I can highly recommend the accommodation. It's a bit further away from the train station, but it's also within walking distance of the harbour, sea, market square, sights and the beautiful park in the fortress. The hosts are always easy to reach and very kind and friendly. The restaurant Osteria Red is just round the corner and I can highly recommend it. Thank you for the great experience!<3

Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i dolci, le bevande e altri prodotti di benvenuto, che ci hanno permesso di gustare una deliziosa colazione durante il soggiorno, così come l'attenzione riservata a nostro figlio. What a gem! Michela has paid so much attention to details in making guests feel welcome. The space is incredible and the pictures (amazing!) don’t do it justice. We lounged in the afternoon with the balconies open and enjoyed the sounds of the city. Shutters at night kept all calm and dark. Perfect in country entry to a long work trip where we just needed to unwind. Thanks so much - we hope to come back!

We loved our short stay, the apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds. The communal pool is absolutely spotless & so refreshing with plenty of sun beds & parasols & a friendly lifeguard. Serena was so helpful with recommendations & getting around & always responded quickly. The location is great for exploring the area with good transport links & beaches & restaurants within walking distance.

The place is homey. You have everything you want and everything is clean. There are cafes and bakery right across the street. Parking in the backyard is convenient (extra fee). The host is very responsive and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who visits Pisa.

Our stay was fantastic with Massimo and Angela. They could do enough to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We have rented all around the world with work. I can honestly say this a hem of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Casa Doris was simply amazing! A charming old house with a soul, a beautiful garden and a great pool where you can actually swim :)) Moreover, Andrea and her husband were wonderful hosts. Very kind, attentive and yet invisible. Although they live next door, we had absolute privacy, but when needed they were always ready to help us. Thank you Andrea and Maurizio for your hospitality it was a pleasure to meet you and stay in your home ❤️

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und ruhig gelegen, genau das wonach wir gesucht hatten. Wir konnten uns unter den Olivenbäumen ausruhen und die Sonne geniessen. Francesco war immer zu erreichen und äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Beautiful place and surroundings, the town of San Miniato is an unknown gem!

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Only amazing things to say! The property itself is gorgeous!!! Our apartment was very spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities on the propers were phenomenal. The pool, hot tub, wellness area, absolutely everything. There was always someone available to help us with any questions, book reservations, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place! All the extras - treats, bathrobes etc. were much appreciated! So close to the train so easy commute to Firenze and Pisa. Would highly recommend! Very clean and very comfortable!!

Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. Mattia e Jessica sono stati host squisiti, estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Si sono presentati di persona per mostrarmi l'alloggio, e sono venuti ad aiutarmi con un sorriso la sera in cui ho avuto qualche intoppo con la chiave, nonostante l'orario (per il cancello esterno serve tirare un poco verso l'alto per far girare bene la chiave). Le foto rispecchiano l'esperienza: appartamento moderno e confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato. Materasso e riscaldamento da 10 e lode. C'è un piccolo e grazioso balcone, molto piacevole nella bella stagione. La doccia del bagno non ha il telefono, ma il bidet sopperisce benissimo. Raccomanderei solo di munirsi di tappi perché il palazzo è un po' vecchio – la zona è silenziosa e non si sente rumore dalla strada, ma può arrivare qualcosa dagli appartamenti contigui. Aggiungete la mascherina se siete molto fotosensibili: c'è la tapparella, ma l'area che dà accesso alla camera da letto è in vetro opaco.

esperienza meravigliosa. abbiamo avuto supporto in tutto. c'è stato un piccolo problema con il galleggiante del wc, risolto in pochi minuti. grande gentilezza e casa davvero molto carina e curata!torneremo!

Giuseppe e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito preziose informazioni per approfittare al meglio del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è decisamente più carino di quello che ci aspettavamo ed abbiamo potuto usufruire della preziosa doccia esterna messa a disposizione nel giardino. Abbiamo trovato simpatia gentilezza ed ospitalità da parte di tutta la famiglia di Giuseppe, un'esperienza che ci piacerebbe sicuramente ripetere!! Grazie di cuore per il piacevole soggiorno.
