Logement spacieux, très bien situé, proche de la gare à pieds ( 15 minutes environ ), en lisière du centre ancien de cette magnifique et prenante ville de Matera, et possédant tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine...ici pas de vaisselle et de décoration Ikea...mais une décoration originale et personnelle . Que c'est agréable d'être reçu par un hôte accueillant, sympathique, amoureux de sa ville, qui sait la faire partager... et pas par une boîte à clés !

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

It was truly the best accommodation! Just a one-minute walk from the beautiful Duomo Cathedral, we got to enjoy breathtaking sunsets every day, and the night view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The place had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. Among all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this one offered the most complimentary amenities—having a fully stocked fridge upon arrival was such a pleasant surprise! The freshly delivered bread every morning was delicious, and our receptionist, Lily, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the whole process. Matera is such a beautiful city that I’d love to visit again, and if I do, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

accueil chaleureux par la mamma de Raf, voiture bien en sécurité dans un parking à 10 m, tout se fait à pied, les sassis, la ville nouvelle, les lumières au coucher du soleil et à l aube sont fuites magiques. et départ chaleureux aussi par Raf, avec une aimable surprise..... si je reviens, ce sera ici, si des amis doivent visiter Matera, je les oblige à venir là aussi.

C'est parfait. Bel appartement, bien agencé et très confortable. Proche de la gare ferroviaire, de la gare routière et du centre historique. Arrivée simple et souple.

Nice apartment in the center of Altamura, built around the concept of sharing and recycling. The pictures are accurate and we found the apartment was cleaned just before we arrived. Marcello is a very helpful host and was very flexible in letting us check in a few hours earlier. He also texted us every day to make sure everything was good. Recommended if you are looking for a cozy place in the heart of Altamura with a creative atmosphere. All the best Marcello - we'll be back for sure if we are in Altamura.

Ottima posizione per visitare la costa ionica della Basilica e per raggiungere rapidamente anche località in Puglia e Calabria. Appartamento curato e provvisto di tutti i servizi essenziali tra cui la lavatrice, utile per lunghi soggiorni. Vito Antonio è stato gentilissimo, dandoci anche dei consigli preziosi per i ristoranti locali. Sono presenti anche delle bici ma sono condivisi con un secondo alloggio quindi potrebbero non essere sempre disponibili.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Maria Antonietta in otto persone, quattro coppie, durante il ponte del 1/11/2024. La struttura, situata a Santeramo in Colle, è in una posizione strategica per visitare località come Matera, Altamura e alberobello. Anita, ci ha accolto mettendoci a disposizione un appartamento ampio e curato, dove abbiamo potuto scegliere quattro delle cinque camere disponibili, tutte eleganti, comode e dotate esattamente come descritto su Airbnb. La pulizia impeccabile, la disposizione delle camere che garantisce privacy, l’attenzione ai dettagli degli arredi di alta qualità ci hanno subito colpito. Il cortile-giardino con patio arredato è perfetto per momenti conviviali, e la cucina ben attrezzata ci ha permesso di organizzare cene in compagnia. Anita è sempre stata disponibile, offrendoci consigli utili e accogliendoci con tatto, anche omaggiandoci di prodotti locali. Un soggiorno con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente, in un luogo dove ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Ovo je jedno divno iskustvo. Matera je san snova, Danijelin smjestaj je izniman. Čist, uredan, udoban (krevet je savrsen). Lokacija savrsena za istrazivanje Matere. Danijela je najbolji domacin kojeg smo do sad susreli (a dosta putujemo). Na raspolaganju, susretljiva, odgovore daje u roku od 5 sekundi… Po odlasku smo mogli imati odredjenih problema s obzirom na generalni strajk transportnih sluzbi u Italiji i Danijela nam je pomogla oko svega. Ukoliko dolazite u Materu bolje iskustvo od boravka kod Danijele necete naci. Tople preporuke

Esperienza positiva. La struttura è accogliente e situata in una posizione comoda per visitare Matera. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Ottima la Jacuzzi. Personale gentile, pronto a fornire informazioni utili.

This apartimento was spacious and beautifully decorated with furniture and art work. The access was central and easy and views from the windows and balcony were amazing. Wonderful experience.

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

Alles war wie angegeben. Wirklich perfekte Lage, in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt bzw Sassi! Würde wieder buchen und kann es ehrlich weiter empfehlen!

La Basilicata è una regione stupenda, piena di fascino. Barbara, la nostra host, ci ha guidato nello scegliere i posti da visitare che sono andati oltre i classici siti archeologici di cui la Magna Grecia è ricca. Questo ci ha consentito di conoscere meglio la cultura lucana e ne siamo molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento pulitissimo (e io sono una maniaca del pulito) e dotato di tutti i comfort, ha fatto in modo che il soggiorno fosse ancora più gradevole. La presenza della piscina, grande e ben tenuta, ci ha rinfrescato i pomeriggi tornando dal mare nelle ore più calde per poi riprendere le nostre uscite in serata. Siamo molto contenti!
