Luca was an amazing host and I would highly recommended you stay at this Air bnb! The apartment was clean and very welcoming when we walked in. They even left us a bottle of wine which was very sweet :) We were walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores and down the street from the beach / water front. It was a truly amazing stay and I highly recommend 🫶🏼

Casa comoda per la posizione accanto al mare e molto pulita. La signora Giovanna si è dimostrata molto disponibile e carina.

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

Wir haben nun zum zweiten mal im Apartment von Uldrich übernachtet. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet! Uldrich antwortet bei Fragen außergewöhnlich schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider nur für zwei Übernachtungen Zeit, aber diese Zeit haben wir sehr genossen und uns perfekt erholt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, werden wir ganz sicher wieder dort übernachten!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren vier-tägigen Trip. Wir wollten entspannte Tage mit italienischem Flair am Strand genießen – dieser war in kurzer Laufnähe. Direkt gegenüber gab es eine nette Gelateria mit freundlichem Personal, leckerem Eis & Gebäck. Leider hatten einige Lokale in der Umgebung geschlossen, aber zwei Supermärkte waren fußläufig erreichbar, sodass wir gut versorgt waren. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und roch frisch. Maria war sehr hilfsbereit, antwortete schnell und war immer freundlich. Einzig der öffentliche Nahverkehr hat nicht optimal funktioniert, weshalb wir auf Uber umsteigen mussten. An der Unterkunft selbst gab es jedoch nichts auszusetzen – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato presso Daniela e la sua famiglia una settimana a fine agosto. La casa è molto pulita, spaziosa, e vicinissima al mare, dove ci recavano a piedi senza bisogno di dover prendere la macchina. Inoltre, gode anche della vicinanza ad un ristorante - pizzeria che si è rivelato utilissimo durante il soggiorno, soprattutto il primo giorno all'arrivo, dopo la stanchezza del viaggio. Daniela e sua mamma sono state sempre disponibilissime e gentilissime nel cercare di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire da subito a nostro agio come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consiglio vivamente la casa di Daniela a chiunque abbia voglia di approfittare di una vacanza al mare, e se avremo l'opportunità, io e la mia ragazza torneremo sicuramente.

This house is a marvel! So much room! The architecture is amazing, but it has been modernized for things like the windows and the electrical. The kitchen was very functional with a full-sized fridge and all the tools you would ever need in a rental. But the real star is the garden…a dozen fruit trees! A tiny oasis behind the house. There is an outdoor dinner space complete with a wood grill and room to eat outside if you decide not to go out. Giuseppe’s mom met us when we arrived and walked us through everything and could not have been nicer. Parking is on the street, but other than when we first checked in, we never had trouble finding a spot right next to the house. Whether you intend to spend time in the water as we did or use it as a base to explore Calabria, this is an great place.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Fint og praktisk hus med alt det man trenger! Veldig rent. Herlig stor terrasse med utsikt til havet. Rent og fint basseng like i nærheten. Gåavstand til strand, gratis solsenger og parasoller. Krystallklart vann. Vi fikk rask og god hjelp av Britta og co da AC i stuen ikke virket. Dette stedet kan virkelig anbefales!

Sehr schöne und top ausgerüstete Unterkunft gleich beim Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

L’alloggio è perfettamente rispondente alle fotografie e alla descrizione. Completamente ristrutturato. La Sig. Donatella ci ha accolti di persona illustrandoci l’appartamento e spiegandoci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici. A ogni messaggio chiarificatore che ho scritto mi ha dato puntuali e precise risposte. Gli infissi sono di buona qualità rendendolo silenzioso. Super consigliato.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

Il soggiorno presso Terrazza Blu è stato semplicemente perfetto! 🌟 Gabriella è stata gentilissima e la sua accoglienza calorosa ha davvero fatto la differenza. Fin dal primo momento mi sono sentita a casa, grazie alla sua grande disponibilità e al modo in cui ha curato ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è ancora più bello delle foto: luminoso, arredato con il cuore e pulitissimo. Ogni angolo trasmette calore e attenzione, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Gabriella è stata sempre disponibile anche durante la mia permanenza, assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto. Ho trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi e non vedo l’ora di ritornarci! Consigliatissimo! 💙✨
