Unsere Erwartungen wurden allesamt erfüllt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und mit einem leckeren Snack begrüßt. Alle Fragen wurden promt und freundlich beantwortet.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Public Parking was only steps from the apartment and Nadia met us just outside of the lot. Her instructions were clear and everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a great spot in the heart of the historic district!

Valerio and Matteo are wonderful friendly hosts who ensure you are comfortable and feel right at home. Their place is right in the heat of Desenzano conveniently near ferries, the lake and good restaurants and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would certainly like to stay there again.

Es war eine toller Urlaub insbesondere auch durch die schöne Wohnung, die blitzsauber war. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden und wir haben in den tollen Betten auch sehr gut geschlafen. Wir waren sehr froh eine Waschmaschine vorzufinden. Besonders die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Gardasee und der Innenstadt entfernt hat uns gefallen. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Trotz größerem Apartmenthaus war es sehr ruhig und die Mitbewohner waren äußerst freundlich. Bei Fragen war Claudia schnell per Mail erreichbar und hat uns auch sehr gute Tipps hinsichtlich Restaurants und ... gegeben. Kurz gesagt, Claudia ist eine gute Gastgeberin mit einer sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Nochmals vielen Dank Claudia und wir kommen wieder in das schöne Desenzano und deine tolle Wohnung.

Vi tilbragte en uke i september i denne veldig hyggelige leiligheten. Den har alt man trenger, enten man kun er voksne eller barnefamilie. Godt utstyrt. Gode praktiske løsninger. Trappefri adkomst til leil. Fra stuen er det adgang rett ut i egen hage, med stor sofagruppe og spisebord. Fra hagen er det en hekk og en port rett ut til et stort svømmebasseng med solsenger. Leilighetsområdet virker veldrevet, rent og organisert, med egen portvakt. Vertskapet er svært imøtekommende og tilgjengelige, og var mer enn villig til å gi tips og råd om stedet, og andre ting man eventuelt lurer på. Veldig ryddige forhold. Ca 20 min å gå til Desenzano by, med historiske gater og bygninger, marked, shopping og ikke minst mange hyggelige restauranter. Strandpromenaden til Desenzano er verdt en gåtur i seg selv. 15-20 unna i gåavstand er det også flere svært gode restauranter, delikatessebutikker og ikke minst vakre steder og bygninger. Vi vil absolutt anbefale stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber , voll ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war auch einwandfrei. Sehr freundlich und amtierten schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Roberta per motivi di lavoro, perciò ho potuto godere poco dei comfort dell'appartamento. Ampi spazi, comodi e confortevoli. Cucina dotata di ogni attrezzatura, pulita e ampia. Ambiente caldo e accogliente. Zona residenziale, silenziosa e tranquilla. Perfetto per una famiglia di 4/5 persone. Roberta ottima host, gentile premurosa e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento, ottimo per una vacanza. Grazie a Roberta!

De woning is een prima uitvalsbasis om de vele mooie plaatsen rond het Garda meer te ontdekken. De woning ligt dicht bij het centrum en toch ver genoeg om te genieten van de rust. Kamers zijn zeer schoon en groot. Vooral met goed weer kun je genieten van het grote terras. De keuken is voorzien van allerhande kookspullen voor een kleine snack. Badkamers zijn zeer schoon. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk. Wij kunnen een verblijf zeker aanraden.

We loved this quirky, rustic apartment. The location was good - walkable from the train station and the waterfront. It had everything we needed and more. Excellent communication and recommendations from our host Paolo, plus a lovely bottle of local wine on check-in which was very much appreciated!

Unsere Familie hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Giovanni und Veronica waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut wer es ruhig mag auch wenn die Anlage ziemlich groß ist und die Wege weit.

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

Nous recommandons vivement ! Grande amabilité et gentillesse de Lino qui a été aux petits soins avec nous . Sa petite chienne penny s'est montrée très accueillante et affectueuse . Nous avons apprécié également la propreté de l'appartement, les draps et les serviettes de bain de grande qualité , la Mise à disposition de serviettes de piscine ainsi que le grand stationnement couvert. Nous avons pu nous détendre au bord de la Belle piscine à débordement avec vue sur le lac de garde . Idéalement situé , très proche du quai d embarquement des bateaux pour visiter notamment Sirmione Nous recommandons aussi le Garda café pour le petit déjeuner et le restaurant Mirabelle sushi avec son roof top situés à deux pas.

Excelente acomodação, ambiente limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso, cama super confortável. Cozinha equipada. Recomendo e voltarei a hospedar.

Great location - we were within walking distance of the lake and the walking path which took us to the downtown area and the ferry. The Desenzano train station was not quite within walking distance but a short ride via a bus or car. The unit was very nice, clean, great kitchen (well stocked with glasses, plates, cooking utensils, dish washer). The unit easily accommodated our party of six. There was a great view from the balcony (we could see a lot of the lake and surrounding towns). All in all, we had a great experience here, Barbora was very response with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home and would definitely recommend Paolo''s place, easy to get around and close to city center. The home felt like your own, private, clean and comfortable would highly recommended. He provided so good tipps to get around that was a highligth for our journey. Thank you! Simone and Frank

Tutto perfetto non potevamo chiedere di più. L’appuntamento molto bello e pulito e poi è 2 minuti di strada dal lago e non mi posso lamentare di ciò. Grazie mille per la bella esperienza! Sono soddisfatta!

We had a great stay - it's in a wonderful location and there was so much to do nearby. I'd recommend this for any stay in the area!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenagern) hatten schöne Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber. Genügend Handtücher und Kissen vorhanden. An allen Fenstern und Türen sind Fliegengitter vorhanden. Die hintere Terasse/Gartenanteil ist über das zweite Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Schöner Pool, den wir sehr genossen haben (es war einfach zu heiß). Die Kommunikation mit Simonetta war sehr gut und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Wenn wir mal wieder am Gardasee Urlaub machen würden wir gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Das Apartment ist in einer top Lage. Man ist sofort an der Promenade und 10 Geh-Minuten von öffentlichen Stränden entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, hört man die Musik der umliegenden Restaurants nicht. Das Apartment war sehr schön. Man hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung von der Vermieterin ist einwandfrei. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte. Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommt man ebenfalls von der Vermieterin. Am tollsten war die Dachterrasse mit Blick zum See. Vor Ort ist leider nur ein Parkplatz. In der näheren Umgebung sind jedoch kostenlose und kostenpflichtige öffentliche Parkplätze zu finden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden.
