Прекрасный дом , всё соответствует фотографиями. Уютно, спокойно, безопасно. Был прекрасный дружелюбный пёс(но он сам не подходил) это если у кого вопрос об аллергии- он привязан. У моих 2-х дочерей аллергия, но т.к. он не подходил к нашему дому, то всё Ок! Бассейн в 3-х минутах вниз от дома. Чистый и приятный. Единственный нюанс, что это долина реки По- очень богата комарами. Сидеть вечером на террасе было невозможно даже обрызгав себя антимоскитными средствами. Но это особенность всего региона . Мы компенсировали завтраками на террасе.

L'alloggio è bello e comodo. Ci siamo trovati bene. Quando siamo arrivati era un po' freddo e non funzionava il wifi. Nel giro di poco tempo si è sistemato tutto, grazie ad un veloce intervento. Esperienza positiva.

Giuseppe's place was great! A gorgeous view and a fantastic location. He was also an incredibly kind and responsive host. On the first day, we couldn't figure out how to get the keys to work, and he ran right back to help us -- above and beyond! The only minor bump was that there were a fair number of ants in the apartment. Giuseppe, as usual, was very responsive and helpful, and bought us some ant traps to deal with them. They kept coming back every few days, so we kept treating them. All in all, though, it was a beautiful stay and we were very touched and happy at Giuseppe's kindness. Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful time with our 3 year-old son at Maria’s place. Perfect location, and had a private parking spot which is very hard to find in historical sites - great if you have rented a car. Walking distance to lots of places and Daniella was great and super helpful. We definitely will return! Grazie Mille!

This is the second time I have stayed at Stefania’s place and it was just as great the second time as the first. We absolutely love the location. Just slightly out of the tourist-crush but an easy 10 min walk to Rialto or 15 to St Marks. Great local restaurants nearby and it’s super convenient to both the train station or Murano/Burano from the Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stop a 7 min walk away. Also close to the alilaguna stop for the airport (it drops off a bit north of the vaporettos) or easy to have water taxis pick you up just outside the elevator entrance as long as the water isn’t too high. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well but you need to leave the bedroom doors open for the air flow from the hallway. It’s great to have the 1 ½ bath and the kitchen is well equipped. Having options for 2 twins in one bedroom and a queen in the other was great for the 3 of us traveling together. Thanks so much, Stefania!

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Dům má naprosto veškeré vybavení, které si dovedete představit. Prostorná pergola hned u domu byla jedním slovem skvělá! Jediné, co chybělo k dokonalosti, by byl bazén. Katia reagovala ihned na každou naší zprávu, každý problém hned vyřešila (nic zásadního). Na pláž se dá dojít pohodlně za 10-15 minut. Často jsme také využívali místní hromadnou dopravu (turistický vláček), který je zdarma. Na ostrově bylo jen málo cizinců, na Čechy jsme nenarazili. Většinu osazenstva tvoří Italové, kteří jsou neuvěřitelně milí a vstřícní. Vstup do aquaparku jsme měli díky "zlatým kartám" zdarma a platili jsme pouze za lehátka. Ubytování u Katie a celkově ostrov Albarella určitě doporučuji a třeba se někdy vrátíme. Jen si nezapomeňte vzít repelent, k večeru je zde hodně komárů. Moc děkujeme ❤️

Merci beaucoup pour votre chaleureux accueil et votre disponibilité. C'était très agréable de séjourner dans votre charmante maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Au début du séjour, la climatisation manquait dans le salon (durant cette semaine anormalement chaude) mais vous avez été très réactive et encore merci pour le ventilateur que vous nous avez déposé le jour même de la demande. La maison est idéalement située dans le charmant quartier médiéval majoritairement piétonnier. Et Ferrara est situé à 1h/1h15 de nombreuses villes magnifiques (Vérone, Venise, le Lac de Garde, Bologne). Parfait pour 1 semaine de vacances variée ! Encore merci pour vos attentions et votre disponibilité.

