Sehr schönes, kleines, strandnahes Appartement mit sehr ordentlicher Einrichtung und Bad. In 2 Minuten Gehzeit ist man am Sandstrand mit feinem Sand und flachem Einstieg ins Meer. Supermarkt und Pizzeria waren auch im Oktober geöffnet, die Strandbars nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war super entspannt und alles wurde top beschrieben.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. l'appartement est près de la plage, bien équipé, et on apprécie de pouvoir manger dehors. gesuina a été arrangeante et à adapté notre heure de départ. il y avait pas mal de moustique (en avril!)

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Strandhaus inkl. direkten Zugang zum Strand. Ein Traum. Sonnenaufgänge und der Strand außergewöhnlich. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Lorenzo hat uns immer schnell und direkt geholfen. Ein Gastgeber wie man ihn sich wünscht. Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder und geben eine 100%ige Empfehlung.

Le logement est très bien correct et le propriétaire réactif aux questions et attentionné, notre séjour s’est bien passé

L'appartamento di Alessandra è in un una ottima posizione, è infatti possibile esplorare da qui, in auto, le innumerevoli spiaggie dell'Ogliastra, a piedi, l'affascinante l'abitato di Santa Maria Navarrese. La casa ha ottimi spazi sia interni che esterni, con un portico molto ampio e vivibile. La vicinanza alla spiaggia di Tancau (meno di 50 m) è un valore aggiunto. La fornitura di essenziali è completa e molto pratica. Consigliato.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse, da könnte man auch locker die Zeit verbringen, wenn nicht so schöne Strände in der Nähe wären. :) Sehr empfehlenswert, gern wieder, tolle Gegend. Und besonders herzliche Gastgeber, da fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Danke dafür!

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

dům v soukromí, výhled do krajiny, autem pár minut od pláže a vesnice. Dům měl vše,co jsme potřebovali,vybavení kuchyně dostačující. Byl jsme skupinka 6 osob. Hostitel Ivo sympaticky, komunikativní, vše vysvětlil,reagoval rychle na všechny zprávy a byl časově flexibilní při příjezdu i odjezdu.

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Apartment. Ich habe dort auch gearbeitet. Das Internet war zu jeder Zeit schnell und stabil. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Viel Privatsphäre, kein Straßenlärm, keine direkten Nachbarn, nicht einsehbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zweckmäßig mit viel Stauraum und die riesige Terrasse das Highlight. Parkplatz für das Auto war vorhanden, sehr sicher, Grundstück mit Zaun vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein zweites Haus, mit den beiden Schwestern und dem Schwager, die bei Bedarf auch hilfsbereit sind und uns freundlich unterstützt haben. Die Kommunikation auch mit Tito hat jederzeit schnell funktioniert. Es gibt sogar einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Wasser dort ist sauber, es hatte am Strand jedoch Seegras (was es aber auch an anderen Stränden in Sardinien hatte). Es gibt fußläufig in 5 Minuten einen zweiten, großen Strand. Mit dem Auto 20 Minuten entfernt auch Traumstrände. Wir haben uns die 4 Wochen super wohl gefühlt!

Bei der Ankunft war leider die Sauberkeit in unserer Unterkunft nicht so, wie wir das erwartet hatten. Federica hat super schnell und äußerst professionell reagiert und eine Ersatzunterkunft sofort organisiert. Hier was alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Federica hat sich vielmals entschuldigt und für uns war damit die ganze Sache erledigt 👍. Fehler können passieren. Wir gehen davon aus, dass ihr das nicht mehr passieren wird und sprechen deshalb eine Empfehlung für Federica als Gastgeberin aus.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Sehr schönes Haus, direkt am Strand! Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgestattet, aber mit allem, was man braucht (Kaffeekocher, Gefrierfach,...). Das klare Highlight ist definitiv die Lage: Von der Terrasse bzw. auch aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster schaut man direkt aufs Meer. Von da sind es dann auch nur ein paar Schritte bis ins Wasser - herrlich! Auch sehr praktisch ist die abgezäunte Außendusche nach dem Baden. Federica hat immer schnell geantwortet, sodass wir uns gut betreut gefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genoßen! Unser Tipp für die Anreisen: Wir empfehlen vom Flughafen Cagliari mit dem Auto unbedingt die Route über die Küstenstraße und nicht durchs Gebirge zu nehmen (das ist nämlich extrem kurvig, wie wir feststellen mussten ^^). Außerdem ist die Straße auf den letzten Metern zum Haus nicht befestigt. Da lohnt sich wahrscheinlich ein ein bisschen geländefähigeres Auto, wenn man eins mietet (wobei wir es auch mit einem Fiat Panda gemeistert haben).

