Das Haus liegt sehr schön mitten in Olivenbäumen, in der Ferne sieht man das Meer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein tolles Fotomotiv. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort. Das Haus bietet die Möglichkeiten für jeden privat zu sein und gleichzeitig reichlich Platz für gemeinsame Zeit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit TV und WLAN, Klimaanlage und allem, was man sonst noch braucht. Strom und Gas werden extra berechnet.

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

Massimilianos villa is super located in the middle of nature, perfect for people who like peace and quiet ! We loved the fact that there was no television because we don't watch TV. On the other hand there was lots to do, hang out at the natural pool and watch the frogs or take trips in the surrounding beautiful towns, villages and landscapes. The location is very comfortable, close to the sea and Livorno, to Pisa and also not too far from places like the historic town of Lucca or the mountains north of Lucca. You need a good car, though to weather the rough accessway to the villa which lies off road . The villa lacks nothing, was perfectly clean and pleasant with tasteful artistic design and comfortable amenities. The air conditionining added to our well being in the hot August days and nights. Massimiliano is such a nice, friendly person & was very responsive and proactive in making us comfortable, came to clean the pool personally a few times during our stay! MILLE GRAZIE!

Villa Ottagonale fa parte di un progetto di inizio degli anni 60 che avrebbe dovuto portare alla realizzazione di una decina di ville commissionate al famoso architetto Gio Ponti. In realtà ne furono realizzate solo due: la Villa Ottagonale e l'adiacente Villa Allungata. Passare una settimana in ambienti che emanavano il fascino di un grande dell'architettura italiana ha contribuito molto alla piacevolezza della nostra vacanza. Gli ambienti della villa sono peraltro molto ampi e confortevoli con la sola eccezione dei bagni che risentono della costruzione anni 60: funzionanti e puliti, ma con docce spartane e rubinetterie separate senza i miscelatori ai quali siamo ormai abituati tutti (si potrebbe forse migliorare la qualità delle aggiunte - tipo box e pareti mobili - con materiali di migliore fattura e qualità che rispettino lo stile di eccellenza progettuale della casa). Gli esterni sono di grandissimo livello per superficie, attrezzatura e confort con piscina TOP e ampi tavoli.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. We immersed ourselves in nature and forgot about the passage of time, with only the beautiful Tuscan landscape reminding us of civilization. Our guest was the neighbor’s cat, who sometimes spent time with us by the pool. We definitely want to return to this amazing place.

If you are looking for a Tuscan paradise, this is your place to go. From Antonella’s quick response, to the outstanding view, to the pristine and fashionable interior. This place is simply perfect. The listing photos are very beautiful… but it doesn’t do justice to how the place is really. A dream. You should book it immediately, you deserve it 😉

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Follonica, nicht zuletzt wegen unseres Gastgebers. Er war extrem freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich wirklich gekümmert – sogar mit selbstgemachtem Tiramisu! Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles lief unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Follonica eine Unterkunft suchen.

Vue absolument extraordinaire. Certainement la plus belle que l’on puisse trouver sur l’île d’Elbe. On pourrait passer la journée sur un transat tellement c’est sublime. Et c’est à dix minute de Portoferraio, qui est également magnifique, et donc hyper facile d’accès. Seul détail : très peu d’équipements pour la cuisine et la maison semble un peu vide, les propriétaires ont fait le minimum pour rendre la maison chaleureuse. Mais l’extérieur compense !

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Das Haus ist eine Perle. In unmittelbarer Distanz zum Meer (ca 100m durch einen Park und schon ist man am Strand) und auch das Städtchen mit den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuss erreichbar (ca 10min laufen bis zum Einkaufen). Das Haus hat einen super Aussenküche. Velos für Erwachsene und ein SUP standen zur freien Verfügung. Gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The property is charming, with stunning architecture and well-maintained surroundings, offering both relaxation and luxury. The outdoor spaces, especially the pool, were perfect for our group to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan sun. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated, with unique and elegant touches such as the grand chandelier and vintage portraits that added a special atmosphere. Marie Stella, the owner, was a delight to communicate with, and Susanne, our house manager, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her warmth and hospitality made the experience even better. We spent wonderful moments here, from relaxing by the pool to enjoying family dinners in the lovely garden. It was truly a fantastic week, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