Un alloggio perfetto in centro città, tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, il parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. L’ospitalità è stata eccellente e impeccabile in ogni cosa. Non c’è molto da aggiungere tutto era perfetto!!!

Lorenzo est toujours disponible et offre un service optimum. L’appartement est très bien équipé, calme, il donne sur une cour intérieure ombragée. A 5mn du centre historique, des vélos sont à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour découvrir Ferrare et ses environs. Je recommande !

Cosa posso dire dell'appartamento e del proprietario stesso dell'appartamento? Tutto è fantastico! dalla perfetta pulizia della tua casa ad un'ampia scelta di piatti e posate! accogliente, conveniente, ottimo interscambio di trasporti!!! È a un'ora di autobus dal mare e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città con i suoi indimenticabili monumenti architettonici! Un ringraziamento speciale a Carlo Alberto per il suo aiuto in tutte le questioni di conciliazione e tutto il resto! inoltre, nonostante i suoi impegni, ci ha aiutato ad arrivare dall'appartamento alla stazione ferroviaria e ad acquistare i biglietti del treno. Se avrò bisogno di alloggiare da qualche parte la prossima volta che verrò in Italia, sarà la sistemazione di Carlo!!! Non prenderò nemmeno in considerazione altre opzioni!!! Grazie Carlo Alberto!!! Ti auguro buona fortuna e tutte le benedizioni terrene!!!!!

La casa di Federico e Silvia è splendida. Il grande giardino è perfetto per una vacanza con i propri animali.

insgesamt super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Pool sehr sauber. Wohnung groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zwei Balkone waren sehr angenehm. Wir fanden dann auch einen freien Strand 20 min zu Fuß der sauber und nicht überlaufen (auch wenige/keine Hunde) war. Hundeallergiker aufpassen relativ viele Hunde an der Strandlinie. Zentrum mit Geschäften und Lokalen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Wohnung in dehr ruhiger Lage. Wir würden wieder kommen

Ce site est magnifique et on voit Pierluigi s'en occuper tous les jours en silence et discrétion. Un endroit idéal pour réunir plusieurs familles comme ce fut le cas pour nous. C'est immense,une des chambres peut être transformé en dortoir de 8 ados tellement elle est grande, il y a deux salles à manger immenses dont une contient une table d'au moins 20 personnes tout en laissant la place pour que le neveu de 3 ans se fatigue a faire de la draisienne autour et l'autre au moins de 10. On a eu quelques petits problèmes d'intendance et de frigo mais un simple message sur l'application Airbnb et Pierluigi vient trouver une solution. Bref une très belle expérience. Concernant son chien, pluto, il a ete très sociable avec notre chien de gabarit moyen et d'humeur joueuse. On le voit à peine. Par contre, en été il fait très chaud mais la piscine très bien entretenue également est parfaite pour aider a supporter la température. Bravo et bonne continuation.

Pokud máte rádi tento typ ubytování, určitě se vám tu bude libit. Mobilní domek byl čistý, personál nápomocný. Líbily se nám animační programy. Bazén byl čistý, oceňuji dohled plavčíka. Doporučuji restauraci La Chiesetta.

L'alloggio era esattamente come quello descritto, pulito e in ordine. Il personale della struttura è stato molto disponibile e carino.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour automnal sur l'île d'Albarella. L'appartement est très bien équipé (super pour une famille de 5 personnes) et très bien situé (au bord du fjord), dans un quartier tranquille et près de tout. Les hôtes Enrico et Orazio sont très réactifs et se sont déplacés en personne pour la remise des clés. Ils nous ont donné toutes les informations utiles et ont toujours été disponibles en cas de question. En résumé, une très belle expérience que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Villa Mila is cozy. Old and charming building with a lot of history. Many bedrooms and many social spaces indoors and outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen with good working surfaces. The place is lacking air conditioning but the thick walls and the shutters made it possible to have a comfortable stay. Alessandro is very helpful and replied to my questions within 24h. I would happily stay there again.
