From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Luna, the resident dog and Mike, our host, we were beyond happy with our stay at this beautiful property. It’s sparkling clean, well equipped and perfectly comfortable. Be sure to walk to the top of the olive grove to see the spectacular view of the valley. We had to cut our stay short by one night and it broke our hearts! Would love to come back again soon.

This was my favorite part of my trip to Italy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The beauty of this estate villa was amazing! The hosts felt like old friends right away. I feel so lucky to have the memories of my time here. I know exactly why other guests return year after year!!

Buonasera, ho alloggiato solo una notte ma Claudia è stata disponibilissima anche nella flessibilità del check-in, inoltre è in centro quindi gli spostamenti sono facili. Stanza e bagni puliti. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui anche perché se dovessi ritornare a Perugia io non avrò dubbi sul ritornarci!

The highlight of this is property is that it has an extremely large swimming pool with a diving board. I have seen many hotels with worse pools. It's also very spacious with a couple of calm wooded areas. The property itself is great with 2 bathrooms and efficient air conditioning. It all feels relatively new and modern. The location is great if you want to be near Orvieto, but not in it (you will need a car). Orvieto is about a 10-15 minute drive. However, there is a charming small town (Porano) and various restaurants close by (some of the restaurants have stunning views over Orvieto). There is also an archeological site and park near that you could potentially walk to, though we spent our time mostly in Orvieto and by the pool. The hosts do live on site in a separate property, but the pool and house are completely separate and it feels private given the distance. The host has clearly put a lot of effort into the property. Once again, really amazing pool.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. Francesca welcomed us in person and made us feel at home. It took some getting used to the separate kitchen but everything we needed was on hand. The pool was the star of the show and we loved our daily swims. You definitely need a car as it is rural and some of the information on the English document given is out of date (as is Google) so do bear that in mind when consider where to eat. Also weekends are busy in pretty much all restaurants so book ahead if possible. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is great for relaxing, peace and tranquility.

è la seconda volta che soggiorno qui insieme al mio fidanzato e due cagnolini. La casa è molto ben organizzata, è presente una piccola area esterna con prato, condizionatore, TV e cucina attrezzata. A 100 metri dall'ingresso, c'è un panificio attivo anche la domenica mattina, molto comodo per prendere il necessario per una prima colazione. Torneremo !

Very nice apartment with a stylish interior and new furniture. What is nice, very clean! Convenient location of the apartment, in the very center of the city, but at the same time on a quiet street. Separate entrance. There are all the amenities for a long stay: a kitchen, a washing machine. I loved it)

Mein Freund und ich durften eine ganze Woche in der wundervollen Unterkunft verbringen. Nicole und Marcel waren wunderbare Gastgeber! Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen und haben uns sofort herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht haben wurde uns umgehend geholfen und mit Tips und Empfehlungen zur Seite gestanden. Das Zimmer war super gemütlich und blitzsauber. Uns wurde neben der kleinen Kaffeeküche (Geschirr, Wasserkocher, French Press) sogar Kaffeepulver zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Bett war total gemütlich und wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Der große Pool war wirklich Gold wert an den heißen Sommertagen. Außerdem fanden wir den privaten eingezäunten Garten super toll. Ganz im allgemeinen können wir nur sagen, dass es ein toller Urlaub in einer grandiosen Unterkunft war. Wir danken euch für die tolle Zeit und die schönen gemeinsamen Abende und dass ihr euer kleines Paradies mit uns geteilt habt. See you soon! 🥰

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und haben sehr die Natur, den Ausblick und den Pool genossen! Edith und Willem sind sehr nett und haben immer gut kommuniziert. Der Pool ist nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft, sondern neben dem Wohnhaus, aber das war okay. Für die Anfahrt bekommt man eine genaue Beschreibung, es ist aber gut ein Auto zu haben, das etwas robuster ist, da die Wege nicht einfach sind. Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön!

Perfectly situated in a vibrant part of the historic town, yet not overcrowded. Host is very friendly and available. Apartment is spacious and complete. Would definitely come back!

We have been at Hugues and Andrew's place with a group of five friends. It was a wonderful time spent at the Casale, the space is fantastic, furnished with great taste and had everything inside just like home. It is the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect from the rush. Hugues was super kind even before checking in, recommending great places to shop food, wine and pasta fresca. In the Casale they also have a wonderful vegetables garden where you can pick fresh vegetables and herbs to cook. The swimming pool is also great. 10 out of 10.

Our summer ending holiday was wonderfull in James summer house villa. Area was peacefull, warm atmosfear, nature sounds and lights, lot of posibillities to explore the nature and beautiful landscape by foot or car. Good equipment, furniture, swiming pool, even yoga ir gym space for morning or evening practice. James is verry wellcoming person, I was verry lucky with my choise, who brought me to this place and and to such a wonderfull person. I realy recomend this place to people who want to enjoy the moment and warm wellcomeing. Best regards, James!

Host molto disponibile e reattiva, prontamente e con velocità ha risolto un problema in cui eravamo incappati trovando una soluzione comoda e veloce per noi ospiti. Ottima comunicazione, Stina è una persona gentilissima e cortese e con un'ottima capacità di problem solving. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso perché lontano da grandi strade. Grazie ancora!
