Me and my wife had a wonderful week in Patrizia’s farm house. The location of the house has allowed us to discover most touristic and hidden gems of all central-Italy. It has a very strategic geographical location as well as a wonderful place to stay. Patrizia was very available since the second we booked with her. She and her family welcomed us as if we are part of their family. They are very kind and generous people who values the land and nature. I loved the olive trees, the mountains, the kaka trees, the pomegranate trees and the beautiful clear sky from her wide balcony. We were able to immerse, recharge and reconnect with nature, breathe the clearest air and eat the yummiest food. From her location we visited more than 10 Medieval 🏰 villages, PIENZA,Florence, Assisi ,Pisa, and most of Umbria and more because of the convenient location of her place. It was a beautiful place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you Patrizia and your lovely family for everything, see u soon ❤️❤️

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Wir waren in der Nachsaison vor Ort und haben ruhige Tage am wunderschönen See und in der sehenswerten Altstadt verbracht. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig, steil ansteigend oberhalb des Sees in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der liebevoll gestalteten privat genutzten Wohnung zu wohnen, die uns einen Einblick in die Wohnverhältnisse vor Ort vermittelt hat. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Unsere Gastgeber waren großartig. Obwohl wir uns persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit Ihnen. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere An- und Abreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln herausgesucht und uns mit vielen Hinweisen auf gute Restaurants versorgt. sono stato ad Anghiari per lavoro. L'appartamento di Marco si trovava nella posizione ideale per i miei spostamenti. È a 2 minuti dal parcheggio gratuito e a 10 metri dalla piazza centrale dove poi si trovano ristoranti e bar. La casa ha aoddisfatto a pieno le mie necessità. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

wir haben sehr spontan angefragt und konnten innerhalb von 1Stunde mittags einchecken. wir sind mit den Rädern und Hund auf Reisen und waren sehr froh so spontan beim Wetterumbruch in die Wohnung zu können. Es ist sehr ruhig und eine sehr gute Lage. Ivana ist sehr nett und steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut aufgewärmt :-) Auch die Küche bietet alles, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Danke für den spontanen und warmen Aufenthalt.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Cristina è un host ideale: gentile e disponibile. La casa, molto spaziosa, è arredata con gusto ma allo stesso tempo risulta essere pratica e comoda. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in centro ma si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze ed è anche molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima !

Ottima posizione, centrale. Spazi molto ampi, letti comodi. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito e con tutto ciò che serve. Check in in pochi minuti e check out facilitato dalla comunicazione con Paolo. Lo consiglio perché sono stato davvero bene.

Siamo stati nell'alloggio di Cristina una settimana con mio marito ed i nostri due bimbi piccoli. Che dire? È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è splendida, dentro e fuori. Internamente è tutto scelto con molta cura, ben arredato e tutto molto pulito, tanto da renderla così accogliente da sentirci come se fossimo a casa. Anche l'esterno è veramente bello, dalla terrazza al giardino, noi lo abbiamo sfruttato poco ma solo perché fuori stagione, sarebbe da tornarci solo per rivivere la casa anche nella bella stagione. Cristina è stata fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli e suggerimenti nonché coccolati sotto ogni punto di vista regalando anche una bella esperienza ai nostri bimbi. Direi dunque che è stato tutto davvero perfetto, da ripetere sicuramente.

Great Villa and great host! Incredible view and location

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Alina was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Esperienza meravigliosa. Casa splendida, immersa nella natura. Giardino, meglio dire parco, curatissimo. Accesso diretto al lago, colori pazzeschi, non ci sono parole per descrivere la casa. Tutto incantevole. Torneremo molto presto. Complimenti ad Andrea che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Lovely secluded place to stay. Bruno and his dad umberto were very responsive when issues cropped up and everything was sorted quickly. As other reviews say you will need a car to get to the accommodation preferably a 4x4 although we did manage it in our estate cars. Gorgeous place to spend some time away from the world