We spent 4 days at the villa with our grown up kids and partners and the villa had ample room. The views are absolutely stunning and we got some great sunsets. The pool was great a little chilly but the setting and views make up for it. Massimo is such a lovely caring helpful host nothing is to much trouble, thank fully he had an electric charging point we could use for our stay. They also sell the wine and olive oil they produce and I can totally recommend all of it. His children and wife are lovely and it really felt like we were living the Tuscan dream. Only downside the dirt track to the villa is a very bumpy 10 min drive and we did get a little lost, but nothing that could not be sorted you absolutely need to hire a car. But I can not thank Massimo enough for a lovely stay and finding us a room to use so we could stay after our checkout as we had a late flight and enjoy the last very hot day by the communal pool. X

This might have been one of the best trips I have ever been on. There were small issues, the largest of which was a language barrier. Yet even noting these feels dishonest to the brilliance of this home, the serenity of the location and overall comfort we experienced.

Soggiornare nella villa con i nostri amici è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante. Ci siamo goduti il verde, la piscina, il barbecue, ma soprattutto il panorama incredibile che attorniava la villa. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

La villa di Luise si trova in una posizione unica, la vista dalla terrazza difficilmente si scorderà. È dotata di tutto quello che serve per sentirsi come a casa. La piscina e la zona intorno alla piscina (sdraio, patio) ci ha permesso di rilassarci anche quando non eravamo in spiaggia. Da tenere in considerazione che il supermercato più fornito è a Marciana Marina (a mezz’ora di macchina), ma basta organizzarsi bene all’arrivo. Aline e Agata ci hanno accolte con molta professionalità e per tutto il tempo sono state disponibili e cortesi. Il barbecue purtroppo era inutilizzabile, abbiamo apprezzato che Agata si sia attivata subito per fornirci la piastra elettrica ma era purtroppo piccolina per una famiglia di 5.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo passato la fine dell’anno nella villa del signore Michele, siamo stati benissimo, come a casa! Michele è stato super cordiale e gentilissimo! La villa è davvero molto bella! In periodi caldi c’è la possibilità di usufruire anche della piscina e del gazebo all’esterno! Stavamo valutando di tornarci infatti in periodo primaverile! Un ringraziamento speciale a Michele!

La casa è isolata e tranquilla, ma a 5 minuti in auto da Peccioli. Il podere è immerso nel verde, e c’è tutto quello che serve, per 7 persone gli spazi sono super fruibili, inoltre ci sono calcetto, pingpong, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e wi-fi. Tv in quasi tutte le stanze. Super patio per pranzi e cene e cucina dove si può preparare qualunque cosa. Il plus è sicuramente la piscina, ma anche a dicembre la si potrebbe sfruttare molto bene visto qua to e grande.

Donatella ist eine super Gastgeberin! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Appartement und der Aussenbereich sind liebevoll dekoriert und begrünt. Der Pool war das Highlight der Kinder. Es hat tolle Liegestühle und mehrer Luftreifen und Bälle sowie unterschiedliche Plätze im Garten mit Stühlen und Tisch. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Velos gelangten wir in 5-10 Minuten an den atemberaubenden km langen Strand. Die Restaurantempfehlungen von Donatella waren super! Danke!

Du kan sluta leta nu! Detta är förmodligen det mest perfekta boendet och med den bästa värden i hela Toscana. Detta sagt av en mycket resvan och ganska kräsen familj från Sverige som denna gång åkte med tre söner 16, 18 och 22 år och äldste sonens fästmö. Värden Lorenzo är helt fantastisk både före och under vistelsen: snabba svar, otroligt hjälpsam och väldigt tillmötesgående. Du bor i en renoverad kvarn (två superfräscha separata byggnader varav en är nybyggd) i den lilla byn Montefoscoli, med vidunderlig utsikt över landskapet och solläge från morgon till kväll. Stor uteplats med grill och pool för härliga måltider och avkoppling. Inne finns allt man behöver och mer därtill: full utrustat kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, strykutrustning, ac i varje sovrum. Bra wifi och tv-box. Utmärkt litet bageri 50 m från bostaden. En liten Coopbutik 5 minuters gångavstånd från bostaden med allt man behöver. Vi har redan tipsat vänner och bekanta om detta boende — bättre blir det inte!

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus, sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Pool sehr sauber und wir waren dort immer alleine. Zwei Strände sind mit einem halbstündigen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen , die anderen in sehr kurzer Entfernung. Capoliveri in 20 min gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an Lauro
