Villa Belverde is een geweldige ervaring!! Wij zijn met de hele familie (4 stellen met partners en 1 kleinkind van 1.5jaar) 8 dagen in Villa Belverde geweest De Villa is betoverend. Het is een van de mooiste plekken waar we ooit zijn geweest. Je voelt je in de Villa en in de tuin als een Keizer van Toscane. Alle kanten waar je kijkt is even prachtig. Ik geloof niet in heilige grond of Feng Shui, maar deze villa doet mij wel twijfelen. Het gevoel is adembenemend. Helemaal als je de villa verlaat dan doet het iets met je. Toekomstige bezoekers wens ik heel veel plezier en ik hoop dat ze ervaren wat wij hebben ervaren. Paolo heeft de communicatie perfect op orde en doet precies wat hij beloofd. De ontvangst door Blerina is zeer vriendelijk, duidelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Nogmaals dank daarvoor. Francesca was a pleasure. She accommodated all of our needs and responded quickly to any of our questions. The villa is magnificent, the pool is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We were 15 in total. Grandparents, children and grandchildren and we had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Montignoso.

We were welcomed by the host herself in this wonderful charming and peaceful villa. Perfectly maintained and great pool for the kids. Beautiful garden with lots of fresh herbs to cook with.

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

Francesca’s home was beautiful and in a breathtaking, peaceful location. There is a short, beautiful walk with Mountain View’s and olive groves to an incredible pool and pool house. She was incredibly helpful in helping us not only access the home, but also in providing us local recommendations. The meal that Ettore prepared for us was one of the highlights of our trip.

I had a wonderful one-week stay at Valerio's Tuscan villa celebrating my birthday with friends and family. The villa is very spacious, private, and perfect for a group! We felt safe knowing Valerio was responsive and close-by to answer any questions and help us when needed. The pool is absolutely stunning and watching the sun set each evening over the hills is something we will never forget! We also appreciated all the areas set up to dine together and the pizza oven. The villa is in close proximity to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence (we visited all easily) and so many amazing wineries and restaurants. I hope we'll be able to return one day - none of us wanted to leave!

Bella struttura dotata di 4 camere da letto in posizione strategica per visitare Pisa, Lucca e la Versilia. Noi eravamo un gruppo composto da 4 coppie e ci siamo potuti godere la casa la sera dopo aver effettuato visite nei dintorni. Francesca è una persona molto disponibile, reattiva alle richieste e molto accogliente. Consigliatissima

Nous étions deux familles avec jeunes enfants (3 à 8 ans) et nous avons trouvé chez Alex & Fede tout ce que nous cherchions : du calme (3 maisons à 1km à la ronde), des beaux paysages et de quoi passer une excellente semaine, c’est à dire une grande et belle piscine, une cuisine bien équipée et des marchés / villages pour s’approvisionner en circuit court, et des jeux / équipements pour passer du bon temps. Certes, la maison est isolée et se trouve à l’issue d’un chemin en graviers de 3km, mais c’est le prix de la tranquillité. Certes, le wifi est assez aléatoire mais c’est à mon sens déjà une prouesse que de l’avoir dans un endroit aussi reculé, et cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement entre amis / famille. Les conseils et la réactivité de Fede nous auront été bien précieux (visites, restaurants, …), et nous avons même eu droit à des pizzas et bières / sodas offerts le dimanche soir :-) Je ne peux que leur souhaiter le meilleur pour la suite !

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

Prachtig verblijf, heerlijk huis en mooie omgeving super privacy, groot zwembad. We waren met 9 personen en dec2 koelkasten waren matig, konden het niet goed aan. Wij koken graag en hebben veel nodig en bij 35 graden…verder mag het 900 m lange toegang pad ook wat onderhoud hebben. In vergelijking met 4 jaar terug is dit allemaal niet veel gebeurd is onze indruk. Verder is Massimo een fijne en vriendelijke host. Altijd tot hulp bereid

Flott opphold! Kunne vært oppgitt på AirBnB at man måtte betale turistskatt til verten, 1 Eur pr voksen over 14år pr døgn. Litt irriterende å få rede på det når man skulle dra.

