Unique, authentic and clean! We were looking for a place where to stay in the mountains and still have the Italian authentic small vila - and we found it. It was rainy when we stayed, but it didn’t changed our plans and the vibe as the villa itself has the coziness that fits any weather. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to feel the unique and authentic vibe.

Casa rustica, ma accogliente e perfetta per una fuga dalla citta nella natura. Ottima pulizia e gli host sono molto cortesi e veloci nelle risposte, ma i veri punti di forza della casa sono ovviamente il paesaggio, la jacuzzi riscaldata, che anche con un un clima freddo risulta veramente rilassante e menzione d'onore alla stufa, che quando torni dalla jacuzzi col freddo, ti regala un ottimo momento di relax, davanti al fuoco creando un ambiente molto piacevole e rilassante. Consigliato!

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Il cottage è immerso nella natura ed esattamente come descritto: si respira molta tranquillità. L’idromassaggio all’aperto è stato meraviglioso, ed i proprietari si sono premurati di farci trovare l’acqua ad una temperatura perfetta. Sono inoltre stati disponibilissimi nell’adattarsi alle nostre esigenze ed i nostri orari, se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

La maison est très spacieuse et le jardin est vraiment très agréable. La cuisine et la salle de bain principale (immense) sont rénovées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que les chambres soient climatisées surtout que nous y étions dans la période la plus chaude. Cependant, nous étions étonnés de devoir acheter des sacs poubelle, car il y en avait seulement un pour chaque poubelle, sauf pour le compost qui en avait plusieurs. Pareil pour le papier toilette, il y avait juste 1 par salle de bain. La piscine était très chaude et le jardin très bien équipé. Nous avons eu un lit bébé moyennant un supplément de 10€/jour ce qui était un peu cher. Il y avait des jouets pour enfant, mais pas de chaise haute (bon à savoir). Il faut savoir que l’accès est un peu cahoteux et qu’il faut bien ouvrir l’œil pour voir le virage pour le chemin qui mène à la maison. Ça a l’avantage d’être très calme et intime.

We are in Europe for a year from California, with our two Logotti, and stayed 6 wonderful weeks at Faetole. The cottage inside is modern chic, on three floors, views of the forest on all sites. Totally peaceful, serene. Everything works great! The main road is a km away and we walked in the hillsides, forests, vineyards and olive gardens, and got to know the friendly folk in the neighborhood. The dogs had a blast playing with Gustavino, the host's doggie. Our hostess was more than helpful and communicative! She is a wonderful person ... warm, considerate, kind ... Tuscany in winter. Off season. Quiet, with lovely panoramic drives, great food, olive oil and wine. The weather has cycled through cold, rain, wind and fog. Every morning was a surprise - the skyline over the rolling hills would feature a different look at sunrise! Nearby cites - Siena, Lucca, Volterra - are so scenic and pleasant to walk around. A WONDERFUL experience.

Non occorre usare parole ridondanti per dire quanto ci siamo trovati bene; e' evidente come nella deliziosa casetta di Sandra ogni cosa sia stata sistemata per rendere la permanenza degli ospiti il più possibile gradevole. Pulizia, dotazione di accessori, posizione, posto macchina, tranquillità della zona...e l'elenco potrebbe proseguire a lungo; e poi che dire di Sandra, una persona di una solarità fuori dal comune che accoglie i propri ospiti con un sorriso che è come un abbraccio....grazie mille e complimenti, speriamo tanto di ritornare!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Massimo's home! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The place was beautifully maintained, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need during our short stay. It was clear that Massimo takes great care in ensuring his guests have a comfortable and enjoyable time. The location was perfect, offering both peace and convenience, and we truly felt like we were in a home away from home. We cannot thank Massimo enough for his kindness and attention to detail. Piccolo appartamento nel mezzo nel verde alla periferia di Firenze. Tutto era perfetto ed esattamente come descritto. Altamente consigliato.

