Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Province of L'Aquila

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

This was the perfect place in Pescara. A rock’s throw from the beach, great places to eat. It’s a great community. Beach is beautiful. Valeria was an awesome host. I was there for 5 weeks, she gave me local recommendations, was very responsive and set up the apartment perfectly for me to work and my family when they visited. I look forward to going back to Pescara and staying in the same exact place. I was there for work and she was even kind enough to meet me for a drink one night. The home has two balconies that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The train and bus are a 10 minute walk and you can get anywhere from there. I can’t say enough good things!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

We had a great experience! The home is pristine. Alessandro checked us in and went above and beyond - he showed us around the town, taking us to a couple restaurants, and talked with us about Italian culture and ways of life. The neighborhood is a couple minutes walk to the beach and is in a cozy, safe, walkable neighborhood. We were able to rent scooters and ride around easily. Highly recommend

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Barbara war immer sehr schnell erreichbar. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

l'appartamento di Marco è splendido, pulitissimo e profumato. Ha una vista fenomenale sul litorale di Pescara. La posizione è invidiabile, perché si trova a due passi da piazza Salotto. La zona 'shopping ' è dietro l'angolo, con i migliori ristoranti e pizzerie. Marco è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, anche nell'anticipare il check in che avevamo chiesto. Ci ha sempre risposto in brevissimo tempo, e lo ringraziamo di cuore per tutto. Veramente consigliato!!!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Sara, una donna meravigliosa! L'appartamento è pulito, posizione comoda, vicino al mare, bar e ristoranti, alla spiaggia. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza!!! Siamo rimasti molto contenti! RACCOMANDO!!!

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

We have been to many Airbnb's and most of them are really good in general, however, Luca's hospitality stood out. Not only was he very accommodating with the general things like check-in and check-out, but he went out of his way to make our vacation better, with his amazing restaurant recommendations, transport tips and hiking spots. Totally recommended!

Overall a very nice stay..The view is blocked by a storage facility right in front of the unit, but you are literally 10 steps off the beach. we had to go purchase beach chairs as the unit had nothing on-site to use. The beds are great, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this 3 Bedroom Apt to anyone!

Alessio e Paola sono stati 2 host eccezionali, estremamente amichevoli e disponibili. L'appartamento è in posizione strategica e super comoda, camere vista mare(stupende), circondato da ristoranti e bar, a due passi dal ponte del mare. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalle dimensioni dell'appartamento stesso, che è,inoltre, piuttosto funzionale, pulitissimo e si nota che i proprietari ne abbiano cura perché è davvero tenuto bene. Grazie ancora, siamo stati benissimo

Beautiful space with large terrace. Great restaurants and wine bar right in the building. Maurizio was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was kind enough to let us have a late check out.

Appartamento ottimo e molto ben fornito di tutto il necessario, soprattutto in cucina non mancavano le stoviglie. Siamo stati molto bene in particolare per quanto riguarda la vicinanza al mare e ai servizi. Antonio si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cortese in particolare in occasione di un guasto di un importante elettrodomestico si è subito prodigato per trovare un rimpiazzo e ha salvato la situazione. Unica pecca dell'appartamento è stata per noi la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, in certe sere ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Fortunatamente il caldo non era paragonabile a quello della pianura padana quindi è andata tutto sommato bene anche con i soli ventilatori. In definitiva ottimo appartamento, ottima posizione e ottimo host. Consigliato

Great place to stay, a family oriented community and felt safe and secure. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, and was very convenient to the beach. Definitely would recommend staying there and will revisit again.

The apartment was great, exactly as described. It was very close to the beach and in the same time very close to "downtown", aka: bars, restaurants. We've really appreciated the heaters during February cold weather. Host was super responsive and the location and city made us thinking to come back again during summer.
