The host is a pleasure to be with, friendly and knows the area well. My fellow travelers look no further and reserve this place when available. Thank me later!! Oh, and he also offered me time at a gym he owns that is close by, truly amazing!!

Great home! Felt right at home. It was a perfect location. Clean, close to a lot of places and very peaceful! I highly recommend staying here!

Ho prenotato casa di vittorio per due persone però ho organizzato un pranzo con amici pagando una piccola quota extra e siamo stati fantasticamente bene. Anche i cani hanno apprezzato tanto gli spazi, la libertà e il barbecue! Davvero una bellissima casa sia all esterno che all interno con tutto il necessario. Non mancava davvero nulla!

Siamo stati benissimo in questa villa e ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo spazio esterno è grandissimo e dispone di tutti i comfort. La piscina è ad uso privato, per noi cosa essenziale. La casa è grande ma resta comunque per 4 persone. Se si hanno figli direi massimo 6 persone, perché in mansarda un adulto non ce lo metterei. L host è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno

Il casolare è davvero incantevole, situato in una posizione meravigliosa che offre tranquillità e viste mozzafiato sulla natura circostante. Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, accoglienti e caldi, ideali per chi cerca un rifugio lontano dal caos della città. L’atmosfera è resa ancora più speciale dalla presenza del camino, che crea un angolo di relax perfetto. Un grande punto di forza è la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria. Se cercate un luogo dove staccare la spina e godervi momenti di pace in un ambiente confortevole e suggestivo, questo casolare è una scelta eccellente.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento solo per qualche giorno, pienamente soddisfatti dei servizi e della gentilezza di Marina e di suo padre. Vivamente consigliato. Grazie

Appartamento pulito e comodo, in uno dei tipici vicoli dei paesi dell'Appennino del sud Italia. Accoglienza perfetta, accompagnati fino alla porta. Perfettamente attrezzata, cucine e toiletries. Foiano è circondata da sentieri per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta e Vincenzo può fornire tutte le informazioni.

Il nostro soggiorno da Michele è stato perfetto. L'alloggio era accogliente, pulito e immerso nella tranquillità della natura. Michele è stato un host gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Ottima dimora per visitare la pizzeria pepe in Grani, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa è carina e Gennaro è stato molto disponibile.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. It’s a 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Sergio, for making my stay so memorable.

Salvatore was very communicative early on, which was much appreciated. It is not far from town but it is a very rural area with small bumpy roads. I do not recommend arriving at night on your first night if at all possible just because of how dark it can get on the rural roads. However, once we arrived, the place was lit up with music playing throughout the entire villa. We were met with a warm greeting from our host and even got to meet a few of the kitties that live on the property. We had the place to ourselves for the length of our stay, so Salvatore quickly showed us where all the light switches were and how to operate the professional kitchen. The view from the kitchen and the walkway to the bedrooms is stunning. The rooms are in the tower of the building, nicely decorated and very clean. Town was only about 10 minutes away to grab a pizza or groceries. Naples and Pompeii were a little over an hour away. Highly recommend this villa if looking for a place off the beaten path.

This villa was amazing. The decor inside was beautiful even the lighting inside was something to talk about. The outdoors was breathtaking. Great for a group. Carmine was very friendly and accommodating. He left snacks for us when we arrived and even offered to take us to the supermarket if needed. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Gianni was a nice and reponsive host and we really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and relaxing. Gianni had a lot of great tips for the neaby city of Sant'Agata de Goti which positively surprised us. The garden and house are exactly as in the pictures. It may be a bit rustic in places but everything works as expected.

La maison de Luca est tout simplement incroyable! Nichée dans la montagne, fraîche malgré la chaleur, superbement décorée et accueillante. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce également à la générosité et la sympathie de Luca et de Giuseppina. À recommander sans hésiter.
