Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet appartement et, comme toujours, tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Les hôtes sont accueillants et attentifs, rendant notre séjour très agréable. L’appartement, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de San Remo, correspond parfaitement à nos attentes : propre, bien équipé et confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super séjour, nous avons été accueilli par Helen qui a été réactive et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les alentours. Le logement est propre, rénové et avec une belle vue. Je recommande pour profiter de la région, c’est très bien situé et accessible.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et facile pour se garer , parking gratuit à proximité. Hôte très accueillant, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Très beau studio avec terrasse vue sur mer, à quelques minutes en voiture de San Lorenzo al mar et à 2 pas de la piste cyclable du bord de mer. L’intérieur est très bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Francesco qui a été notre contact tout au long de notre séjour a été très réactif et super gentil, nous recommandant une superbe randonnée sur les hauteurs de Civezza. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location !

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido week end. L'alloggio molto carino e ben fornito: noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati comodi. Facile da raggiungere in auto, molto gradita la possibilità di parcheggiare sotto la palazzina. La vista dall'alloggio stupenda. Torneremo sicuramente.

The view was amazing! Very close to the seaside. 2 adults & 2 teenagers- lots of space in the apartment. We definitely highly recommend this great place.

Grazia è meravigliosa, molto gentile e presente. L'alloggio è pulitissimo, il letto è comodissimo e si dorme molto bene perché anche se è in centro si trova in una via chiusa e poco trafficata. In più c'era un bellissimo è comodissimo cuscinone/cuccia per la nostra cagnolina. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dell'alloggio e della vacanza.

Bra, stor lägenhet med ett bra kök! Lugnt läge, inget trafikbuller mer än tåget som kom förbi då och då. Tvärs över gatan till bad! Medelhavet var dock ofta väldigt vågigt något som inskränkte på våra badmöjligheter.

Ottima esperienza...casa bellissima e pulitissima dotata di ogni cosa. Host molto disponibile. Zona molto tranquilla...certo non è sul mare...ma vale la pena soggiornare in questa casa. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno....sarà il fiore all'occhiello nella stagione estiva.

Sonia und Luigi sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Selbst ohne Sprachkenntnisse und mit Hand und Fuß 😅 Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: der Strand, ein Supermarkt und die wunderschöne Innenstand von Porto Maurizio. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas herausfordernd. Aber als nichts mehr ging, durften wir auf dem Grundstück parken. Man sollte wissen, dass eine Dachgeschosswohnung im Hochsommer nicht unbedingt zum verweilen einläd 😅 aber wen interessiert das, wenn man in 5-10 Minuten am Strand sein kann. Die große Terrasse läd zu langen Sommerabenden bei einem Gläschen Vino ein.

awesome place, looks way better than in the photos! Those two terraces are actually connected and can be closed by small gates, so pets wont run away :) Me and dog really enjoyed the walk up the mountain every morning - there's a the best view to the valley there and not a single person walks there. Annamaria and her son were very super friendly, prepared some antipasti to welcome, even surprised with bootle of wine for my birthday during the stay! Thank you once again, really enjoyed the stay.

Alloggio centralissimo, pulitissimo, materassi e cuscini super confortevoli, arredo accogliente. Raffi è gentilissima e sempre pronta ad intervenire per ogni necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Absolut gelungener Kurzurlaub in traumhafter Umgebung! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen und das allgegenwärtige Treppensteigen in malerischer Kulisse hält fit! Marcello ist ein toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar war und einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand!

Ci siamo fermate per una notte durante il nostro viaggio Francia - Italia. Un bellissimo angolo di paradiso per una pausa rilassante in mezzo al silenzio della montagna. Piero è molto gentile e all’ascolto. Sicuramente raccomanderemo questo posto a chiunque voglia scappare dalla frenesia della città.

Notre séjour chez Alies à Dolcedo a été merveilleux ! Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 adolescents, un enfant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement très propre, décoré avec soin et goût. La literie est très confortable (sur matelas, oreillers mouelleux, draps anciens en coton/lin). Le jardin est très agréable avec plusieurs propositions de la petite terrasse fraîche le matin pour boire notre café à la grande table sous la pergola avec vue sur le clocher du village. Dolcedo est un village magnifique et peu touristique, ce qui lui donne toute son authenticité. Nous avons pu profiter des lacs de montagne de Lechiorre et de la plage avec ses délicieuses Gelato à Porto Maurizio. Alies a été très accueillante et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons !

Super séjour chez Franco ! Hôte génial et logement à la hauteur des photos. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Le Spa proposé en supplément vaut vraiment le coup. Encore merci Franco pour ton hospitalité et petit clin d'œil à Poldo

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben 4 tolle Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Marco verbracht. Super Aussicht, das Meer vor der Haustür, Schwimmbad, Parkplatz etc. so wie in der Wohnungsbeschreibung angegeben. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber, bei allen Fragen und Problemen hat er sofort geantwortet und sein bestes gegen, um das Problem zu lösen. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Das einzige, was man wissen muss, die Internetverbindung ist etwas instabil und zum Arbeiten eher ungeeignet. Zum Filme Schauen oder mit dem Handy Surfen ist es aber voll ok. Danke Marco!

Appartement situé dans un très joli village, à l'environnement féerique. A découvrir ! La communication avec les hôtes était facile et bienveillante, merci pour l'accueil :) Pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge, notez tout de même que le lieu comme l'appartement ne sont pas les plus simples. Beaucoup d'escaliers dans le village, et dans l'habitation, des chambres difficiles à aérer car les fenêtres donnent directement sur des petites rues où les habitants font un peu de bruit le soir, même si rien de dramatique.

Apartment is located on the first line on the beach! Very private place with own parking lot. We were with electric vehicle car and Valerio allowed me to charge it during our stay. Extremely good location. Everything is in 3-5 minutes walking distance(old town, grocery store, laundry, fruit store, cafeterias and etc). Apartment was clean, fully equipped with all what you’ll need! Location and place privacy was is amazing. I recommend this place for a families with a kids. Thanks to Valerio! He is our hero! He helped us a lot and was very responsive and supportive!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Carlas Appartement! Carla hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles superfreundlich zu erklären, uns sogar rumgeführt und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Richtig toll ist die Strandkabine unten an Pool und Strand, hier haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Auch wenn die Anlage aus den 60ern/70ern ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, die Lage ist wirklich schön!

Eneste lille minus er at vejen op til huset er noget kringlet og uden autoværn noget af vejen. Men man kan godt gå frem og tilbage hvis man kan klare lidt stejle bakker. Ikke for gangbesværede.

Un bel posto ben collegato al centro. C’è la pista ciclabile all’ingresso. C’è un piccolo giardino per i cani. Filippo è un host molto bravo. Ci tornerei volentieri.
