Absolutely incredible from start to finish. The locatiom was absolutely ideal for anyone visiting, not only are you in the middle of everything, walkable to every location we wanted to see, but it was so quiet. You did not hear a peep during the day or night. The duomo is visible and will take your breath away when you are on the balcony at night. The apartment had everything we needed, VERY clean, spacious and cozy.

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Very safe and secure location right next to the train station. Alberto was great to work with and we would definitely come back.

This AirBnB is exceptional! Soooo immaculate; just very sparkling and pristine. All the amenities you could need or think of, including plenty of bottled water, juice boxes, and a lovely bottle of wine. The bedrooms are huge (especially for Europe) and have black-out blinds for comfort and privacy. There are wonderful views from the windows and balconies, and the location could not have been better. It's within walking distance to absolutely everything you could want to do or see. We appreciated the detailed instructions and suggestions prior to our arrival and Daniela's thorough walk-through when we got there. We couldn't have been more thrilled with this beautiful, comfortable place and the experience. Grazie!

Wonderful apartment with incredible terrace with views of the Duomo. We enjoyed sitting out there most days even in February when we visited! Lorenzo and Monica were so lovely and helpful with anything we needed it was the perfect spot for us! Highly recommend!

We really enjoying staying at Elisabetta e Leonardo’s apartment in Florence. It is in a great location, a nice short walk to lots of places, including the train station, but on a nice quiet street. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again next time when we are in Florence. They were very easy and responsive to communicate with.

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

Perfect Stay in Florence! Our stay in Florence was absolutely amazing! Roberta and Rosella were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even with our delayed flights. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. Throughout our stay, they answered all our questions promptly and even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport—going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. The apartment had everything we needed, and their local recommendations (including the fantastic Fuoco Matto) made our experience even better. The apartment is in a perfect location making it very easy to explore by foot. If you're visiting Florence, this is the perfect place to stay. Wonderful place to stay during Tuscany trip. The views are even better than the pictures suggest. Pool and the area around it was great. Host was very kind and helpful. The apartament was as described- rustic style, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, shower, hair dryer, bidet, towels. Easy parking. We stayed here for 4 nigts. Around 50min drive from Florence and the same from Pisa.

On a passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement. L’entrée est magnifique et très bien décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable. L’intérieur est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il manque peut être quelques équipements de cuisine comme une bouilloire ou un lave vaisselle. Mention spéciale pour le propriétaire qui était adorable et toujours au petit soin. C’est un très bel endroit.

We had an AMAZING time at Asso’s Place. The apartment is decorated beautifully and it feels like home. The place was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. Raffaela was absolutely WONDERFUL as a host, and was very responsive. The view to the Duomo is priceless! We walked everywhere with ease. I cannot say enough great things about the place or the host. It is obvious that everything is managed with love! ❤️

我们一行三人12月30日到1月2日入住公寓，由于在路上我们耽搁了一些时间，房东非常耐心地在公寓门口等我们，帮我们提行李到房间，很耐心周到地给我们介绍公寓的设施设备和使用方法以及注意事项。公寓卫生非常好，床品也很干净舒适。公寓地处市中心，和圣母百花大教堂和老桥仅一步之遥，去哪里基本都步行可达，地理位置十分便利，房东很绅士也挺帅的，离开时还帮我们叫了的士。总之是一次很愉快的入住体验，再一次感谢🙏🙏🙏

Le logement est idéalement situé. la proximité du tramway T2 pour l aéroport. la proximité du marché sont vraiment de grand atout. La résidence est fermée et agréablement vegetalisee. La via Faenza est proche du Duomo. De San Marco et de Santa Maria Novella. Un excellent restaurant pour les sans gluten est à deux pas ciron and sons...un bonheur!

we had the best experience at Federico's place which is really few meters away from ponte vecchio (which means you have the chance to pass by it everytime you come back from the over side of the river). all the city's attraction are accessible by walking. the arrival was well managed, with all needed instructions. would come back here and recommend for sure !

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
