We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, nestled among pine trees that provide a refreshing shade, which was especially appreciated on sunny days. It helped keep the place cool during the day. Nicoletta was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with a well-functioning AC that kept us cool throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

I will need a poet to described this amazing paradise. We were expecting something nice but not heaven. We feel like we know them forever, they make us feel like that. We will definitely if God help us came back every year, extraordinary experience that will really want to repeat. Words cannot describe how impressed we were by this amazing property and our wonderful hosts in this magical town of Masa Marittima. This historical and spacious home offered us a stunning view (and sunset) of the majestic Tuscan landscape. We can only hope to be back again real soon for a longer period. Add to that, the family's impressive wine estate a few miles away that you can visit and savour their fabulous wines. Thank you Janie for your kindness and making our stay a memorable one.

Great place to stay, close to Montepulciano and numerous wineries and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed our time here

We had an amazing stay! The place was cozy, had everything we needed and was Perfect to relax. The beach is just a 30 minutes walk away and the supermarket a short car drive. The highlight was Nonna Maria—she was the sweetest, always making sure we felt at home. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

Logement pratique, bien équipé et surtout bien situé pour un petit séjour de 3-4 jours pour un groupe de 3 voyageurs. La rue peut être des fois bruyantes la nuit. L'hôte fût très réactive lorsqu'on en avait besoin rendant l'expérience très satisfaisante !

Abbiamo trascorso in due un weekend nella splendida casa di Sara. Non è stato solo un bel posto dove dormire, ma un valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza! Inoltre la posizione è molto comoda, a due passi dalle terme e dal Monte Amiata, ma anche il paese è molto affascinante e merita di essere visitato. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, é stato un piacere essere loro ospiti, torneremo.

Daniela e’ una persona disponibile e attenta ai bisogni. L’appartamento e’ ampio, confortevole, pulito, vintage con quel tocco di toscanita’ che ti fa sentire in armonia con l’ambiente. Curate anche le piccole cose di tutti i giorni: spugne, detersivo,… Vantaggio sicuro l’avere delle bici a disposizione e i principali servizi a portata di mano. Super consigliato.

The house is beautifully immersed in nature, just 5 min from Contignano. The host was responsive, kind and helpful. The electric car charging station inside the property was a big plus for us. We truly had a fantastic stay! Would come back :)

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub auf La Tordara verbracht und haben die Ruhe, die tolle Aussicht und das saubere, neu renovierte Anwesen jede Sekunde genossen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, hat einen grossen Kühlschrank, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einen modernen Herd und sogar mehrere verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen sind vorhanden! Auch aussen hat es alles, was das Herz begehrt: einen Pizzaofen, einen Grill, einen Whirlpool mit schöner Aussicht. Der Gartentisch und die Lounge sind fast immer schattig und laden zum Geniessen ein. Und zuletzt sind alle Räume klimatisiert - wenn man sich drinnen mal eine Weile abkühlen möchte. Es war wunderschön dort und wir können es nur empfehlen, dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

I miei genitori sono stati ospiti nella casa di Marta e Pietro per un weekend lungo di inizio settembre e si sono trovati benissimo! La famiglia (oltre loro anche il figlio e i nonni) li ha accolti con ogni premura. L’appartamento ha pienamente soddisfatto le aspettative: è grande e confortevole, provvisto di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Per il loro arrivo Marta aveva preparato un ottimo plumcake, che si sono gustati nelle varie colazioni. Se avete in programma un giro da queste parti, non possiamo che consigliare questo alloggio.

Casa de suburbios de una pequeña y agradable localidad de campiña Toscana, muy cómoda y equipada, con increíbles accesos en auto 🚓 a la región: Siena, Montepulciano, Perugia y Asis, Arezzo, Florencia. Y si te gusta el buen aceite de oliva y el vino, estarás en el lugar correcto.

Mel und Thomas sind großartige Gastgeber, diskret und sofort da , wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus , der Garten, die Terrassen und der Pool sind traumhaft schön, super gut ausgestattet und vor allem geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles super sauber , die Mitarbeiter auf dem Gelände sind genau so diskret und immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit... Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir freuen uns sehr endlich ein Ort gefunden zu haben der zu 100% uns gefallen hat und wir auf jeden Fall zurück kommen werden. Grazie mille ❤️

Wat hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis op een schitterende plek. Gelegen vlakbij Via Francigena ben je zo opweg naar je bestemming, zoals Rome, Pisa, baden van San Filippo , Sienna, Lago di Bolsena. Het huis is compleet uitgerust en super netjes, wifi is goed en de Android tv is handig om je favoriete programma's te casten. Wij werden op bijzonder vriendelijke wijze ontvangen door Paolo en Roberta , waarvoor dank.Ook Ugo en Familie willen wij bedanken voor alle vriendelijkheid. Kortom een aanrader !

Ottima l'accoglienza. Ringrazio per la disponibilità nel venirci incontro a seguito di un problema personale che ha causato un cambio nella prenotazione ( cosa nn scontata). L'appartamento é comodo al centro, situato in una zona molto silenziosa. E' fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici per la cucina e la pulizia. Grande vantaggio il posto auto garantito. Ambiente interno confortevole e corrispondente alle foto e descrizione. Esperienza molto positiva.

La casa offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno e la zona è molto conveniente per raggiungere il lungomare a piedi. Elena è stata molto disponibile, ci ha accolto gentilmente e dato consigli molto graditi.

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Veronica was a real darl'! She greeted us coming lately from the airport and made us feel very welcome. Being the only guests at the place shortly before the season ends we surely felt like queen and king at this remote and beautiful venue! Thanks for everything, Veronica!

Daniele et Janna sont des hôtes accueillants, chaleureux et sympathiques. Ils sont très attentionnés car ils nous ont offert des fruits, legumes et oeufs de leur production. Ils sont respectueux de l'intimité de leurs invités et sont de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants. Le logement correspond à la description faire par Daniele. Il est parfait pour un couple, bien entretenu, propre et bien équipé. Les deux terrasses sont plus qu'appreciables et offrent une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. L'emplacement est idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la campagne du Latium. La propriété est incroyable et a différents points de détente aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine volcanique est l'équipement qui fait vraiment la différence. Elle est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE !! Si vous craignez les chiens comme moi, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. Ils sont très bien éduqués et adorables. En bref, "la dolce vita si trova a casa Daniele e Janna !!"

Bellissima esperienza, tutto come da descrizione, eccellente punto di appoggio per visitare il Parco della Maremma, la laguna di Orbetello e l'Argentario. Edoardo è stato cordiale e disponibilissimo, così come la sua compagna. Consigliatissimo