La casa di Giacomo è un bel rustico ristrutturato sulla collina. La posizione è splendida. È vicina alla città, anche se è in una posizione tranquilla. La casa è bella, un tipico casale toscano ristrutturato. Siamo stati accolti benissimo dai proprietari e ci hanno fatto subito sentire a "casa". L'ambiente è pulitissimo ed è dotato di tutti ciò che ci serviva. I proprietari sono estremamente discreti ma disponibili in caso di bisogno. La cucina è ben attrezzata. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare abbondante frutta di stagione e un bellissimo mazzo di fiori.Abbiamo passato una settimana splendida. Siamo appena andati via...e non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Enrico molto gentile e presente durante tutto il soggiorno, la casa perfettamente in linea con le foto e posizione ottima se vuoi fare un week end o una settimana rilassante.

Beautiful little cottage! My young daughters (5 & 2) loved being around Daniella’s dog and the beautiful surroundings of olive trees and being able to disconnect with electronics. We even got to see how olives were harvested early in the morning. We were even given a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Daniella was very helpful! And out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, the beds were very comfortable!! It is very secluded and the road is very curvy so if you get car sick, take your motion sickness meds. Other than that, I would stay here again! My 5 year old loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. Thank you Daniella!

Quarrata is a great little village and the house is in a pretty location in the country, surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills. its a 2.5km walk or a quick drive, so if you're staying there, it's really useful to have a vehicle. It's peaceful, has everything you need incl a washing machine, and Eleonora is a great, responsive and friendly host. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so just be aware of that. Because of that the views are gorgeous. True Tuscan loveliness.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und erholsame Zeit in der sehr gemütlichen Unterkunft vor idyllischer Naturkulisse mit regelmäßigem Besuch von Katzen und Hühnern. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stellten, was wir besonders toll fanden, Honig und Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung sowie Eier der eigenen Hühner bei Ankunft zur Verfügung. Sandra hatte uns als Gastgeberin sogar noch einige leckere Kekse gebacken. So umsorgt und liebevoll sind wir noch in keinem AirBnB empfangen worden. Vielen Dank dafür und die schöne Zeit. Für alle naturliebenden Gäste, die eine besondere Unterkunft suchen, können wir diese ausdrücklich weiterempfehlen.

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

We had an amazing couple of days at this beautiful and peaceful place. Corrado could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and we only wish we had been able to stay longer! We had exclusive use of the pool, which was fantastic in the August heat, and Corrado booked us a table at a local restaurant where we had delicious food and wine. Highly recommend, and we hope to be back.

Wir (4 Erw, 2 Kids) waren 12 Tage in den Ferien da. Die Anfahrt war etwas Tricky da wir mit unseren großen Bus (Hyundai Staria) voll beladen nicht die Zufahrtsstraße hoch gekommen sind, Andrea und Barbara waren so nett und haben uns unser ganzes Gepäck hochgefahren, leer sind wir dann mit dem Bus zum Haus gelangen. Die Auffahrt benötigt ein wenig Übung besonders mit größeren Autos. Das Haus hat den typischen ital. rustikalen Stil und ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und geräumig, das Wlan läuft stabil. Die Umgebung bzw. Aussicht sind ein Traum. Es ist alles da was man zum Überleben und wohlfühlen braucht. Barbara und Andrea sind die ganze Zeit über für uns da gewesen und haben uns immer bei Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir hatten selten so herzliche Gastgeber!!! Alles was an Obst und Gemüse dort wächst konnten wir pflücken und essen. Der Pool ist schön groß, genug Schatten und eine Außenküche sind verhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️

Het huis van Alessia & David is authentiek, rustig gelegen (heel privé) en heeft een prachtige tuin omgeven door olijven- en vruchtenbomen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en wij hebben tot de late avontuurtjes in een sfeervol verlichte tuin van een wijntje genoten. Supermarkten en restaurants zijn op schappelijke rijafstand, reken wel op veel haarspeldbochten want je zit bovenop een berg. A&D zijn supervriendelijke hosts die overal bij willen helpen en zelfs een wijntje en olijfolie kado geven. Bijzonder! Kleine tip: denk aan muggenspray of een klamboe, want je wordt anders opgevreten door de muggen. Lokale aanrader: neem de Funicolare naar Montecatini Alto en ga boven heerlijk eten bij Caffè Giusti.
