Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento di Freddy dal 20 al 29 agosto. L'appartamento era meraviglioso, estremamente pulito e curato. La location è sicuramente di impatto, Villa storica con dettagli e finiture da wow! Fantastico il balconcino con vista sul porto. L'appartamento era arredato e corredato per ogni necessità...non mancava proprio nulla! Freddy è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile con noi, sia prima sia durante il soggiorno. L'appartamento è centrale, in una delle zone, a nostro avviso, più belle di Grado. Data la posizione, non è molto silenzioso, soprattutto la sera durante i weekend; ma è un compromesso più che accettabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a soggiornare presso l'appartamento di Freddy!! GRAZIE ❤️

A lovely stay in a nice flat with a beautiful garden! We wanted to stay closer to the beach and not in the touristy area so it was perfect. The hosts are very kind and gave us great advice on where to go. Would come back!

Mi sono trovato molto bene, zona tranquilla, angolo cottura buono, pulizia buona, parcheggio compreso siccome a Grado è molto dura trovare parcheggio, Alessandro disponibile e gentilissimo!

Clean apartment without unnecessary decoration, so enough space for you and your luggage. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Nearby there's a big grocery store and a cheap pizzeria. Duino isn't really big, everything is in walking distance - harbor, gelateria, hiking trail on the coastline, castle. Definitely worth the visit. We were welcomed personally at the place and after a short introduction everything was taken care of. Messaging was easy with fast replies. I'm sure if there was a problem we would be helped quickly.

Pěkné a čisté ubytování, ochotný hostitel. Kuchyňka a koupelna malé, ale dostačující. Úžasné dva balkóny. Byly jsme moc spokojené Krásný výhled na moře.

Tutto benissimo,pulitissimo (e non è scontato) molti posti non lo sono Letti comodi, Smart tv ok connessione internet impeccabile e veloce Sono stato molto bene e spero di tornare.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Hundestrand in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Gute Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke. Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Familien mit Hund (e) absolut zum weiterempfehlen 👍❤️. Alles lief absolut unkompliziert ab.

Super petit appartement, à 10 minutes à pied du port et du centre ville de Trieste. Propre et très agréable ! Accueil très sympa & possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Juste à savoir, le lit double est en fait composé de 2 lits simples, pas très confortable pour un couple. Sinon rien à dire !

ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio è l'host è stata molto cortese. unica pecca la mancanza di servizi nei pressi dell'alloggio. I ristoranti del paese ad esempio erano tutti chiusi dal lunedì al giovedì! Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno più che piacevole!

Super stay. Wonderful, quiet location with a great view and atmosphere. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend this listing. The host Manuel was top - great local tips, clear communication- and the house was wonderful. Perfect for a break to recharge and relax. Local food and wine options highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Francesca war super. Wir konnten sogar eher einchecken, was mit Kind perfekt war. Francesca ist sehr aufmerksam . Wir hatten Obst und Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Die beste Eisdiele von Lignano war in 1 min. zu erreichen. Zum Strand war der Weg sehr angenehm schattig. Das Haus liegt versteckt und es ist angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so konnten wir immer draußen sitzen. Angenehm war auch der Parkplatz im Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Franca est une hôte discrète mais bien présente en cas de besoin, avec qui on peut discuter et c'est bien agréable. La maison est très bien tenue et dans un environnement très calme (sauf quand Sissi, la gentille chienne de Franca, vient nous faire la fête au retour de nos visites!)

Superbe appartement très bien situé dans Trieste. La déco est top, les équipements très complets. Tout est facile d'utilisation. La configuration de l'appart était idéale pour nous. A savoir un couple et deux grands ados. Un grand salon avec de belles baies vitrées donnant sur un super et grand patio, et, de chaque coté une chambre avec salle de bain. Du coup chacun pouvait vivre sa vie. Le petit plus que je n'avais pas noté avant d'arriver est le spa dans l'une des salles de bain. Pour nous qui étions en voiture le garage a été très appréciable car j'ai l'impression que Trieste n'est pas la ville idéale pour se garer. En parlant de Trieste c'est vraiment une ville qui vaut la peine d'être visitée. Moins connue que d'autres villes italiennes mais vraiment super vivante et magnifique. Concernant Davide nous n'avons échangé que par téléphone et sms mais tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande vraiment son appartement.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement à Trieste ! L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville, et les équipements sont complets, rendant le séjour très confortable. Tout était parfait, je recommande sans hésitation !

The communication with Andrea was nice and easy. We came earlier and it wasnt a problem. Appartman was clean and had everything needed. Only problem was hearing the noise of the boiler every time when we open water. The place is in the good location.

We stayed at The Green House for two months, unfortunately we did not have the chance to meet Pietro, but we did meet Michela, who lives next door, and she was amazing, very helpful, kind and accommodating. The apartment itself has everything you need, it's small but the space is utilized very efficiently. It's a 25 minute walk to the Udine city center, which was a perfect distance away, and the nearest supermarket Panorama has everything you would ever need, even pianos if you were looking for one 😃 Thanks again Pietro and Michela, if we're ever back in Udine we hope to stay at The Green House again!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nel appartamento di Saverio. L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, non molto distante dal mare (15 minuti a passo lento). A nostra disposizione c'era un posto auto recintato, le 3 piscine ( una per bimbi), il parco giochi sempre all'ombra e le biciclette. A distanza di 150 metri si trova un supermercato dove sì può fare la spesa. Sul ampio balcone si trovano uno sbraio e il tavolo dove si può cenare al fresco. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento di design luminoso e ampio dentro un palazzo storico. Host proattivo.

Appartamento pulito, funzionale e confortevole per 4 persone. Alain è un host molto gentile e proattivo. Ottima esperienza con i bambini. Purtroppo causa maltempo non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina.
