Sonia was a great host and very responsive to all our messages and meeting us in person for check-in. The apartment has a view of the Riomaggiore marina from the side windows. The water pressure was great and shower was hot. Clean bathroom and kitchen. No beach towels provided so be sure to bring your own or buy some locally like we did. All in all, it was a nice place for our 2 day/2 night stay. Thanks again Sonia!

This apartment has a fabulous location with a lovely patio overlooking the sea and the village. We stayed for 3 very wet days in February, but we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning coastal walks and the picturesque views of Cinqueterra.

Endroit incroyable même si un peu reculé ! À faire hors saison car j’imagine que l’été tout est différent avec la foule de touristes…

L’emplacement du logement était top ! Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des cinq terres ! Nous recommandons ce logement.

Location was perfect, near the main street, near Train station. No stairs to climb. There was all the needed equipment in the kitchen. Clean. The host was very friendly, quickly replied to our messages.

Ci siamo trovati magnificamente bene, splendido il balconcino sugli scogli, estremamente rilassante. Con la forza di fare le scale, la casa è perfetta. Estremamente attrezzata, non manca nulla, anche le cose che non pensi di trovare mai: dischetti per struccarsi, fazzolettini di carta, ecc. ecc. Lola è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. La ringraziamo molto per aver reso possibile un weekend perfetto.

Sara was a lovely host. Not only was she super responsive, but she allowed us to check in early and made the stay extremely comfortable for us. Her apartment is beautiful and is located in a prime location for the town of Monte Rosso. There were bags with toiletries and a small snack, along with clean linens waiting for us on the beds. The apartment was spotless and very cute and homey. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with 1-3 people and would recommend Sara as a host to anyone!

Es war ein super schöne Unterkunft, mit guter Lage, Meer Blick, super schöner Außenbereich. Alessandro war super freundlich und Chiara war auch super freundlich, sie hat uns bei Fragen immer geholfen :)

The room is very spacious and bright, with stunning sea views right outside the window. It is within walking distance of seaside attractions, and supermarkets and restaurants are readily available.

Increíble la experiencia de estar en la montañas y comunicado con toda la zona.. la atención de vicenzo y de giorgio fue muy especial... los baños son muy grandes y las sábanas son de LINO ... como en un hotel de lujo.. muy recomendable.. vamos a volver

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à La Francesca, dans un environnement paisible et préservé. La vue sur la mer depuis le logement est magnifique. L'ensemble des commodités et activités est accessible à pied. Endroit hors du commun que nous recommandons.

Das Hotel ist in einer Verkehrsberuhigten Lage. Zum ein und Ausladen unseres Autos hat die Rezeption extra eine Email an die Ortspolizei geschickt damit es keine böse Überraschung nach dem Urlaub gibt. Zum öffentlichen Parkplatz sind 10 Minuten Fußmarsch einzuplanen. Die Lage , direkt am Meer und der Promenade war tatsächlich fantastisch viele Gäste der Stadt haben auch die nahegelegenen Bars und Restaurants besucht. Wie bei einem Urlaubsort üblich. Wir hatten geplant Pisa zu besuchen Und 5 Terre das war Wetterbedingt nicht ganz möglich aber alles in allem hat es uns gefallen.

Ausgezeichneter Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus - zu diesem Preis (gute 100 € die Nacht) ist das phantastisch. Sehr schöne Lage, nettes, einfaches Häuschen über dem Restaurant. Im Restaurant fand mal eine Hochzeit statt - das war zwar laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Laden und einen Strand im Resort, die Bademöglichkeiten sind aber je nach Wellengang eingeschränkt (der Steinstrand ist den Wellen ziemlich exponiert, es ist schnell mal zu gefährlich). Es gibt aber einen abgeschirmten Teil, der ist aber klein und nicht sehr tief. Der Wanderweg zum Fahrrad-/Wanderweg durch die alten Eisenbahntunnel nach Bonassola/Levanto ist ja im "Wartungsmodus". Das bedeutet, dass der Weg abgesperrt ist und man über Steine klettern muss, um drüber zu kommen (Stand September 2024). Das ist sehr schade und wohl aktuell der einzige Haken an dieser Unterkunft. Wenn dieser Weg wieder offen ist, kommen wir gerne wieder!

This place is magical. It is a quiet oasis necessary during long travels through cities.  This room is part of a resort that has a bunch of smaller houses in addition to this one that's  attached to the main reception area. The views throughout the property are breathtaking and the restaurant on site is the best food I've eaten in Italy. The chef prepares beautiful and tasty cuisine with a careful eye for presentation. The waiter was able to speak in Italian, French and English to accommodate all of his guests. Be sure to bring every comfy hiking shoes to enjoy the walk along the coast between the site and the quieter cities of Bonassola and Levanto. It is only a 20 minute walk to either city along the coast. The room itself had a nice amount of space and there is a cute patio attached. You can open all the doors and have a view of the sea.  If I'm ever in this area, I'd absolutely stay here again. I'd opt for one of the other detached apartments for louder sounds of the sea. All of the staff is so very nice.  If you are traveling by train (not a car), it is best to get off in Levanto and hire a taxi to take you up to the site.  You can walk but it will be much better without your luggage (no matter how light you are traveling).

Paolo was a wonderful host, from the first time I messaged him to arrange our 4 week stay he would respond and was so helpful to make our holiday perfect. He meet us at the train station and helped us settle in, he left us a bottle of his wine and his mother’s Limoncello, both were lovely to drink. Our stay was very comfortable and felt like home, perfect location. Very well equipped kitchen, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view from the bedroom and balcony is lovely. We have stayed here before and we would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you again Paolo for everything you did for us. We will miss Monterosso. Ciao

Alloggio molto bello con vista stupenda sul mare. Host molto gentile e disponibile, tutto perfetto.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist wirklich super, sowohl der Strand als auch Portovenere sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Direkt in Portovenere gehen wunderbare Wanderwege los, das Auto braucht man also kaum...Die Garage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Kommikation mit Nicoletta war sehr einfach und sie hat vorab alle wichtigen Informationen gegeben. Nach ein paar Tagen durften wir einfach so in ein Apartment mit traumhaftem Meerblick und Blick auf die Bucht umziehen, was wir wirklich super nett und nicht selbstverständlich fanden. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und unseren Urlaub hier verbringen! :)

The perfect location right in the heart of the village. Close to the walking tunnel to New Town, and steps from great restaurants. The sounds of the bell tower and conversations below on the sidewalk were so romantic! We loved opening the shutters in the morning to listen to the ocean. Would 100% come back and stay again.

Sehr schöne, authentische Unterkunft in besonderer Lage direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und am schönsten natürlich die Terrasse mit Blick auf Portovenere bei Sonnenuntergang. Catarina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin.

Het is een fijn appartement, goed geoutilleerd, met een fijne douche en een fijn bed. Strand is 8 minuten lopen, station. Op een centrale plek in Levanto, maar rustig gelegen. Ik zou zo weer gaan! Host reageert ook snel op vragen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Luca! Sa position en front de mer, avec la belle vue sur la baie de Moneglia est son atout majeur, et fait oublier ses équipements plus "vintage", qui pourraient être améliorés pour plus de qualité et de confort pour les voyageurs accueillis. Autres points positifs: l'accueil chaleureux de Luca et ses conseils, la place de parking, et la proximité de la gare ferroviaire (5 minutes à pied) permettant de rejoindre facilement et rapidement les Cinque Terre et les autres magnifiques villes côtières de Ligurie.
