Alloggio in pieno centro, ma in una zona molto tranquilla, vicino al mare e a tutti i principali servizi. Casa molto accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò che necessita per una normale vita in famiglia. Giovanni molto disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato.

Soggiorno x 4 giorni con mia moglie in "pieno" Agosto, tutto ok ! Il monolocale è carino, ben curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto, molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare un' auto all'interno del condominio. Unico piccolo neo è l'assenza dell'aria condizionata (c'è comunque un bel ventilatore) anche se, sinceramente, noi non ne abbiamo sentito molto la mancanza grazie al calo delle temperature in questi giorni. Da ritornarci !!

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

Nous avons fait de nombreux séjours à Lucca dans différents Airbnb, et celui de Francesco est au top ! Très bel environnement, hyper calme, un parking à disposition (c'est un luxe à l'intérieur des remparts). L'appartement est vraiment agréable avec son balcon qui donne sur le parc. Vraiment excellent Airbnb 🙏

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Mi sono trovato molto bene Zona molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Viareggio in 10 minuti in macchina o 15 minuti in bicicletta Il proprietario da casa molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi problema Casa pulita e molto carina per ospitare 4 persone Io ho soggiornato per 5 giorni con 2 amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo Sicuramente se ci sarà di nuovo occasione ci tornerò molto volentieri

What a fantastic flat to stay in. It was withing easy walking distance of central Lucca and with the bonus of secure parking in case you have a car. The bedroom was a super size with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a walk-in closet as well. The bathroom was also large with a fantastic walk-in shower. Kitchen was really well equipped, with everything you might need. There are plenty of small shops nearby including bakery (for breakfast rolls/croissants), delis and fruit and veg shops, just round the corner and of course shops in central Lucca itself. Silvia was super helpful, making meeting us when we arrived really easy and leaving was a simple matter of dropping the keys in the letter box. This is a fantastic apartment, just perfect for exploring either Lucca itself, or the wider region. Thank you so much for making our stay so easy, Silvia - it was a delight!

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Wir waren Anfang September in Helenes toller Wohnung in Lucca. Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen Nicole und Tanya haben sich schnell und ausführlich um jedes unserer Anliegen gekümmert, Tipp für die Region gegeben, Parkplätze gezeigt und uns das Müllsystem erklärt. Auch eine flexible Anreise (23 Uhr) war nach Absprache mit Nicole möglich. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ich kann den Aufenthalt bei Helene ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Anita was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, she even rescued us from Lucca one evening when we couldn’t get a taxi. One evening there was a musical play in the garden which sounded beautiful even though we were too tired to attend. We managed the whole 2 weeks with bikes, it’s a 15 min cycle into Lucca. The apartment was very traditional and had good facilities. The swimming pool was wonderful. We ate outdoors on many occasions which was very peaceful. My only negative is parts of the outdoors/furniture could do with a refresh but I guess it’s coming towards the end of a long hot Summer. Overall we loved it ❤️

The apartment is beautiful, decorated, perfectly arranged for the family. Everything is clean, new, carefully designed. The apartment in the forest is beautiful and there is room to walk around and even a place arranged for yoga, hammocks, sitting areas. The hostess helped us a lot! Best Local recommendations made our trip wonderful (don't hesitate to ask!).

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

My stay here was wonderful and relaxing. Everything went well although didn’t expect the hot tub to take long in heating up (>5hrs) so didn’t get to use it the first night. Otherwise I would totally recommend this bnb to anyone !
