Renta de villas vacacionales en Province of Matera

The views from villa are absolutely breathtaking. I loved the privacy and serene surroundings. The villa itself had country charm with modern amenities and was very clean. I loved the fruit trees and olive grove. We even picked a few limes to add to our water. Having a glass of wine on the veranda and taking in the scenery was the exact southern Italian getaway I had pictured. I read a previous review about bird droppings and bugs, I saw NONE of this. We would definitely return! Jessica was very helpful and gave great recommendations for local eateries. I would say that the town of Pisticci is a little jarring to drive in with narrow streets and cliffs, luckily the property itself is on the outskirts and you don’t have to drive through town to get there. At Jessicas recommendation we found grocery stores and bakeries in the near by towns of Tinchi and Marconia which were wonderful. Also would recommend Marbe as a great restaurant. We loved our stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Antonella. Von der Aussicht und der schönen Umgebung mit wunderschöner Terasse waren wir richtig beeindruckt. Man kommt sofort zur Ruhe und kann durchatmen. Die Wohnung ist schön sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, was für diese sehr ländliche Gegen eher ungewöhnlich ist. Wir haben uns mit dem Taxi von Policoro bringen lassen und dann ein paar Tage dort remote gearbeitet und uns entspannt, das hat super geklappt. Ohne Auto sieht man natürlich wenig von den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region, aber für längere Spaziergänge ist es trotzdem super. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3km entfernt, dorthin kann man dann einen Spaziergang machen, um etwas einzukaufen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in diese schöne Villa und Gegend kommen!

Posizione molto tranquilla in piena campagna ma facilmente raggiungibile. La signora Angela molto gentile e premurosa, riserva all' ospite una attenzione eccezionale ed è disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La casa molto grande, pulita e accogliente è dotata di ogni comfort ed è circondata da un ampio giardino molto ben curato. Consigliatissimo per famiglie. Una location veramente incantevole, che ha posizione ottimale per raggiungere in poco tempo le località più suggestive della Basilicata ed oltre fino alla Puglia, sia in direzione della costa, che verso l'entroterra.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Cesarea’s accomodation. She made us feel comfortable immediately, so we could go directly into relaxation mode in her house. The house is big enough for four people, it is very clean and you can find all the basic necessities you will need. The area around the house is also quite large so you could have a small walk or enjoy the sun at any time of day. What we like the most was having our own private area (there is a fence around the house), and enjoy a little bit of peace and quietness just outside of Altamura, after having spend a few busy days at the amalfi coast. I can definitely recommend this house.

Great service, very good communication and very very clean appartment. Great pool with enough beds to relax. Swimming cap is required which keeps also the pool very clean. lovely welcome drink, breakfast cake, coffee provided. Just great!!

Our visit at Masseria Misossero was truly pleasant! After we have arrived to the place Miriam showed us the house and explained how to take care of the facility. The communication was clear and fast when we had any questions. We were happy about the overall cleanliness of the house. It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the views every day. We loved the big pool. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza da Judith, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa è un vero gioiello, piena di luce che riempie gli occhi e il cuore. Le enormi finestre lasciano entrare il sole, creando un’atmosfera calda e accogliente in ogni stanza. Gli arredi e gli oggetti decorativi sono semplicemente meravigliosi, con dettagli particolari che rendono ogni angolo unico e affascinante. Il tempo trascorso qui è stato indimenticabile, un’esperienza che porteremo sempre con noi.
