The accommodation is located perfectly. It has some climb, but the public parking nearby is free and you could also use the included parkinggarage. Do note if you have a large car, it might not fit. Supermarkets are ~15min drive. The stay has a balcony with an amazing view, which we used every day. You can’t get enough of the beautiful view. The sauna and pool were very nice as well! We were comfortably staying there with 4 adults. The two bedrooms + bathrooms were perfect. The accommodation is 10-15 min drive away from Menaggio and Dongo, which we frequently visited. The ferry can be used from Menaggio, do note that you might have to wait a long time in busy seasons. Como was 1,5 hour drive and Milano was 1,5 hour with the train from Colico. We do recommend taking the train from Colico, there’s free parking there 5 min from the station and because it’s the first stop, you most likely have seating space! Overall, we absolutely loved out vacation! Would recommend!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Franca, einer Freundin von Chiara, empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat viel Platz. Alles ist in einem großem Raum untergebracht mit einer Trennwand zum Doppelbett. Vielen Dank für die Getränke im Kühlschrank, die Süßigkeiten, das frische Obst usw. Das war echt Klasse! Ein privater Stellplatz in der Großraumgarage mit internem Zugang zum Haus ist vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter angenehm. Zu Fuß ist eigentlich alles innerhalb von 10-15 min erreichbar: Laden, Restaurant, Bahnhof. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenerdig und die Fenster und die Tür nach außen sind leider nicht durchsichtig. Vielleicht um zu vermeiden, dass von draußen jemand hereinschaut, aber das können Gardinen auch gut verhindern. Es war draussen leider zu windig und kalt, um die Tür nach außen zum Garten hin zu öffnen. Gerne hätten wir die Aussicht genossen. Es hat uns trotzdem gefallen!

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

casa molto carina, super accessoriata in cucina, doppi bagni, uno al piano sala / cucina con idromassaggio, uno al piano di sotto in camera da letto, posizione tranquilla con facilità di parccheggio in un area pubblica a pochi metri di distanza, molto vicino all'uscia della tangenziale/autostrada

L’accoglienza di Andrea ed Elisabetta è stata super. L’appartamento che abbiamo avuto per due notti era veramente sopra le aspettative. Sono molto esigente in merito ma questa volta devo fare i complimenti meritati per la pulizia eccellente, gli spazi, i servizi aggiuntivi (colazione super, l’enoteca con una vastissima scelta di vini, la sala giochi che una vera chicca se si viaggia con bambini). Bravi è dire poco! Grazie perché se torneremo a Colico Residence Lake Como sarà la nostra scelta

Merci Alberto de proposer ce logement ainsi que toutes les fournitures nécessaires au séjour. L'accueil chaleureux à "l'italienne" avec des intentions sympathiques. Une belle vue, pour ceux qui se plaignent de la circulation... vous êtes directement au bord du lac donc oui il y a de la circulation et du bruit mais c'est largement acceptable. Vous avez des petits restaurants (très bon) à proximité à pied pour le reste, il faut prendre la voiture, nous y sommes aller en septembre donc moins de monde . Le logement est très propre et son environnement également. Nous recommandons et recommanderons le logement et l'hôte. Grazie 😉

I really enjoyed my stay at Pierantonio's place. He was very warm and welcoming. He gave clear instructions for usage of kitchen and my personal "spot". It was a special touch just for guest..so thoughtful! I appreciated the convenience to transportation and eating places. I am very thankful to my host!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Silvios Unterkunft. Es war mit 8 Personen etwas eng, aber der unglaublich schöne Blick vom Balkon war toll.

we had a amazing time in this once in a life time experience with the most beautiful views it was so peaceful and relaxing. wr had a few problems on arrival but defo our fault and not the hosts they was straight on hand to help us out Highley recommend for a romantic get away I went with my best friend and we don't drive but this did not stop us at all we loved exploring the local area the people are so lovely and welcoming we would defo visit again the pool and spa area were stunning 😍 also

La Suite di Veronica è incantevole. Tutto è stato perfetto! Pulizia impeccabile, ottimi prodotti in omaggio ( Caffè di ottima qualità Illy) acqua , yogurt, succo di frutta etc. Il check in è stato perfetto e l'accoglienza di Veronica superlativa, mi ha anche dato un sacco di informazioni utili per il mio soggiorno. Parcheggio molto comodo, in pieno centro storico e vicino alla Suite( visto che in ogni città si sa è difficile trovare parcheggi in centro) Indicazioni e sconti su ristoranti veramente ottimi. Non vedo l'ora di tornare in questo appartamento! Il miglior posto di sempre!

Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Insbesondere haben wir auch den spektakulären Ausblick sehr genossen. Danke Daniele und Cristina für die wunderschöne Zeit bei Euch.

Appartamento molto grazioso e funzionale.

Très bel appartement pour famille nombreuse - 5 chambres sur 2 niveaux- avec une vue superbe sur le lac, port et montagne dans résidence au calme. Tout est accessible à pied - gare, embarcadère, supérette, restaurants…- Parking privé pour 2 voitures. Salle de sport et de jeux disponibles gratuitement. Andrea a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et a facilité un Check in /out très rapide. Très sympathique. Je recommande vivement Colico et cette adresse pour découvrir le lac de Côme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Top Zustand in Colico. Das Haus hat genug Platz geboten für 3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Innen sowie aussen ist alles sehr gepfelgt und wertig. Wenn man möchte ist man schnell zu Fuß am See. Wenn man was erleben möchte ist das Auto jedoch unabdingbar.

Prises électriques dans les chambres. Adaptateurs fournis. électroménager de qualité. Batterie de cuisine et vaisselle en quantité suffisante et en bon état. Accueil attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

Marzia was absolutely amazing and kind. She was flexible with us checking in early. She was giving us lots of recommendations on where to go and eat. The location was close to the venue we attended a wedding for. The only thing we are not used to is the shower situation with the hand held shower head, other than that, still usable!

Cinzia è stata sempre molto disponibile, gentile e premurosa, con piccoli accorgimenti/pensieri, che sono però molto apprezzati. Sapendo che avevamo dei bambini ha lasciato dei chupa chups e ci ha fatto già trovare dell'acqua in fresco viste le temperature relativamente calde di agosto. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa. Dispone anche di un bello spazio esterno con dei giochi per bambini, molto apprezzati dai nostri figli di 2,3 e 6 anni.

Simona’s place was a charming slice of Italy! Cozy and rustic house nestled on the side of the Lake Como. The balcony and view over the lake was breathtaking. The house had everything we needed - very clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it is a steep walk up, but not an issue if you are aware. Simona was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We appreciated her helping us up with our bags. Thank you Simona. We would definitely come again!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a wonderful host and accommodation. From the welcome basket of food and bubbles, the local recommendations of places to visit / restaurants but Michele’s generosity and warmth was truly touching. He even provided a private tour of Bellagio so we could get our bearings and greater appreciation of the history and areas. One of the best hosts and even drove us to the local supermarket and into town when the teenagers were not up for the walk. The accommodation was perfect and very modern and the pool was heated so took the opportunity to use it during our stay. Bellagio is truly stunning and the accommodation around a 25 minute walk into the town where you can catch the ferry to Varenna amongst other areas and lots of lovely restaurants (Nando, La grotta, dolce vita and the Suisse amongst the highlights) but also do check out the wine tasting bars - highly recommend . We hope to be back but couldn’t have wished for a better experience in Bellagio!
