Alloggio perfetto e Luca è veramente una persona squisita, amichevole e soprattutto disponibile. Abbiamo anche fatto una chiacchierata piacevole prima di fare il checkout, veramente al top!

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, au calme et domine la campagne toscane. La piscine, en contrebas de la maison, est un havre de paix, un espace privilégié en pleine nature. Barbara est une hôte très sympathique, discrète et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture, elle a tout fait pour trouver une solution rapide et nous accompagner au garage. Super beautiful house in the heart of Tuscany. Rose is a caring host and is there for any further redos. She is living right next door and can help immediately if needed. When we had a blackout, she was there right away without having to text her. Would recommend to stay for a quiet getaway.

Such a stunning villa. The views were 10 times better then the photos and the high ceilings made the whole thing so special! Would def recommend

Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!

Casa dotata di tutti i comfort e ubicata in posizione strategica per visitare gli splendidi dintorni toscani. Lucca a 30', Firenze 50', Pistoia 20'. Nei dintorni suggestivo borgo di Montecarlo, con buone soluzioni per cenare. In estate si può godere di ampio giardino e di una piscina, oltre ad area barbecue. Assolutamente consigliato in tutte le stagioni

We had a fantastic stay at this property, truly top-notch accommodations. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully set up for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with appliances and dish ware, making it easy to prepare meals at home, which we really appreciated after long days of exploring. The outdoor area was a highlight, perfect for unwinding in the evening and taking in the cool night breeze, quiet and peaceful, a true Tuscan escape. The location is in a mostly quiet neighborhood, and once nearby construction is complete, it’ll be even more serene. One helpful note: getting to the house can be a bit tricky depending on which direction Google Maps takes you, so we recommend following the host’s directions closely for the easiest route in. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Tuscany in comfort and style!

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

We take the happiest memories of Villa Bice with us as we head home- memories that we will cherish. The ambience of this truly stunning Villa is evidently full of happiness, beauty, creativity and even Love. It is superbly styled in a quintessentially Italian way- with Stucco painted ceilings, grand arches and superb gardens. When you add to that the warmest and friendliest welcome from Allessandro & brother Andrea - and even honoured to have a light lunch with mother Ponsi- you really have a very special experience- and indeed new friends. It really was a special chance to stay in a grand mountain villa. The grounds are stunning and provide plenty of spaces to relax and soak in the mountain peace. But the stunning cities of Florence, Lucca and Pistoia are all easily reachable. Heartfelt thanks- Allessandro, Andrea and Ponsi

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Tolles Haus und Vermietung. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von allem, so hat man aber seine Ruhe vor Nachbarn. Die Umgebung mit dem Tennisplatz und Pool war der Wahnsinn. Das Haus im Innern ist in einem tollen toskanischen Flair und verfügte über Klimageräte in jedem Zimmer, was ernorm wichtig war. Zu erwähnen ist auch die Haus-Katze Bimba, welche stets für gute Laune sorgte. Ideal für eine grössere Gruppe bis 16 Personen.

Villa Flavia is a beautiful, spacious home in a spectacular setting. Our party of 7 adults and two children were very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities! The local contact Ilaria was wonderful and very responsive! This villa was a perfect home base as we explored Florence, Cinque Terre, Assisi, Vinci and many other wonderful cities in the area! Truly a spectacular place! We highly recommend this home as a wonderful spot from which to enjoy Tuscany! Thank you Flavia and Ilaria for your brilliant hospitality!

Tolles Anwesen etwas oberhalb von Quarrata. Im Haus wäre gut für 7 Personen Platz . Der Pool ist sehr angenehm - das Wasser immer erfrischend. Moreno kümmert sich täglich um die Reinigung des Pools. Quarrata ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die umliegende Toskana zu erkunden zb Florenz - die Stadt ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Mooi huis op een geweldige locatie. Met 9 volwassenen is de indeling van de slaapkamers en badkamers niet echt handig. Verder zou het fijn zijn als er voor iedereen een ligbed bij het zwembad is, 6 is echt te weinig. We hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving en danken Frank voor zijn tips voor een aangenaam verblijf.

Vi hadde et superfint opphold i villaen til Michele. Nydelige, store rom, fine bad og et stort fint kjøkken som vi oppholdte oss mye i. Uteplassene var også supre. Søt liten landsby ligger over villaen. Vi skulle gjerne kommet tilbake på sommeren når bassenget er åpent! Alt i alt kjempebra.

wunderschöne Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten die Zeit zu verbringen. mittrn im grünen komplett ruhig kann man super entspannen. Niccolò war mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder.

A beautiful week relaxing in this exceptional villa - amazing to have somewhere so old but also thoughtfully updated (with air conditioning and insect nets on the windows). Luca was very helpful and quick when we needed some help with resetting electrics. We had lovely day trips and evenings relaxing by the pool.

Ambiente molto spazioso, pulito ed accogliente. Barbara molto disponibile e sempre reperibile. Consigliato.
