Andrea è stato un host fantastico: ha fatto trovare un appartamentino curato nei minimi dettagli e molto molto pulito. Assolutamente disponibile per qualsiasi informazione, la posizione è strategica: vicinissima a un megastore e a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Crema. Per un la famiglia, come la nostra, veramente ottimo: ri-soggiorneremo certamente da lui se dovessimo ritornare a Crema! Bravo!

Siamo stati ospiti di Alessia per 15 giorni, le informazioni ricevute per il check in sono state molto chiare, tempestive e precise, il check in flessibile è una grande comodità. L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio e la pulizia è ottima. Molto comodo il garage da cui si accede direttamente all'abitazione. La posizione è ottima, soleggiata con vista panoramica sulle montagne di giorno e di sera si possono ammirare le stelle. Nelle vicinanze si possono raggiungere tutti i servizi necessari. Ringraziamo Alessia per essere stata sempre disponibile, veloce nelle risposte e gentile.

Communication with Livio about check in and local recommendations was excellent. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals. The balcony view is absolutely stunning!! It's a quiet relaxing neighbourhood. We didn't have a car but it was a beautiful 45 min walk into the centre of Varenna and it was always easy to get taxis. We didn't have enough toilet roll and bought some extra but that was a minor issue. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Loved our stay in stunning lake como, the Villa has everything you could need and is very comfortable to stay. We stayed as a family with a baby and found the place is clean and well equipped.

This is an incredible hidden gem… Check-in process was extremely easy, and our host met us in the pouring rain and welcomed us with an umbrella. He showed us the whole property and was so so sweet! Luca was very responsive and kind and gave great recommendations and was more than happy to help accommodate us during our stay. Beautiful location; it is recommended to have a rental car and especially in off season as our visit was. Overall an incredible stay, we can’t wait to visit again… close to lots of great restaurants and things to do, would love to stay again.

Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili anche ad accompagnarci con auto da/per la stazione, tempi di risposta brevi anche se le indicazioni non sempre chiarissime: per esempio abbiamo aspettato in casa l'arrivo di un tecnico per risolvere il problema con la seduta del toilet che però poi non si è presentato. Locazione riservata ma non lontana dal centro, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, adatto anche per soggiorni più lunghi.

Gaetano is a fantastic host with an amazing hospitality, 24/7 able to help. Perfect location, wonderful terrace. Definitely will stay there again.

There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

On a passé un excellent séjour à Sala Comacina, la maison est très confortable et bien équipée, et la petite plage à côté est très pratique ! & La vue lac est aussi magnifique ! Rosie et Robbie qui parle bien français ont été très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils. On espère y retourner prochainement ! Un bel endroit !

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung in Mailand. 10Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten Straßenbahnstation. Lidl und Spielplatz fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war ausreichend Platz für alles und für unsere Kinder gab es ein süßes Kinderzimmer und ein paar Spielsachen. Wir konnten kochen und im Keller unsere Wäsche waschen. Elizabeta ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin, die immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat! Alles in allem ein super Unterkunft, auch mit Kindern, wenn man zwei/drei Tage Mailand erkunden möchte.

Alloggiare nell'appartamento di Francesca è stato un vero piacere. L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e comodo ai mezzi pubblici e al supermercato. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Giusy che è stata gentilissima e sempre presente. Torneremo sicuramente

If you are looking for an Air BnB with character, then this place is for you! We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas and were able to cook with ease as the Kichen had everything you might need, even the knives were sharp- which is not often the case with bnb’s. We were 4 adults and a child and the place was a really good size. The location is great if you are looking to explore the lake but you definitely need a car.

Elle's hjem er en perle i en storby. Akkurat passe stort, stilfullt innredet, romslig, renslig og fine soverom og bad. Elle er vennlig, ryddig i sin kommunikasjon og all informasjon om leilighet, fasiliteter og husregler er grundig ,tydelig og lett tilgjengelig. I tillegg er leiligheten den tryggeste i Milano med digitale låser som "Fort Knox" kan være misunnelig på :-) Leiligheten ligger i et morsomt område. Nært Metro og med lokale restauranter (du må gå litt utenfor hovedgaten). i Via Valtorta besøkte vi Blu Yasmin og hvor det ble stor stemning når 6 godt voksne nordmenn sang karaoke sammen med glade og vennlige italienere.

Cosy Flat est un bel appartement dans un très beau lieu avec un hôte qui sait organiser et prévenir. nous recommandons sans réserve.

We stayed in this place for two months and it’s was honestly the best airbnb experience we have had. We stayed with our 4 year old daughter. The house was even more spacious than we thought. It was very cosy, the kitchen had everything. Starting from fancy wine glasses, pots, dishes and everything else you need for an every day living. The back yard was a nice addition to the house, perfect for morning coffee in warmer days. The back yard even had a slide for kids. It is a perfect location if you don’t want to stay in the center of the city. Very family friendly neighborhood- playgrounds and parks walking distance. The house had a garage but it is possible to park in front of the house. The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying. Thanks to the host and next time we are in Milan, we will definitely choose this place again!

"Feel like home" place, in the area of ​​private houses, so you'll always know when the dinner time starts :) The house is divided and you have one half of it, with private entrance. Neighbors can only be felt outside in the garden (if they are outside too), as it is only separated by a hedge. But it didn't bother us considering that household sounds can be heard from all the houses around. We felt like locals :) The house is spacious and fully equipped. Very large underground garage was perfect! It is good to know that there isn't any nice beach specifically in Lenno. We tried a beach at Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli in Tremezzo (we drove by car or took the ferry; it is not sandy/pebble beach), Spiaggia di Campo (within walking distance from the house; small, calm and nice in the evenings when the ferry service has ended). You can also go by ferry to San Giovanni - there is a larger pebble beach. We recommend the walk from the house to Colonno along the Greenway del Lago di Como.

Vi havde 8 skønne dage i Topazia. Vi nød virkelig den fantastiske udsigt fra husets terasse og faciliteterne i området, fx tennisbane og pool. Vi var også meget begejstrede for husets beliggenhed i rolige og smukke Lierna, hvor vi fandt gode badesteder i søen og var glade for, at der ikke var så mange turister. Joshua og Antonio var hele vejen igennem hurtige til at svare på beskeder, og deres instrukser i forbindelse med huset, indtjekning og udtjekning, var helt i top. Stor anbefaling herfra!
