Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Super séjour, emplacement idéal proche du centre de Sienne ! Duccio nous a parfaitement accueilli et donné de nombreuses recommandations. Toujours attentif à ce que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande fortement !

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

It’s a very nice villa we love it!

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti straordinarie in un appartamento nel cuore di Siena. La vista dalle finestre è semplicemente mozzafiato, con le colline toscane che si estendono a perdita d'occhio, soprattutto al tramonto. L'atmosfera dell'appartamento è accogliente e ben curata, perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione centrale consente di esplorare facilmente la città. Un grande merito va all'host, che si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che avessimo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un’esperienza indimenticabile che consiglio per chiunque voglia scoprire la città di Siena! Pietro e Andrea

Excelente ubicación, caminando a 5 minutos de la estación del tren, el lugar muy agradable y limpio, bastante amplio en cocina y sala, la recamara muy grande y cómoda. Vittorino muy amable, estuvo al pendiente de mi llegada y me dejó indicaciones de acceso.

Our stay was perfect. The apt is cozy and peaceful and so so clean. You feel right at home as soon as you step in. Every little detail has been thought of and there’s something very soothing about how the place is decorated. Mario and Nadia were very kind and even gifted us a bottle of wine and plenty of water for our stay. As the photos show, there are steps in the apt and this was a bit challenging for us at first with a toddler but in a matter of hours she learned how to go up and down safely by herself. After that, our stay was a bliss. I can’t say enough good things about this place, just come!!

Great apartment in San Gimignano and Clara is a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is great. Clara was very accommodating with our schedule and helpful with the parking.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no início de outubro! A anfitriã Paola, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, oferecendo orientações detalhadas sobre a acomodação e ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer em Siena e nos arredores. A localização é um pouco afastada do centro, ideal para quem está de carro, e captura perfeitamente o espírito da Toscana. O apartamento é amplo, muito bem equipado e com uma varanda encantadora (que pode ser solicitada ao anfitrião) com vista para o campo e cercada de oliveiras, ótima para um vinho ao final da tarde ou um café da manhã memorável. Também há uma lavanderia disponível, onde pudemos lavar nossas roupas gratuitamente, além de uma secadora por 1 Euro a cada 10 minutos. Gostamos muito da experiência e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos para revivê-la!

io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati meravigliosamente,un posto tranquillo dove riposare dalla nostra routine cittadina,un paesaggio fantastico data dalla posizione dell'alloggio. Appartamento super confortevole e Paolo come host è eccezionale.... disponibile simpatico e amichevole. Ringraziamenti vengono anche dalla nostra cagnetta Kyra. Per concludere sicuramente vorrò tornare qui e spero di riuscire il prima possibile

10/10 and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Stunning location with the most picturesque view. The accommodation was well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided wonderful local recommendations from nearby towns - we will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Tuscany!

Ho prenotato per due colleghi in viaggio di lavoro che si sono trovati bene nell'alloggio di Elisa, soprattutto per la zona tranquilla e la facilità di parcheggio per un furgone.

Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

Apartamentai atitiko aprašymą ir nuotraukas. Labai patogi vieta - ir lankytinos vietos, ir traukinių stotis lengvai pasiekiami pėsčiomis, prie pat autobusų stotelė. Aiškios įsiregistravimo instrukcijos, šeimininkai atsiunčia daug naudingų patarimų ir lankytinų vietų rekomendacijų. Apartamentai gal kiek tamsoki, langai išeina į vidinį kiemą, bet užtai nesigirdi gatvės triukšmo. Mums viskas tiko ir patiko.

The holiday apartment was perfect for our stay! We had lots of space and everything was fully equipped. The apartment has lovely views of the surrounding area. We recommend all to stay here, and we hope to return soon.

Super clean, easy check-in and check-out, great location, in the city's heart, and a short walk to everything! As a woman in her 20s, I stayed alone and felt safe and secure. Would recommend!

Eccellente posizione ad una manciata di minuti dalle attrazioni principali. Appartamento grande, pulito e ben accessoriato (cucina completa di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, smart TV, connessione WiFi), doppi servizi. Check-in agevole senza intoppi. Host disponibile e rapido nelle risposte.

Caterina was friendly and extremely flexible with the check-in. The flat is very central, easy to find and has got amazing views over Siena. The flat is as per the pictures: very fascinating and with an antique style. The terrace is a plus. The shower is not the most modern but was nevertheless comfortable. The WiFi signal is weak but there’s good data reception in every room in any case. I will definitely consider staying here again in future.
