Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

La casa è molto grande e bella. Eravamo due famiglie (9 persone) e per noi la sistemazione è stata perfetta. Super attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata anche se si affacciava sulla strada e si sentiva il rumore del passaggio dei veicoli, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio. Nelle foto manca un gazebo che ci ha permesso di vivere meglio l’area esterna. I vicini sono stati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili, e ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro simpaticissimo cane con cui abbiamo giocato volentieri. Giuseppina ha sempre risposto in breve tempo a tutte le nostre domande e ha fornito anche una sorta di libricino con alcune attività consigliate da svolgere in zona. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

The house is lovely, very private and has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We especially loved the outside area (although we were a little unlucky with the weather in mid-September and couldn't use it much). The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and airy with gorgeous views from the balconies, bathrooms are nice and clean and the downstairs kitchen is well equipped and cozy (also comes with a pantry which is super helpful for storage). Some basic food supplies were also provided. The downstairs living room area was overall a little darker than we expected because the windows aren't that large, but I would reckon that keeps the house nice and cool on hot summer days. Valentina was a perfect host - super quick to reply, very helpful and always keen to solve any problems that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here! 🩷

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

Depuis plusieurs années que je fais du Airbnb, je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'ici. Des hôtes très chaleureux qui ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer avec patience, malgré notre anglais approximatif. Ils ont multiplié les petites attentions qui nous ont fait vraiment plaisir, si bien qu'on se sentait comme à la maison. C'est très agréable. Ils nous ont également donné de nombreuses recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Rien à redire, c'était parfait !

Io, la mia famiglia e il nostro cane abbiamo passato 6 notti nella casa di Annalisa. Abbiamo usato il posto come appoggio per visitare alcuni tra i luoghi più suggestivi della Toscana, e la posizione è davvero strategica a tutto, pur essendo allo stesso momento in una zona tranquilla con un panorama suggestivo. La casa rispecchia la descrizione, e Annalisa è un host gentilissima e presente. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno qui a chiunque voglia trascorrere dei momenti sereni in questa regione, a 2 passi da Firenze.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Beautiful home exactly as described. Very peaceful and quiet location yet well positioned for visiting nearby cities in Tuscany. We really enjoyed our time there, especially with the recommendations from Monica 😊

Mark, è stato molto gentile, nel farmi trovare un piccolo aperitivo al mio arrivo, che mi sono goduto. L'appartamento l'ho trovato molto curato, dal soggiorno, alla cucina e la camera da letto. È stata una sperienza dormire nella torretta.

ottima posizione,la casa è una chicca e il proprietario sempre disponibile... esperienza molto positiva in tutto,anche la bambina e rimasta molto contenta visto che aveva la "sua" cameretta.

Außergewöhnliche und absolut authentische Unterkunft mit einer unglaublich schönen Aussicht. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, durch Olivenhaine, etwas abenteuerlich durch steile Auffahrten und enge Straßen, aber dafür entlohnt die Aussicht. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man braucht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben dort 4 schöne Tage verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Lägenheten är centralt belägen i staden, med en trevlig restaurang/café i gatuplanet. Där använder man sina frukostvouchers på morgonen för kaffe och goda croissanter. Dessa ingår i lägenhetshyran, liksom välkomstgåva och välkomstdrinkar. Lägenheten är väldigt rymlig med stora fina sovrum och trevliga sällskapsytor. Bra kök och balkong samt faciliteter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, ac mm. Mycket prisvärt boende med en känsla av flärd!

Benedetta was a gorgeous host. She met us at checkin and walked us around for 10 mins showing us the area, where to dine, where to catch the bus back to the station, where to buy the tickets to do so. The apartment is deliciously comfortable with 2 tvs in 1 in kitchen and 1 in bedroom and everything you need to cook at home. Benedetta is effortlessly stylish and it is reflected in this beautiful, comfortable stay. Loved this one

Notre séjour chez Nicoletta s'est très bien passé! La maison est splendide, située dans un domaine merveilleux avec une vue à couper le souffle, et d'une taille gigantesque ce qui était parfait pour un grand groupe comme le notre. Nicoletta a été une hôte très à l'écoute, et a su répondre a nos demandes parfaitement bien. Deux points d'amélioration: La piscine n'était pas propre, et malgré nos demandes de nettoyage, elle est restée sale tout le long du séjour. Certains pommeaux de douche un peu vétustes au dernier étage mériteraient d'être changés, car cela n'était pas agréable parfois de se doucher. Sinon tout le reste était très bien. Merci beaucoup!

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

Sehr schöne, top gepflegte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da man von Montecatini Terme aus noch circa 15 Minuten den Berg hochfahren muss, um an die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Das wird aber mit einem atemberaubenden Blick belohnt. Cristina ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

Casa grande ed accogliente in un piccolo paese a 400 metri di altezza. La casa è ammobiliata ottimamente e non manca nulla nelle dotazioni, forniture, stoviglie, accessori, lenzuola e letti. Casa luminosa con grandi finestre e un bello spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie e barbecue (causa maltempo non goduto al meglio). Il paese è circondato dalla natura e da sentieri escursionistici e comunque è ha pochi km da alcune delle più belle città della Toscana. Le comunicazioni con Daniele sono state poche ma ottime, non necessarie altre comunicazioni viste le corrette descrizioni dell’annuncio. animali accettati senza problemi e domande e grazie per aver accolto un altro peloso all’ultimo momento. Spero di poter tornare vista la comodità dell’appartamento e la cortesia dell’host

La casa è in un paese arroccato (non di passaggio) in una valle boscosa in mezzo ai monti, la vista è stupenda, il posto è fresco e arieggiato rispetto al fondovalle, silenzioso e l’atmosfera è familiare. In casa ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare. La piscina è piccola ma è un must! Ci siamo stati 4 notti, eravamo in 5 e non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa sebbene fosse dall’altra parte del mondo è sempre stata disponibile. Se posso il prossimo anno ci torno! ah dimenticavo: nel paese si cammina per forza quindi andateci allenati
