Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Province of Pescara

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Great location, good view of the beach and very clean. Right next to pedestrian area and shopping. Very convenient. Best to just park at the train station. I parked there for 3 days and it was 12 euros.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

We had a great experience! The home is pristine. Alessandro checked us in and went above and beyond - he showed us around the town, taking us to a couple restaurants, and talked with us about Italian culture and ways of life. The neighborhood is a couple minutes walk to the beach and is in a cozy, safe, walkable neighborhood. We were able to rent scooters and ride around easily. Highly recommend

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Barbara war immer sehr schnell erreichbar. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Marco was a fantastic host. The apartment has a spectacular view of the Adriadic sea. The center of the city and it's activitys are just a few meters away and the beach is across the street.There are some very good restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance.

Sara, una donna meravigliosa! L'appartamento è pulito, posizione comoda, vicino al mare, bar e ristoranti, alla spiaggia. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza!!! Siamo rimasti molto contenti! RACCOMANDO!!!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Do ubytování nás pustila Silvia, která nám poradila i s restaurací a řekla nám, co nalezneme v okolí. Ubytování je opravdu 2 minuty od pláže. V pokojích bylo čisto a klimatizace fungovala. Pobyt byl celkově velmi příjemný.

Overall a very nice stay..The view is blocked by a storage facility right in front of the unit, but you are literally 10 steps off the beach. we had to go purchase beach chairs as the unit had nothing on-site to use. The beds are great, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this 3 Bedroom Apt to anyone!

Beautiful space with large terrace. Great restaurants and wine bar right in the building. Maurizio was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was kind enough to let us have a late check out.

Great place to stay, a family oriented community and felt safe and secure. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, and was very convenient to the beach. Definitely would recommend staying there and will revisit again.

L'appartamento di Rita offre spazi ampi e comodi, è ben tenuto, dotato di ogni confort e molto accogliente. Si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, senza però risentire dei rumori notturni del lungomare, ed è vicinissimo al centro della città e alle vie dello shopping. C'è una cucina grande e ben fornita, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in due stanze, biancheria...che volere di più? Gli host sono stati gentili e flessibili sugli orari di check-out. Si tratta di una comoda location per famiglie e offre potenzialmente molti posti letto. Molto consigliato per chi si trovi a passare qualche giorno a Pescara.

ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Giorgio, la comunicazione è stata rapida e precisa, l'appartamento era estremamente pulito ed attrezzato, il letto comodo e tutto ha funzionato bene. il valore aggiunto è sicuramente la stupenda terrazza e la posizione a due passi dalla pineta e dal mare che rendono questa casa una soluzione ideale. Consigliato!

The appartment was a great base for a sports competition in the region. It is a short walk to the beach, some good restaurants and a decent sized supermarket. The balcony is never in direct sun (in September) so a perfect space to sit out and relax at any time of the day or night, enjoying the warm weather without the intense sun. Having a washing machine and freezer available was also really useful. Other plus features include a really good wifi connection and a decent shower! Parking in the street outside was always available. Alessandro was a perfect host, responding quickly to any questions and ready to offer suggestions for things to do if we needed them. His English is good so there was no problems in communication. We had no issues throughout the stay.
