I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten. Für uns mit zwei Familien hat es perfekt gepasst, die Kinder haben den Garten und den Pool geliebt. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker direkt nebenan. Die angrenzende Hauptstraße ist laut, das war aber den bisherigen Bewertungen schon zu entnehmen.

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen für einen perfekten ruhigen Aufenthalt am Comer See! Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L maison est vraiment très belle, très propre et il y a assez de place pour une famille de 4 pendant une semaine. Elena et son mari sont vraiment sympathiques et très réactifs.. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had a great time in Villa in Longone Al Segrino. The villa is big and able to host our large family group (11 adults and 5 children). The villa is quiet and you can really explore the surrounding lake for a walk and to reach restaurants. The view from the huge living room windows are fabulous, where you can see the city, the hills, and the mountains view. We spent our year end time there and we were able to see great fire works and celebrations. The villa is well equipped to host big family events. Barbara (our host) is very kind, very helpful and very supportive, even when we arrive at the villa quite late. She was also flexible to accommodate our late check out. She showed us where to go and what to do nearby the area. She was very responsive and even she came all the way to help our family out when needed. Great villa and excellent host.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. We loved our stay at Lake View and definitely recommend it! Thank you Stefano for hosting us. Joanna

This unit is very good as it can accomodate my group of 13people. Location wise is walking distance to shop, menaggio and jetty as well. All kitchen utensils is in places and easy for those who love to cook. Feel like home. Thank Giuseppe

nous avons passé 5jours sur place et nous sommes ravi du séjour sur les bords du lac. avec alternance visite et randonnée. monica à été réactive et flexible sur l'arrivée ce qui a été sympa.

Andrea was an amazing host! Very responsive and provided great local recommendations and provided taxi numbers as well for easy transportation. We will certainly stay with Andrea again if we find ourselves in Dervio. The Airbnb has amazing views as well with easy access to the hot tub. Highly recommended!

This rental is the place to stay. Eros and Dani are supreme hosts. Responsive, helpful, kind, proactive. we loved our stay here. The beds are comfortable, shower is relaxing and great water temperature. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had everything we needed. the highlight is the area overlooking the water. Gorgeous scenery, relaxing. Don't miss the sunset. The check-in and checking out processes were easy. Walking distance to a small local grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a bar for espresso and / or a drink! Go stay here - you wont regret it. cannot wait to come back.

A lovely house with absolutely stunning view, even more beautiful than on the pictures. The village of Rezzonico is picturesque and quiet, with an old Roman street passing through. We enjoyed the view from the terrace and our walks through the village very much! Andrea is very friendly and helpful.

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Top Zustand in Colico. Das Haus hat genug Platz geboten für 3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Innen sowie aussen ist alles sehr gepfelgt und wertig. Wenn man möchte ist man schnell zu Fuß am See. Wenn man was erleben möchte ist das Auto jedoch unabdingbar.

Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns viel geholfen hat und auch super schnell reagiert hat. Also schon allein Anna ist ein Besuch wert 😉! Das Haus und der Blick sind super. Tatsächlich war auch unser Hund Harry mit den "Hundeannehmlichkeiten" sehr zufrieden: Garten, eigene Decken, Leckerli und Spielzeug!!! Allle, die aber berghoch fahren und enge Kurven und enge Straßen nicht mögen: das müsst ihr bitte einkalkulieren! Es gibt ein super Restaurant ca. 5 Minuten runter (aber sehr teuer) und eine tolle Tratoria 10 Minuten zu Fuß berghoch. Dort geht es laut und bunt zu: wie Italien so ist. Wir fanden es toll. Also: 100% Empfehlung für Anna und ihr Häuslein! ❤️💘

Great check-in and check out. The apartment was clean and as described. The location was perfect! Extremely close to the train station, the ferry port, and restaurants were at most, a 10 minute walk away. Hosts were responsive and easy to get in contact with when needed. We had a great stay!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Magnifique maison avec vue sur le lac dans un village typique. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour rejoindre les embarcadère à destination des autres villages. La maison est très bien équipée, propre et la terrasse est la cerise sur le gâteau ! Un accueil chaleureux. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et partir à la découverte des trésors du lac de Côme.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Erittäin mukava viikko Casa Sulla Roggiassa. Talo oli putipuhdas, ja kaikki oli kuvauksen mukaista. Plussaa omasta yksityisestä pysäköinnistä tallissa, mikä helpotti lasten kanssa liikkumista. Google kääntäjän kanssa onnistui selvittää sujuvasti myös ne asiat, jotka eivät englanniksi onnistuneet. Kauniit näkymät ja suojaisa, korkeiden aitojen ympäröimä tontti.