Massimilianos villa is super located in the middle of nature, perfect for people who like peace and quiet ! We loved the fact that there was no television because we don't watch TV. On the other hand there was lots to do, hang out at the natural pool and watch the frogs or take trips in the surrounding beautiful towns, villages and landscapes. The location is very comfortable, close to the sea and Livorno, to Pisa and also not too far from places like the historic town of Lucca or the mountains north of Lucca. You need a good car, though to weather the rough accessway to the villa which lies off road . The villa lacks nothing, was perfectly clean and pleasant with tasteful artistic design and comfortable amenities. The air conditionining added to our well being in the hot August days and nights. Massimiliano is such a nice, friendly person & was very responsive and proactive in making us comfortable, came to clean the pool personally a few times during our stay! MILLE GRAZIE!

We had the most amazing stay at Giulia’s beautiful house in San Gimignano! The property exceeded all of our expectations – it was clean, spacious, and filled with charm. The views of the Tuscan countryside were breathtaking. The location was perfect. Giulia was incredibly kind and attentive, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

If you are looking for a Tuscan paradise, this is your place to go. From Antonella’s quick response, to the outstanding view, to the pristine and fashionable interior. This place is simply perfect. The listing photos are very beautiful… but it doesn’t do justice to how the place is really. A dream. You should book it immediately, you deserve it 😉

This was the perfect getaway for our family. We had 8 people, two families - and the home was a perfect size for us. Everyone had their own space and the communal areas were large enough for us all. It was private (gated), serene and the pool area was as enjoyable as it was beautiful. We really appreciated the amenities - washer, ac, private parking. The location was perfect… easy drives to Pisa, the beach, Lucca and Florence… and was a perfect retreat after the busy days. We cooked a huge family meal and the kitchen + grill worked out perfectly… my wife and I joke that AirBnbs should be judged on the sharpness of their knives bc we cook alot - Paolo’s place passed the test! All in all this was the perfect place for our Italian getaway. If you are thinking about this spot, no hesitation needed - it was a fantastic place to call home for a week. You won’t regret it.

We had a lovely time at the Villa. The villa is very rustic and traditional. Paolo was very helpful and responsive. The villa had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do outside. Would consider coming back again.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful, family run, house. The pool and garden were amazing. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the evening overlooking the Tuscan hills. Our local hosts were friendly and very helpful. The house was a mix of traditional old style mixed with a newly added master suite and terrace. We were very comfortable there. We visited some of the local restaurants recommended. We were there for a week and visited Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Gambassi Terme, Volterra and Certaldo Alta. One of the highlights was Certaldo Alto, which was only 20 minutes away. It really was a hidden gem - a medieval hilltop town with a brilliant museum. The house is in a great location with day trips available in every direction. Thank you.

הגענו לבית טוסקני מקסים שצופה על נוף מהמם ביופיו. הבית מרוהט בצורה ביתית וחמימה והמטבח מאובזר היטב ויכולנו לבשל לעצמנו ארוחות נהדרות בוילה. החדרים מרווחים ויש מקום לנוע ולאחסן דברים בנוחות הסביבה יפה ובהמלצתם של מארחינו הגענו ליקב נהדר שבו התארחנו לסיור וטעימות. היינו 7 מבוגרים והייתה לנו נוחות ופרטיות. הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת, ממליצים בחום!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier mitten in der Toskana. Es empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto anzureisen, die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für die wichtigsten Tagesausflüge in der Toskana. Saubere Zimmer und Pool, schnelle Kommunikation, wunderbarer Blick auf die Landschaft.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. We immersed ourselves in nature and forgot about the passage of time, with only the beautiful Tuscan landscape reminding us of civilization. Our guest was the neighbor’s cat, who sometimes spent time with us by the pool. We definitely want to return to this amazing place.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Airbnb. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert und Eugenia war sehr hilfsbereit!

We stayed for a week with my parents and our kids. The size of the villa meant we had plenty of space but also the layout allowed us to have fabulous places to spend time together eating etc. the rooms were all large and had their own bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the external bbq was great for the nights we ate in. The pool was glorious - good size and plenty of space and beds/seats around for everyone. But the best thing was the views - you could sit all day and take in the countryside and breathe in the fresh air. The location was great to visit the main cities and sites as well as explore smaller towns. And finally, our host, Tina. She was an absolute gem. So helpful and friendly, great recommendations for places to eat and visit. If there was a prize for best host she would be a well deserving winner.

Wir waren 9 Personen, die das Haus bewohnten und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus war sehr sauber und besitzt eine gute Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der tolle Pool, in dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, 5Terre,…). Die Infrastruktur im Ort bietet alles was man benötigt und die Vermieterin war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!!!
