Nähe zum historischen Stadtzentrum von Alba. Alles nötige war vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ bei Rückfragen. Kuz: Alles perfekt und eben so wie es sein soll. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Valerio è straordinario, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti come a casa. Ed è questa la sensazione che proviamo ogni volta, un' oasi di pace e calore e sapore di autenticità, la casa che desidereremmo. Calda e accogliente, per noi magica. Valerio è una persona stupenda, e soddisfa le nostre richieste anche meglio di quanto ci aspettiamo, rendendo ogni soggiorno unico e indimenticabile. Il nostro posto oramai preferito, ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di fuggire dal caos e ritrovare serenità e gioia negli occhi e nel cuore. Grazie ancora per tutto caro Valerio, e a presto!!! Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

Soggiornato con la mia fidanzata presso questa bellissima casa di Laura. Appartamento splendido, pulito ed in ordine, con ogni tipo di comfort possibile; all’interno é possibile trovare anche moltissimi volantini e brochure su migliori posti e ristoranti da provare nei dintorni. Laura é splendida e amichevole, sempre proattiva e interessata a chiederci se ci fossero eventuali problemi nell’appartamento. Ottima posizione per poter visitare sia le Langhe che il Monferrato . Consigliatissimo

Großzügiges Apartment über 2 Etagen. Traumhafte Terrasse mit kleiner Außenküche, großem Garten und Pool. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern dort. Für insgesamt 6 Personen stößt die Küche aber ihre Grenzen. Es stehen z.B. nur 2 Kochplatten zur Verfügung. Der Standort ist zentral für Ausflüge ins schöne Piemont. Einkäufe muss man mit einem Auto erledigen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche.

Amazing apartment in the center of Alba. It is conveniently located to everything in the city center and easy to walk everywhere in the city center. There is also a parking space that make travelling to the surrounding towns very easy. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. It is very clean! The instructions for check in were outstanding. Laura also provided an very extensive list of some amazing restaurant in the area- some of the best food we have ever had. We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. This apartment is highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world. Thank you for everything.
