We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Super hôte très accueillant et très agréable avec beaucoup de générosité autant dans les petits cadeaux de bienvenue comme dans le cadeaux de départ. Logement très agréable pour une famille de 5 avec un chien. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous sommes aussi tombés amoureux de cette belle région la Toscane. Le logement est situé à égal distance de Pise et de Florence ce qui nous a permis de visiter ces deux magnifiques villes!

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Paolo was amazing! He was so helpful and responsive. The villa was even more impressive in person. Highly recommend staying here! Beautiful city. Do an olive oil tour / tasting if you can. Enjoy a sunset under the Tuscan sun!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Paul war ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Auch unsere 2 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und konnten das Anwesen mit fabelhafter Aussicht super als Ausgangspunkt nutzen. Die Anreise war einfach und wir kamen gut die Einfahrt hoch. Wir haben ein fantastisches Startpaket mit Kaffee, Nudeln & Co. erhalten. Der Whirlpool war selbst bei kühleren Temperaturen eine große Freude für uns und unsere Kinder. Wir waren im Herbst vor Ort und daher haben einige Wanzen versucht, im Haus Unterschlupft zu erlangen. Wir kamen damit zurecht, für empfindliche Gäste könnte das aber störend sein. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

We had a fantastic stay at Gabriella's place in Italy. From the start, Gabriella was incredibly responsive, ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after our stay. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's best restaurants and attractions. Gabriella went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even arranged for a house cleaner during our stay and made it easy for them to access the apartment. Upon our arrival, she met us for coffee, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, and ensured we could find everything we needed. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, she swiftly had technicians replace it, demonstrating her commitment to our comfort. The apartment itself was perfect, truly feeling like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with all necessary kitchenware, more towels than we could use, and ample storage space. Gabriella’s attentiveness and excellent communication made our stay exceptionally pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Ganz tolle Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Garten in idylluscher Lage. Man hat Ruhe und ist doch ganz schnell in Pistoia, Prato oder Florenz. Edoardo ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der auch gleich Tipps für uns parat hatte.

La location di Elisa, oltre ad essere super accogliente, da davvero l'impressione di essere in famiglia! Location super pulita e panorami davvero incantevoli per una vacanza in super relax

Super Unterkunft in Traum-Lage. Die Appartements sind schön, groß und sauber und die Gastgeber sind total nett, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen (auch auf Englisch) Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Städte wie Florenz, Pisa, Siena oder San Gimignano besuchen möchte und auch Vinci selbst ist sehr interessant (Leonardo und so) und nett für kleine Wanderungen (Olivenheine) Der Pool-Bereich lädt tagsüber zum Verweilen ein und die kleinen Sitzgruppen mit Traum-Ausblick sind perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen (am besten mit einem Glas Wein (ab Hof). Zwei Hofkatzen wachen außerdem unaufdringlich über die Anlage <3 Wir kommen gern wieder - wollen eigentlich gar nicht heim!

What a wonderful place for our multigenerational family gathering- plenty of room for all 7 adults and 4 kids, a warm and inviting living/dining/cooling space, and beautiful surroundings. Stefano is very responsive and answered questions/fixed anything we needed immediately. Chef Fabrizio’s dinner at home was some of the best food we had our whole time in italy and the pizza making class with Chef Guido was SO fabulous it is worth booking this airbnb just for that :) Pool is beautiful and place is clean and well kept. Easy access to florence, lucca, pisa, san gimignano etc.

Anyone that does not give this place 5 stars has no idea what they are talking about. We had an amazing time staying at Marta and Florio's farm house tucked into a vineyard. Marta prepared us breakfast and cooked an amazing family meal including natural wine from the vineyard. The pool area was so much fun for a big gathering. Also super close for day trips to Pisa and Vinci, etc. We even forgot something at the house and Marta was nice enough to mail it to us. Above and beyond across the board. Thank you for everything Marta!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Garten ist fantastisch und es gibt bequeme Liegen an verschiedenen Orten auf dem Grundstück. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass es sich um eine Art Kellerwohnung handelt - das kann man auf den Fotos aber eigentlich auch erkennen. Hatten beide Wohnungen von Elena gemietet, da ein Großelternteil dabei war und waren super zufrieden, da beide Wohnungen sehr nah beieinander sind.

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Lovely place to stay. Guilana was an amazing, very friendly, welcoming host. The space was exactly what I was looking for. The pool and garden area is sooo beautiful 😍 nice quiet, clean and cozy space. Absolutely loved my stay ☺️ highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

Unser Aufenthalt von 12 Nächten war durchweg positiv, alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir konnten sehr viel Zeit am Pool genießen, gerade bei der Hitze waren wir sehr dankbar dafür. Man sollte auf jeden Fall auf Mücken gefasst sein, die teilweise sehr lästig sind, aber das gesamte Häuschen ist mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, sodass man zumindest Innen keine Probleme hat. Wir waren auch über die Ventilatoren dankbar. Marta, Paolo und ihre Familien sind sehr freundliche und überaus zuvorkommende GastgeberInnen, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, vielen Dank! Gerade Pistoia ist sehr sehenswert in der Umgebung, in Lucca war zu unserer Zeit sehr wenig los. Die Nähe zu Florenz ist auch sehr gut.

La casa di Matilde è in un contesto tranquillo, tipico delle colline toscane tra gli ulivi, ma anche vicino al centro storico di Pistoia, posizione comoda per visitare la città e i suoi dintorni. La casa è fornita di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere piacevolmente la vacanza!