Wir sind Beide Anfang 60 und haben die Ruhe, Umgebung, die Nähe zum Mehr und das schnuckelige Häuschen unheimlich genossen. Die Ausstattung innen, sowie außen war einfach nur hervorragend. Großer Kühlschrank, Eisfach, supi Küche, Badezimmer und auch die Außendusche....alles wunderbar. Als uns das Gas ausging wurde innerhalb von nur einer Stunde eine neue Gasflasche angeschlossen und wir hatten wieder warmes Wasser. Die Kommunikation war einfach hervorragend. Das Auffinden des Objektes war etwas abenteuerlich aber zu guter Letzt dann doch einfach. Der Strand war sehr nahe und auch mit meinem neuen Kniegelenk in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wer allerdings Aktion und viele Bars und ähnliches sucht, der ist hier fehl am Platze. Ein Leihwagen über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes ist unbedingt notwendig. Liebe Grüße und bitte weiter so Gino Gabi und Ralf

Flott beliggenhet, romslig og koselig leilighet. Vi ble tatt godt imot med en vinflaske og lokale kaker. Kjøkken og bad er moderne, og leiligheten har et hjemmekoselig og rustikt preg. Flott terrasse med utsikt til sjøen. Kort vei til stranda. Bølgene kan bråke og det kan bli kaldt inne men det er en pellets peis som gir god varme. Alt man trenger av kjøkkenutstyr, håndklær etc. Vi kom utenfor sesong (april) men det er flere spisesteder og butikker i nærheten. Anbefaler også Pedra longa, fine turstier! Vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Mario ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles. Aus dem Gemüsegarten durften wir die Reste des Sommers ernten. Orosei ist eine schöne Stadt und der Strand in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

It has been a pleasure staying in this Airbnb. Maria is so nice and welcoming. She had kindly bought some snacks for our arrival. The check in and out went very smoothly as she is very flexible and responsive. The flat is well located and furnished with all the amenities needed. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend this Airbnb!

What an amazing location with gorgeous view overlooking the town. The apartment had evening we needed including beach umbrella and a cool bag. Magarita gave lots of recommendations and communicated well. I will say that check-in could have been slightly clearer. We did arrive at 11pm in the middle of a massive storm which didn’t help. But perhaps some arrows on the images shared pointing towards key parts of the images? We were not given an apartment number or anything, only an apartment floor but Magarita replied very quickly when we asked. I am not sure if there was meant to be a number or name on the apartment door (and it had been accidentally removed??) but there was nothing on the door to indicate it was the right one! I will also say that the bed was quite hard and were given 1 flat pillow each. My neck and back hurt most mornings. I understand that this is down to preference though!

posizione incantevole e ineguagliabile fianco spiaggia. casa adeguata per 4 persone negli spazi interni... Cucina piccolina ma adatta alle esigenze, Wifi servizio in più adeguato.

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Francesco è stata una persona splendida, molto disponibile, molto educato e molto discreto, persona molto amichevole che ci accoglierà, vi farà fare un giro per il paese mostrandovi, i negozi del posto vi indicherà le spiagge più belle, rimanendo molto discreto, nonostante lui viva al piano superiore dell'alloggio, in caso di bisogno sarà pronto ad aiutarvi.. Sempre.. Alloggio piccolo, ma molto pulito, a 20 Mt dal mare, davanti alla piazza del paese nel quale troverete un ampia scelta di ottimi ristoranti, in alcuni di questi vi verrà addirittura fatto uno sconto andando a nome suo in quanto è una persona conosciuta nel paese.. Francesco è stata una persona squisita... Esperienza da provare e poi ripetere... Il caffè del mattino preso davanti al mare.. Non ha prezzo.. In caso di bisogno cmq sia troverete una persona sempre pronta ed educata che vi saprà indicare anche altri luoghi da visitare... Alloggio dotato anche di aria condizionata..oltre ad un host... Troverete un amico..

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Super mieszkanko, idealne dla pary ewentualnie rodziny z dziećmi. Centralne położenie w uroczym miasteczku, przy samym porcie Cala Gonone. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona więc bez problemu można przygotować samemu posiłek. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i kontaktowa. Na koniec zostaliśmy nawet obdarowani lokalnymi słodyczami.
