Depuis plusieurs années que je fais du Airbnb, je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'ici. Des hôtes très chaleureux qui ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer avec patience, malgré notre anglais approximatif. Ils ont multiplié les petites attentions qui nous ont fait vraiment plaisir, si bien qu'on se sentait comme à la maison. C'est très agréable. Ils nous ont également donné de nombreuses recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Rien à redire, c'était parfait !

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Super hôte très accueillant et très agréable avec beaucoup de générosité autant dans les petits cadeaux de bienvenue comme dans le cadeaux de départ. Logement très agréable pour une famille de 5 avec un chien. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous sommes aussi tombés amoureux de cette belle région la Toscane. Le logement est situé à égal distance de Pise et de Florence ce qui nous a permis de visiter ces deux magnifiques villes!

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

Thanks so much to our warm, welcoming, helpful hosts. Stunning views from the perfectly-maintained pool. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Beautiful woodland walks very nearby. Easy drives to fun days out at the beach and to Tuscan towns and cities. (Mosquito-repellent and car both essential.)

Lovely place to stay. Guilana was an amazing, very friendly, welcoming host. The space was exactly what I was looking for. The pool and garden area is sooo beautiful 😍 nice quiet, clean and cozy space. Absolutely loved my stay ☺️ highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti da Simona con l'idea di visitare le città principali della Toscana in macchina. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per passare un soggiorno confortevole. Simona si è dimostrata un'host gentile e premurosa, chiedendoci spesso se stesse andando tutto bene o se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Tornerei sicuramente.

Marinella and Fabio’s place was ABSOLUTELY what we were looking for. A totally stunning spot with a beautiful view that changed with the weather and the time of day. A complete pleasure to sit and look out at. Despite being so quiet and secluded, there a delightful little cafe/bar just a short walk away in the local village. Marinella and Fabio were wonderful hosts, who helped us navigate around the area and all questions and queries were welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough for both relaxing amongst the olive groves and as a base to explore Lucca/Florence and all that lies between.

Appartement très moderne, très propre , en très bon état. Pratique et accessible. Très bien placé pour le ski. Hote très réactive et précise. Un très bon séjour.

Alessandro nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse. Un hôte très amical que nous prendrons plaisir à retrouver une prochaine année. Ma fille le remercie d'avoir retrouvé son doudou après notre départ, ennième preuve de sa gentillesse.

We were welcomed with water bottles. Coffee machine was also availabe with coffee and cooking basics were also . The house was clean with enough towels and bed linens. However, since we were six people, only one double bed was ready, while the other two were sofa beds that we had to set up ourselves. After a tiring trip and check-in, making beds for the kids felt a bit difficult. Host was flexible with check in as it was self check in. Overall good.

L’appartamento è bello, nuovo e ben attrezzato. Perfetto per 4, ma si può stare anche in 6 (il divano letto non è comodissimo). Il locker con le chiavi è stato un po’ difficoltoso da aprire, ma basta schiacciare leggermente lo sportello mentre si tira la levetta. Consigliato, io ci tornerei!

The apartment was old and full of character and in a wonderful location. We loved the historical buildings that surrounded the apartment and the medieval square it overlooked with its excellent restaurants.

We love staying at Adriana's house. Montecatini Terme is gorgeous. Everything is walkable from here. If you are bringing luggage and walking from Montecatini Centro, go up to the square and then go North. the sidewalks are much easier to pull luggage on. We stayed here for a full week. We ended up going shopping for some basic cooking supplies like oil as we made food every day. The kitchen has most of the cookware and tools you'll need. The washing machine works well and you just dry your clothes on the drying rack provided. Adriana only speaks Italian but is very responsive and helpful. She recommended places to go and came over quickly any time we needed help with anything. We will stay again if we can the next time we come to Montecatini.

We had a wonderful time at Manila's home in Pescia. She was such an excellent host, providing a welcome gift for each one of our kids! The house was warm when we arrived, and had lots of toys for our children. It's close enough to drive to Firenze, Pisa and other regional attractions of Tuscany, yet the village is quiet and relaxing to return to after a long day. Thanks Manila for being so welcoming!

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Patrizio per due notti e devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La casa è spaziosa, fornita di due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una singola con possibilità di aggiunta di un letto) soggiorno, zona cucina e bagno il tutto arricchito da uno stile d'arredo molto personale. Patrizio è stato molto gentile e disponibile e le comunicazioni sono sempre avvenute in modo veloce. Se ci troveremo a ripassare da Pistoia torneremo sicuramente.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento con un gruppo di amici e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta! La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Montecatini, il che ha reso comode le nostre esplorazioni della città. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente proprio come descritto nelle recensioni precedenti. Oksana è stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta a rispondere prontamente alle nostre domande. L’atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della Toscana, raggiungibili facilmente in treno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie anche ai servizi moderni e alle dettagliate istruzioni fornite per il check-in. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento per chiunque desideri trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente piacevole e in una posizione comoda. Sicuramente torneremo!

Prima volta su Airbnb: Tutti e 2, due host fantastici, disponibili e presenti. L'alloggio era ordinato, molto accogliente e attrezzato. Ci siamo adattati immediatamente; 3 notti come se avessimo dormito a casa. Non rimarrete delusi!!! Saluti da Ferrara!

un GRAND MERCI a Gaia qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle! Gaia nous a attendue jusqu'à 2h du matin suite à une annulation de vol. Elle nous a ensuite aider pour un grand nombre de chose suite a de nombreuses galères (poussettes, chaises hautes, lits parapluies, prises de commandes restaurants.....). La maison est géniale, tout était propre, rangé.... je recommande les yeux fermés. Gaia vous êtes géniale! Merci pour tout.
