Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Province of Latina

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Vi hadde en flott sommer med barnefamilie. Huset har en stor privat hage hvor barna kan leke. Veldig beleilighet med privat vei ned til stranden, som gjør det enklere å gå på stranden flere ganger om dagen. I tillegg var det meget nyttig med dusj i hagen for å spyle av sanden når man kommer fra stranden. Huset var stort med god plass til flere familier. Vil aboslutt anbefale plassen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso l alloggio di Giacomo, La signora Maria Pina mamma di Giacomo è una persona splendida accogliente e molto premurosa e gentile. La casa è meravigliosa spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, all arrivo Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario a nostra disposizione sia perangiatr che per l igiene personale direi il TOP. dista dal mare 5 minuti che ne valgono davvero la pena per la tranquillità in cui si trova, è il posto ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi.. consigliatissima..

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Francesca's place was a neat, well thought out, clean, and fun place to stay! Bonus for having a nice and useable kitchen to cook. She was a great host, met us in person, and communicated well. The only thing to know is that if it's a weekend, the surrounding area has a lot of loud music. But the AirBnB and Francesca herself was wonderful!

We had an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful loft apartment in the historic Casa Torre. The communication with the host and with Gioia on site was very friendly, supportive and responsive. The furnishings and equipment (incl. kitchen and new fridge) are nice and functional. Everything was clean and fresh. The terrace is an absolut highlight. We loved that parking, restaurants, grocery store and beach were so close within a 5-10 minute walk. We are late night people, so it didn't bother us that the noise level from the restaurants below the apartment was high until the early hours (2-2:30am). People who are sensitive to noise should equip themselves with earplugs. Initially we struggled with the heat within the apartment, but as the outside temperature dropped it then became very pleasant in the apartment. We‘ll be back, without a doubt.

Stella ist mit Leib und Seele Gastgeberin. Immer da, hilfsbereit, freundlich… fühlte mich gleich an- und aufgenommen. Selbst als ich beim wandern einen Notfall hatte, waren ihr Mann und sie sofort zur Stelle, haben mich abgeholt und sicher nach Hause gebracht. Wunderbar.. sollte meine Reise wieder einmal in diese Gegend gehen, werde ich gerne wieder bei Stella logieren.

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Accogliente, tranquilla ed arieggiata con una bella vista sul mare. Noi siamo andati con un bambino di 7 mesi ed è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze, consentendoci di godere del patio durante le ore più calde per poi scendere a mare sul tardi. Ampia disponibilità di spiagge nelle vicinanze. Giorgia ci ha messo a disposizione un lettino da campo. Host velocissima a rispondere ad ogni domanda e necessità.

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Emmanuelle met me on arrival and showed me personally to the property, complete tour round and explained where everything is. Breakfast items already in the fridge and Bread on the table. Easy to get around, easy parking for cars right out the front. An AirBNB that screams italy.....

Casa ottima posizione a 15 minuti da Gaeta, Gianluca e molto gentile educato e disponibile. Casa pulita e in condizioni nuove,dotata di tutti i comfort.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

The Villa was amazing I would defanatly recommend staying here to anyone, it was very clean had everything we needed comfortable and the host was there with any questions we had she even lent us some bikes to get around on as we did not hire a car but it is easy to walk into the town, there is a supermarket right around the corner witch was very convenient, amazing villa amazing host that went above and beyond to make us feel right at home if I could give more than 5 stars I would it was perfect.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Nakupenda significa Ti amo e questa casa è stata perfetta per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Gli spazi sono ancora più belli di quelli in foto e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti non solo dalla stupenda vasca idromassaggio ma anche dalla sauna, bagno turco e doccia emozionale davvero incredibili. Un plus: i due micetti che ci hanno fatto compagnia mentre ci rilassavamo nel magnifico giardino con la piscina che rende l’atmosfera ancora più luxury. Ringraziamo l’host per averci accolto in maniera super cortese e per averci fornito delle informazioni precise. Inoltre è stata davvero gentile perché ci ha permesso di fare il check out un po’ più tardi dell’orario indicato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

Siamo stati benissimo! Sottolineo in primis la gentilezza di Luigi e della moglie, sempre velocissimi nel rispondere e disponibili nel venirci incontro. La casa è bellissima, nuova, impeccabile per la pulizia. C'è veramente tutto quello che può servire, per la casa, per mangiare e tutto il resto, specialmente per una vacanza. Si trova in una stradina interna, poco trafficata e quindi molto tranquilla. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e comodi, non è una casa in cui si sta stretti o si devono fare particolari sacrifici. Gli spazi esterni sono veramente belli, con un cortile che gira tutto intorno alla casa, un piccolo barbecue e un po' di sedie per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

La casa di Elisabetta è deliziosa, più carina di come appare nelle foto. È fornita di tutto, ha un bel patio dove mangiare e rilassarsi, ma soprattutto è a pochi passi dal mare! Io e le mie amiche siamo state molto bene e la consigliamo
