Dalina was a great host! She let us check in 30 minutes early. She was very helpful and responsive with our questions. Would recommend to other guest! Page listed paid dryer on site. No dryer only clothes line. Coffee included!!

L'accueil le Lucca a été très chaleureux. C'est un hôte sympathique, génereux et qui prend soins de ses visiteurs. L'appartement est charmant et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

It’s not the first time we stay at Renata’s place! Like always everything was fine, clean and functional. The communication with Renata is clear and easy. We will for sure come back again! Super recommended!

Ricordo splendido della notte di Capodanno in un contesto tranquillo e comodo a tutto, ci siamo mossi a piedi da San Terenzo a Lerici percorrendo la passeggiata sul mare davvero incantevole. Sara sempre reperibile, abbiamo molto apprezzato la flessibilità degli orari in entrata e in uscita. Grazie del benvenuto con prosecco e acqua fresca.

Thank you for the lovely stay! The apartment was surrounded by beautiful mountain greenery, and we felt refreshed every evening and morning by the cool air. We appreciated the special touches of the handmade ceramic souvenir and the private lot at Monterosso. We had a wonderful time in Cinque Terre thanks to Nicola and team!

The host and her daughter communicated before and throughout our stay including help with parking our car. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Amenities like the clothes washer and dishwasher were appreciated. There are many stair options including a funicular and lift to and from city centre. Access to the train station is easily walkable.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb in La Spezia, and it was such a lovely experience! The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they even called a cab for us, which was very helpful. The apartment itself is perfectly located, with the bus route just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get around. We also used the Radio Taxi Service, which was reliable and made transportation a breeze. The location was fantastic! Just half a kilometre from the Airbnb, there’s a beautiful walking area near the port, which was perfect for relaxing strolls. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Spezia!

Logement fidèle aux photos et à la description. L’endroit était propre et bien équipé. L’hôte nous bien accueilli et était disponible. Il faut être en forme pour gravir les 60 marches qui mène à l’entrée du logement, mais la vu du balcon en vaut la peine. On échappe pas au bruit du train la nuit même avec les fenêtres fermés (vu sa promiximité), mais la station qui est à 5 minutes de marche est très pratique pour aller visiter les Cinq terre.

We had a lovely time at the Independent House. The place was very spacious for two persons and modernly furnished. We especially enjoyed the small garden area which you can access from all the rooms. The apartment is located in a small village at the outskirts of La Spezia. It is definitely recommended if you want to visit Cinque Terre: A car ride of a few minutes takes you to the train station of La Spezia and from there departs a very convenient train with frequent connections to all the villages of Cinque Terre.

Very cute place to stay, definitely recommended! Even though the walk to the beach takes about 20-25 minutes by foot, the village La Serra the apartment is located in absolutely makes up for that. There is a nice bar nearby, the view is amazing and the whole village is just super peaceful. The host was super responsive and always friendly!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

What an absolutely gorgeous getaway in stunning surroundings. Gorgeous little garden with a barbeque. Enjoy breathtaking views. Walk up to Fosdinovo and see the Castello Malaspina. Only 30 mins to the Carrara beachfront where you have your pick of private/public beaches.

Abbiamo recentemente avuto l’opportunità di soggiornare qui per una notte ed è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole. La casa si trovava in una posizione ideale, immersa nella natura. Interni molto carini, elementi moderni con dettagli rustici. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita. Un altro punto a favore è stata la disponibilità dei proprietari che si sono dimostrati molto gentili e cordiali. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque stia cercando una fuga dalla vita quotidiana, anche solo per una notte. Torneremo sicuramente.

Mooi zicht op zee. Prachtige omgeving met weinig toeristen, super combinatie van bergen aan zee. Mooie stranden. Alle kamers en badkamer voorzien van airco. Tuin is afgesloten met gaas en daardoor geschikt voor onze hond. Betreft 2 onder 1 kap maar de buren waren er niet dus wij hadden 100 % privacy. In hoog seizoen veel festiviteiten. Best weinig muggen en spinnen voor Toscaanse begrippen. Eigenaar reageert altijd erg snel en behulpzaam.

Ausgezeichneter Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus - zu diesem Preis (gute 100 € die Nacht) ist das phantastisch. Sehr schöne Lage, nettes, einfaches Häuschen über dem Restaurant. Im Restaurant fand mal eine Hochzeit statt - das war zwar laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Laden und einen Strand im Resort, die Bademöglichkeiten sind aber je nach Wellengang eingeschränkt (der Steinstrand ist den Wellen ziemlich exponiert, es ist schnell mal zu gefährlich). Es gibt aber einen abgeschirmten Teil, der ist aber klein und nicht sehr tief. Der Wanderweg zum Fahrrad-/Wanderweg durch die alten Eisenbahntunnel nach Bonassola/Levanto ist ja im "Wartungsmodus". Das bedeutet, dass der Weg abgesperrt ist und man über Steine klettern muss, um drüber zu kommen (Stand September 2024). Das ist sehr schade und wohl aktuell der einzige Haken an dieser Unterkunft. Wenn dieser Weg wieder offen ist, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Du vrai Airbnb avec la propriétaire à côté !! Seul logement d’italie à ne pas rajouter la taxe séjour. Grandes chambres avec une excellente literie. Emplacement idéal à proximité de la gare pour les cinque terres Des commerces tout autour.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in guter Lage zur Innenstadt (in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar), mit guten Anbindungen an Bus und nahe eines großen Supermarktes. Die Kommunikation war äußerst freundlich und super schnell. Und die Wohnung ist wirklich großartig ausgestattet, sodass wir 2 Wochen mit Kleinkind sehr genossen haben :) Vielen Dank für alles!

Sono stata da Luciana qualche settimana fa con il mio cane… appartamento confortevole fornito di tutti i confort, compresi accappatoi e ciabattine per casa… ottimo anche lo spazio all’eterno per pranzare o semplicemente accomodarsi per due chiacchiere! lei è stata davvero disponibile e gentile… poi grazie anche per i confort di prima necessità e per le indicazioni sui posti limitrofi da visitare… è stata un’ottima “fuga” dalla città e dalla frenesia, da ripetere sicuramente

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!
